Step 1: All Day Programming
Repeat these affirmations ALL day in a chill, robotic tone (whisper, in your head, or however you feel):
"I enter the void easily." "I’m aware of the void." "The void is my natural state."
Don’t overthink it...just say them like a machine, no effort, just repetition.
Step 2: Pre Bed Void Activation
Before you crash, lay down comfortably. Say: "I’m already in the void." Keep saying it calmly as you get deeper into relaxation. Don’t "try" to enter...just assume you’re already there. If you knock out, no worries. Your subconscious got it from here.
Also in the meantime if you want you can also listen to subliminals (if you believe them)
Why This Will Work for You;
Robotic affirming clears doubt and resistance. Just go with the flow.

I just decide I am one, that’s it.
Sometimes, if I want or to have fun, I affirm to REMIND myself (so NOT to convince my mind of it) and maybe listen to my subliminals.
No more worrying if I’ll shift/manifest or not, there’s literally no chance that I will fail, I am the creator so that’s ME who decides how things go.
I’ll do a mental diet, flipping my negative thoughts into positive ones in my absolute favour, no more wavering, only full belief and discipline.

When you start your manifestation journey, you choose the desire(s) you want, pick a method for creating it (or simply decide that you already have it), and begin to embody the version of yourself who has it. At this point, you might think you've figured it all out and that everything will be perfectly splendid (any fans of The Haunting of Bly Manor here?). You might expect to feel great and amazing from now on since you know you have your desire. After all, you are God at the end of the day, creating your own reality. So, what could possibly make you feel less than great?
But as you continue on your journey, you might find that you don’t always feel amazing and stay in the state of wish fulfilled. Whenever you experience “negative” feelings or thoughts, you might fear that you've ruined your progress and need to start over again.
Thankfully, that’s not the case. We can experience “negative” emotions and still progress in our manifestation journey. One bad day (or even a bad week) doesn’t ruin your progress. It’s part of our journey. You will find that even people who have manifested their dream lives still have bad days and unpleasant experiences. Such experiences are essential to the human experience because, without them, we wouldn’t be able to fully appreciate joy.
So, just let yourself be and feel whatever you are feeling. Don’t associate yourself with your feelings. They all come and go. The same goes for thoughts. They are something you have, not who you are.

You're not trying to manifest your desire, it already exists and has already manifested in the 4D, whenever you script, visualize or affirm, you're aligning with that reality.
