What is with that random kid? I’m calling it, he’s played by one of Owen Wilson’s sons, probably Robert Ford since he can most likely talk.
If I’m right about the kid’s voice being Owen’s son than... Aww.... adorable! Best daddy! Then again, his little sons will also be watching their dad get hurt very, very brutally and being very sad throughout their movie.
Jackson has such a smug, but chill look on his face that I kind of like. He is just flipping chill.
Oh and the masochistic demolition derby cars and Miss Fritter are there too. Gale is staring at her bumper.

So for the bodyguard au wanted to make alternate designs for power ups based on incorporating them with shy guy masks and shy guy variants. Listen I will take any opportunity to make outfits for characters it is just so much fun!
Adding sketches on both how the mask works along with an example of a transformation sequence below the “keep reading” to avoid this post getting super long. Quick edit before I forget I do plan on an alternate cat (super bell) power up that leans more into the cat aesthetic. I just wanted to design a more stealth/field outfit for him. I also have drafts for a knight design for the metal power up! Those are coming later though.

I don’t know what I’m calling this yet, but it is something along the lines of Luigi falling into the warp pipe alone as a kid and taken in by shy guys (something something character foil to Peach). Along with playing around with Mr. L because I just think he’s neat. Might draw more of this, not sure yet.
