you’re thinking having it means seeing it. but feeling comes before seeing. it’s not about forcing yourself to believe. it’s about settling into the knowing. when you order something online, you don’t pace around doubting it’ll arrive just because it’s not in your hands yet. you just know it’s on its way. that’s the energy.

"How do I persist if I know it's not here"

When I started my journey I used to believe it was about "knowing", it isn't. It's about saturating your subconscious. You don't have to know, or believe or feel or whatever else you're worried about.

Also, "ignoring the 3D" isn't what you think it is. Ignoring the 3D does not mean somehow inducing amnesia and you just have no idea what your surroundings are or what's happening around you. That's not it.

Of course you are experiencing what's happening around you, and yes it might trigger you.

I think a lot of the stress associated with "ignoring the 3D" is because you are expecting yourself to magically become oblivious to the world around you.

Ignoring the 3D just means that you continue to feed your subconscious affirmations/visualizations/whatever you're using that imply you have what you want .

You don't have to walk around like you don't know what is happening and abandon responsibilities you just have to affirm anyway.

It's ok if you have to take care of business in the 3D and your actions "conflict with" your desire.

Example: paying your rent when you're affirming that you own a house or going to work when you're affirming you're rich

"Acting as if" is actually just thinking as if. It just means you're telling your subconscious what you want to happen instead of what the 3D is showing you. Your subconscious doesn't care about the 3D or what you're doing in it, you don't have to neglect responsibilities.

It's OK to get emotional, and from personal experience I can tell you it's OK if you don't believe your affirmations. There are times where something manifests and I still don't fully believe it.

ALL you're doing is repeating something till your subconscious creates it in your reality and you don't repeat "the old story " because it has already been repeated to your subconscious so much that it is an assumption.

— There was no “oh my god i shifted” moment. it all felt very natural to me. You’ve existed in your dr since forever, your ‘cr’ mind doesn’t take over when you shift, hence why it’s so natural when you shift.

— There’s no right way to shift. I’ve shifted in different ways (sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming, just simply thinking about being there etc). You can shift in any way you like. my last shift i simply went to bed and it happened! Don’t get caught up with worrying if you’re doing the right thing and go with the flow.

— You most likely shift by allowing yourself to do it and not forcing it. That’s why people are more likely to shift on accident and not when they’re forcing it because there’s no pressure. You have either shifted or not. Decide you have and trust yourself.

— It’s the easiest thing in the world because you do it all the time. When you shift back it’s like “wait it’s that easy?”. Yes, you don’t need to affirm 500 times, visualise, meditate. It’s simply just deciding you are there and trusting yourself.

you're not running out of time to shift. just because you didn't shift yesterday, or the week before, or the year before, doesn't mean that it's gonna be taken from you. there's no clock ticking, no train leaving the station, no alarms blaring to get the last ticket, no one to race against, nothing. breathe. no one and nothing can take it away from you. it will always be there.

The second you decide (affirm) you have something it is done. The 3D is not separate from you, it’s your reflection. You have it immediately whether you see instant evidence of it or not. That is why you got to persist in that assumption because it’s done the second you decide, and if you contradict yourself then you’re going back and forth.

Let doubts or any other thoughts not aligned with your new story pass or flip them. The point is to not get lost or entertain those thoughts because then you are giving them your power/ validation. Just let them pass in the background because that’s all they are background noice.

EMMA! I think i got it!!

So only thing that stops people from shifting or manifesting is questioning it? First, the question if the reality not only exists, but is real. Then, the question if they are actually there already through right of consciousness and just being existence itself. Then, through questioning and worrying over the 3d and the senses aligning.

But we're already everywhere, in every time period, in every version of ourselves we can think of right now. We all already have the dream body, the sp, celeb or not, the life in our drs. We just have to know whatever or whoever it is we want, is, because we are, and that it/they/us is real right now since any idea is just an extension of us, the only actual real thing. And then stop questioning it. Stop letting it be a question. The senses, the identity, the reality of it. All things are already, but we get to determine what's real.

So:

Whatever/whoever we want as we want them, IS, now

The 3d is extremely malleable and not nearly as fixed or rigid in narrative as we've been led to believe. (There is no canon or objective narrative).

You are the lucid dreamer, the God of your reality. Awareness itself. If you can be aware of it at all,

The senses shift, but this is secondary. Stop letting it be a question because it shouldnt even be a question (this isn't an invitation to be hard on yourself if it is). The senses are supposed to naturally follow or sense what you know to be true. Only thing that's stopped them is a constant questioning if they will do what they are otherwise designed to do like they have a free will or script of their own, and the constant questioning of actually being who or where or when you desire to be right now. So if you keep questioning something you're adding a bunch of static and noise to what is known by you and making it questionable when it naturally was true if you had just known it to be without questioning it. And you know something when you notice or have the idea of something being true right now. You conceive of it or have the thought or affirmation of being in your dr, you shifted your awareness, which is all you need.

The shift in awareness is the only thing that is actually happening anyway. Shift your awareness by simply recognizing and knowing you are literally already whoever and whenever you desire to be right now just because that's who and what you naturally are anyway. You can visualize and think the thoughts of your dr self if you'd like, but the knowing you are already there is the real shift.

We're free to know whatever we want to be true right now, regardless of our past experiences or senses. So know what you want, trust and expect the senses to follow without waiting for them to follow, since you are effectively and literally alrwdy who you want to be right now anyway. The questioning, doubting, and worrying makes the 3d seem so fixed and unchangeable. But when you stop needing the senses to change as though you haven't already changed or shifted, while still knowing they will and not questioning the reality of who you want to be, you've done it!

Stop questioning if the senses or the 3d will reflect reality, they can do nothing but that! It's a given. Not a necessity for the actual shift, but if feeling tethered to them is holding you back from manifesting or shifting what is just you, just do the shift internally and trust and expect the projection and simulation of what you know and assume to be true to mirror it. That way you'll stop going back and forth with your identity and just know the way you naturally do! Ironically, it won't take long at all once you stop taking your doubts and the 3d and a few past memories out of infinite ones you can view as real so seriously.

i read that checking the 3d or reacting to the 3d, only becomes a problems and affects anything if we believe what it's saying and start affirming the opposite of what we want, is that true?

it’s not that checking the 3d itself is a problem, it’s what you do with that information. if you see something you don’t like and go, “oh god, this is real, my manifestations aren’t working,” that’s where you trip up.

but if you see it and think, “irrelevant, already got what i want,” then it’s just background noise.

But how do I stop checking and waiting if in front of my eyes there is always this damn 3D? I can affirm many times that I am in my DR but it doesnt change the fact that I see all the time that I am not and it is so so tiring. Sorry if my questions are annoying

3d only feels like proof because you believe it is. you see your cr, so you assume it’s real. but reality is just a feedback loop of what you accept as true.

stop waiting for 3d to change first. you change first.

you shift by deciding the 3d is irrelevant. like a rerun of a show you’ve already moved on from.

you don’t argue with it, you don’t wait for it. you just stop caring. and when you stop caring, it stops mattering. and when it stops mattering, it shifts.

╰┈➤. Weirdest possible way to explain this but:

If a fairy cast a spell over you so that thinking as if something was true = it being true, would you be saying that's too hard? Would you seriously be like "Fuck you magical fairy, you can't possibly expect me to think something that's not true" ?

Because that's what half of you are doing now. "How do I think as if when the 3D says otherwise" You say the words in your head. You repeat words in your head.

Your thoughts are not chained to the physical world and there is no material consequence to thinking contrary to the 3D in the privacy of your own mind.

Changing your beliefs is uncomfortable, accepting that you are literally all powerful is uncomfortable, growth is uncomfortable. You have to choose between the pain of everything staying the same and the pain of growth.

Would you go to a fairy and be like "your spell doesn't work. No I didn't think about it as if I had it, why would I do that if I don't have it??" That's how you sound.

If you Google law of assumption it'll tell you that it's literally just thinking as if you have already manifested it. If you don't want to do that then why ask me how to apply the law of assumption? The law is the law, if you ask me about the law I will tell you to think as if you already have it.

Expectations Vs. Reality

When you start your manifestation journey, you choose the desire(s) you want, pick a method for creating it (or simply decide that you already have it), and begin to embody the version of yourself who has it. At this point, you might think you've figured it all out and that everything will be perfectly splendid (any fans of The Haunting of Bly Manor here?). You might expect to feel great and amazing from now on since you know you have your desire. After all, you are God at the end of the day, creating your own reality. So, what could possibly make you feel less than great?

But as you continue on your journey, you might find that you don’t always feel amazing and stay in the state of wish fulfilled. Whenever you experience “negative” feelings or thoughts, you might fear that you've ruined your progress and need to start over again.

Thankfully, that’s not the case. We can experience “negative” emotions and still progress in our manifestation journey. One bad day (or even a bad week) doesn’t ruin your progress. It’s part of our journey. You will find that even people who have manifested their dream lives still have bad days and unpleasant experiences. Such experiences are essential to the human experience because, without them, we wouldn’t be able to fully appreciate joy.

So, just let yourself be and feel whatever you are feeling. Don’t associate yourself with your feelings. They all come and go. The same goes for thoughts. They are something you have, not who you are.

do whatever feels right to you. and you’ve probably heard this a bunch of times, but just listen.

you read a bunch of posts every day, waiting for the post that will supposedly help you figure out what you’re missing. what the “key” to shifting is. you try so many methods, even if you don’t feel comfortable doing them. hell, you’ll even lay in a starfish position if you have to. but here’s the thing, you don’t HAVE to.

you don’t have to do anything. only if you want to.

shifting is a personal journey. shifting is knowing that you’re free and you’re not bound to this one reality. you are able to experience multiple others. if shifting is supposed to feel freeing, why do you think you have to do all this stuff even if you don’t want to do them? you see people say “robotically affirming is a must,” and you follow that, even if you don’t want to do that. you see people say “let go and detach” and even if you don’t want to do that, you do it anyways. why? you think it’ll make you shift?

the only thing or person that can make you shift is you. nothing is needed when it comes to shifting. a script is not needed. a method is not needed. nothing is truly needed unless you want it to be needed. its all about want. do you want to do that stuff? do you want to let go and try to detach from this reality? then do it. go ahead. experiment if you want to. if letting go isn’t your thing, then try another. or don’t try anything at all.

and if you’re indecisive and you don’t know what to try, then lets forget about all the known methods and advice for a second. sit down and think “i know what shifting is, great. how do i want to do it?”

but only do that if you want.

if this sounds confusing, i’ll end it here. all i’m trying to say is do what you want, because at the end of the day, nothing is stopping you from shifting. you can forget everything i just said if you want to and do those methods, like laying in a starfish position even if it makes you uncomfortable. you don’t have to listen to every post and piece of advice you hear. but you can if you want to.

Ive been affirming all day for few days, when I fall asleep im so confident and happy that I will wake up in my WR but i still didnt? Whats going on :(((

confidence and assurance go hand in hand, and at times people forget the second

confidence is when you build up the momentum and motivation, when you start believing in yourself and your dreams and how simply you can turn imagination into reality

assurance is the innate knowing, the unwavering faith, the strong willed persistence in the face of a 3d that looks like it’s not changing

i promise you darling, it is changing, it changes constantly, fluidly — it’s a stream that flows without obstruction and continues its path to the vast ocean that is the multiverse

i’m so proud of you for having your confidence, for feeling that joy and happiness that you will wake up in your wr — i’m right there with you, i go to sleep every night with the anticipatory feeling of waking up to a reality that is pure relaxation

so just take my hand and turn away from what your eyes show you. don’t pay it any mind. you may see your cr, you may see an old life when you open your eyes. but what i want you to do is take a deep breath, look inwards, your inner eye, your inner self, the true reality, and just know that you’re there. right now.

Hiii!! first of all, finding ur tiktok felt like my prayers have been answered😭 You ARE genuinely the most open-minded person i have seen about shifting. The way you talk and approach shifting in itself shows your experience and I'm all here for it😈

Sometimes it feels like time is the most imp factor in shifting when it's not even real. You and so many others have spoken about this already, but that feeling of being so close to making this crazy discovery but then i look back and see everyone (my closest friends) have moved on in life cuz they didn't have to become that crazy scientist. Maybe because i have shifted before (but that was a WHILE ago), that feel even more crazed because i know i can do it. But it's not happening. I know this kind of mindset will do me no good but I'm just girl:(

You know how people say "u should find perfect balance between your cr and dr" and "shifting should not be a form of escapism". Now although that is true to a certain extent, I kinda don't want to do that!? But since i don't want to ""get behind"" i try to compromise with cr just to realize that i am meant for everything not something, and it's continues to cycle.

It's really frustrating to know that you can shift, but it feels like something is just holding you back from actually getting there. I understand. I've said this a million times, but people see time as this terrifying thing. Telling a shifter it might take them another month is seen as incredibly demotivating. And although I get why, I really think people need to get more comfortable with time itself.

It took you a few years, but in the end, does it really matter? I can only imagine how much you have grown as a person, how much you have learned and matured into your choices. In the off chance that it will take you a couple more years to fully shift to your dr, would that really change that much?

If you were told that you were absolutely, 100% guaranteed to shift within the next year or two, you would gladly wait all that time, knowing that, no matter what, you'll make it to your dr at the end of it.

But technically speaking you already have that guarantee. Shifting is already yours. Whether it's going to be today, next week, next month, the one thing you know for sure is that you're going to shift.

Time is nothing to be scared of at all. In this reality it's made out to be a huge deal, a clock you're always racing. But there is no clock, only eternity. You can redo, change, rewind, skip past anything you want. I promise you, you're not behind.

The more you embrace that shifting is already yours, and that it's nothing you're fighting to achieve, the easier it becomes. You have the promise of living any and as many lives as you want. Time here on earth is so incredibly short. Even if you would only shift when you're 70, it's nothing compared to how many years you'll live, to everything that's waiting for you.

You're okay, you're doing amazing. Allow your journey to unfold itself however suits you best. You know the end result is guaranteed, so don't worry about the time it takes you to get there💚
