I love how in almost every transformers lore the “alt mode” is handled differently from bots having to be completely rebuilt to get another alt form or just being “born” with their alt mode but with Earthspark all they need to do is be really autistic about a vehicle

the reason longleg has such SIZEABLE paws is bcuz in this au shockwave can still change his shape, but im going more toward a body horror-esque angle with shockwave maneuvering his muscles and bone structure. his only tells that he might be a different cat are, again, his paws and a long tail.
