Every time this happens he acts like a pet owner who accidentally stepped on their cat / dog’s tail (read: as though he just committed the worst act of treason possible)

Here it is! The comic that inspired the old drawing I made! As you can see, the comic didn't had Bowser Jr. originally.

Also the lore behind this comic and the drawing are slightly different. In the comic Bowser and Luigi are already dating but it wasn't until months later Luigi finally told his brother about them. Of course, Mario got offended.

In the drawing, they aren't dating... yet. But of course Mario has an idea that maybe they might end up togehter and isn't too happy about it.

The old comic also was a rough sketch done in traditional instead of digital, so I took the initiaitve to clean it and make it even better.
