Arcane isn't even that woke. There, I said it. Of course, it pictures well-written women, POC, disabled people but it got off track with season two. We completely lost the class struggle theme : the rich got to stay rich, the poor stayed poor (even if the physical barriers were taken down, the class barriers are still very much in place). This is very well embodied by the character of Kaitlyn (I've never liked her, her only quality is that we both like Vi so be prepared for Kaitlyn slender)

Kaitlyn is forgiven all of her *war crimes*, literal *crimes against humanity* under the pretext that she was manipulated by ambessa. But like girl, you were ready to kill a literal child, you broke up with your girlfriend because she didn't let you murder the precious little angel that Isha was. SHE GASSED PEOPLE. She profited of her wealth and privilege all the show, she was never held accountable.

The privileged stayed privileged, they got to keep their class disdain and their wealth built on the death of Zaunites.

He works a boring desk job for an evil tech company that developed time travel. He hates musicals. He’s super horny. In one timeline he’s a clone who has killed before and will kill again. He hates musicals but he loved Moana. He had a breakdown in a coffee shop. He survived a helicopter crash by wearing his seatbelt. The general of a shady, secret military unit authorised him to use a gun. He had a paper round until he was 18. His only friends are his coworkers who he would die for but refuses to hang out with outside of the office. He respects women. He’s autistic. He tried to save the world with a bunch of grenades but became the bad guy instead. He only drinks black coffee. Absolutely nobody is doing it like him.
