they've canonically used all of these at least once she/her in smash (which isnt canon) he/him a few times in the main show but almost always by people like tsu or deku it/its mostly and i think they/them in the light novels? could be wrong though i remember them being referred to as the classes little sibling anyways i use they/them it/its and xe/xem i hc xem as gendervoid
