sometimes I understand physics, but there are times when I can't do shit amd I just look at the exercise dumbly

What if we were supposed to go out on the dark and sleep during the day? That's why the sun gives us sunburns and possibly skin cancer. We also might have night vision but it got destroyed over the years of being awake at the day
