well i didn’t want to draw his sister like emily so it’s just her skeleton (disclaimer i do not ship kiyo with his sister) because they are completely different characters. emily lets victor go because she doesn’t want to derail his life just like hers was. and his sister won’t let kiyo go even after death (even if that’s just kiyo’s delusions and not a real ghost)
