~ I’m what you face when you face in the mirror ~
This man is one to thank if I manage to finish my album and my thesis within the same year. Or even if I don't.
Still laughing at Brian May offhandedly writing the greatest understatement in the history of academia in his astrophysics doctoral dissertation:
Ah, yes - “various pressures.” Like being one of the greatest guitarists ever and playing/writing/singing for the most legendary rock band of all time.
Those various pressures.
I like this silly doodle a lot so- why not share it here?
I am OBSESSED with this humor it's slowly taking over my life. Good afternoon ladies and disappointments

THIS IS SO GOOD
Gosh RGB, who let YOU have a face?
...I did? well, that's strange
really wanted to draw a solid expression or two and strangely wanted to do the guy who doesn't. have a face. so i did a panel redraw!!! (there's just so many moments in this comic where the feelings leaking out from him and what we see is just so POTENT and i AUGH!!! please please please go read The Property of Hate it is such a wonderful comic it will make you explode on the inside. i promise you will come out of it completely normal <- lying)
also STOP DOING THAT RGB you're gonna have people endeared to you
original panel and alternate less eye-strain-y version under the cut!!
it's so weird seeing him with a face, but it did give me an excuse to go overboard with the hair
how did you create a character who kidnaps a child, who is blatantly rude and callous and ambiguous and in a lot of ways untrustworthy so... likeable? I don't find RGB creepy or sleezy at all and I love him even though he's a cad and I feel like he must be a good person or at least I really want him to be one and I don't understand how? I've seen people invent characters who are cool or mysterious that just come off as 'ew' and boring...
Well, first of all thank you so much for being so kind and loving the character so much :’D but I’m really glad you feel that way, because I really wanted RGB to be a grounding character in the story. You don’t know anything about him, but there is something about him that you immediately empathize with; because he is vulnerable. As weird and enigmatic as he is, I’ve wanted from the start to portray someone who is terribly insecure, someone flawed and lost but who is trying to cover that fact up. He’s someone who can be hurt, has been hurt, and is afraid of being hurt. In a lot of ways RGB is one of the most human characters I’ve ever made.
Talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, showstopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before, unafraid to reference or not reference, put it in a blender, shit on it, vomit on it, eat it, give birth to it.
“STYLE!”

Welp, I got the courage to post this here instead of just one Discord group.
A wonderful and chaotic good friend of mine, @spadoodler, has introduced to me a webcomic and it’s safe to say after 4 whole days, brain rot has set in and I had to get SOMETHING out.
That something being the best, and most stylish, telly-headed monster. That I am defiNITELY NOT INFATUATED WITH!
