If the bottle is picked up, and the bottle is shaken even just a little - in about 30 seconds or less it builds up enough gas which then explodes with enough force to remove some your extremities. how to make:

• put everything in a blender and blend until everything is smooth and combined

this shake is so good if you want something sweet for low cals🥺 the actual calorie count is 22.5 for the whole serving but I just round it up to 23. It’s very sweet so if that isn’t your thing I’d suggest just adding 1 tbs of stevia instead of 2 (any 0 cal sweeter will work) you can also take out the cornstarch if you want, it’s supposed to help thicken the recipe up a bit since it’s so water based but honestly there’s not much difference w/ out it plus you save 5 cals so 🤷🏽‍♀️it’s also very filling so if you need something to hold you over until you eat again this should do the trick
