In the depths of his garden on Batam Island, Indonesia, dedicated macro photographer Uda Dennie has mastered the art of photographing jumping spiders that have droplets of water on their heads, giving them the playful appearance of wearing large, reflective hats.

"The massive water droplets stay in place for about a minute, which is just the right amount of time for the 33-year-old to snap these shots. While most of us feel a bit squeamish when looking at macro photos of spiders, Dennie has somehow taken that uneasy feeling away, replacing it with curiosity and glee."

 Putin & Russia's Orthodox Patriarchy have misjudged the power of radical prayer. 

 The Kremlin may have won their "Hooligan" Kafka-court punishment, but have lost their place in history (& her-story!). From now on, they will remain the anti-Pussy men, fearing & beating down 3 grrrl artists & mothers. Heavenly news, theocrats & thugs of Russia: Mother Mary has heard their dramatic prayer! Never forget: Our Goddess gave birth to your God.

 "Hooliganism" & "hate of religon" does not fit the alleged "crime" the entire world has witnessed. We see performance artists-musicians-actors, same as Björk, Kerli, Nikki Minaj, Madonna or Lady Gaga. It's A PERFORMANCE... yet in this case it's an actual prayer ceremony too. 

 We see young women crying out to Mother Mary for relief & salvation. Begging for salvation from a century of cryptocratic patriarchal spies, warmongers & mobsters. Just as the whole world is crying out: for an end to the war, the greed & the madness. Just as Jesus was. Crying out. "Please God!"

 Your ruling class & religious "Authority" has exposed itself (once again), to the entire world in a new communications age- your old-fashioned absurdity, pettiness & willingness to torture dissident artists. 

 And please explain, where is Christ's forgiveness, His love, His reaching out & protecting women? Instead we see the same Pharisee order who hung Jesus on as cross to "uphold Roman Law." 

 Practically & legally speaking, your State-enforced "hooliganism" charge is these women occupied your altar for a short time. And sang a dramatic prayer. Where is the crime? 

 Tragically, once again big criminals saunter away with pockets jingling while protestors are locked away for protesting the biggest criminals of all, the war makers, the drug sellers, the arms dealers, the torturers, the assassins. What does Russian Patriarchy have to say for the military-spy state? Or is it vice-versa? Let's ask Mr. Kafka... or Mr. Marx?

 2 years in a Russian penal colony? The world will be saying: Putin is another Stalin now- a humorless ℱᶸᶜᵏᵧₒᵤ bully who puts musicians & poets into gulags. Hidden within an office building in Munich, a staircase seemingly leads you up… to nowhere. “Umschreibung” is in fact not a staircase at all, but an ominous sculpture by Danish artist Olafur Eliasson. The sculpture, which is made of steel and is over 30 feet tall, is a staircase in the shape of a double helix. The bottom of the steps has a small opening, so you can actually climb the stairs yourself. “Umschreibung” is a German word which means “euphemism,” or “circumlocution.” Is it a reminder that no matter how hard we work, we might all be going nowhere?
