They have the warm glow of an angel but it's faint enough that no one will mistake them for a literal angel, if MC says they aren't (meanwhile if MC says they are an angel, the glow is still enough that they can pass) but at the same time there's something about them that's demon-like enough that even Diavolo can't immediately figure out what they are

So what's my theory?

Lilith was never fully human. She may have had a body of a human but she still had the soul and ,buried deep inside, the magic of an Angel (you could even argue that she had the magic of an Angel-Demon hybrid because she died after she Fell so she was no longer fully an Angel but before she got to transform into a Demon)

OM! may pick and choose what parts of irl myth they use for their characters BUT all their characters that are based of an irl mythological/religious figure has at least one characteristic connecting them to their namesake. Lilith in some of the most common irl stories is the mother of demons/monsters

So I did some research and saw that there 9 deadly sins. These are all the sins:

Greed

Envy

Wrath

Lust

Gluttony

Sloth

Deciet

Fear

So my theory is that if Lilith survived the fall that she would be fear, like I can't explain why but it just makes sense.

And if Simeon got turned into a demon instead of human, I think he would get deciet, although this is under the assumption that he betrayed the brothers during the great celestial war.

Not much is given for during that time period so it's only a guess, but considering his chat name between him and Lucifer is "brothers no more" it would make the most sense.

Anyways that's just my dumb little theory/head canon. :P

Obey Me! HC that I don't think I've talked about before (?)

You know how the brothers have two different "forms" or "modes" that they can freely shift between? Their normal form (that we see them in most often) and their "demon form/true form" with all the bells and whistles, like horns and wings and tails and everything?

I like to think that Cerberus has a similar thing going on.

Mostly, I disliked the idea that Cerberus could be confined to the Underground Tomb at all times. I know that it's never explicitly stated in canon to be the case (and some Daily Chats have talked about taking Cerberus out for walks or giving him baths) but it is at least implied that he generally lives down there.

So I have a HC that Cerberus also has a "normal" form and a "demonic" form that he can switch between at will, and that he spends most of his time in his normal form puttering about the House of Lamentation like a regular old dog.

His normal form is still distinct from that of a human world dog. Like if you look at him it's still immediately obvious that he is a Hellhound, but he's significantly more manageable than he is whenever he's in his "true form"

Firstly, he only has one head. The other two heads manifest physically when Cerberus shifts into his true form, similar to how a demon's horns and wings/tail only appear once they're in their demon form. This alone immediately makes Cerberus much easier to care for.

He's still really big. Like he's at least the size of an adult Mastiff or Great Dane. He also still has plenty of demonic qualities, like red eyes and a forked tail, etc, and he resembles a wolf in appearance more than he does a domestic dog. But overall he's much easier for the Demon Brothers to handle, and he can actually live in the HoL normally like any regular dog would.

And then when it's action time, or whenever there's danger/an immediate threat, Cerberus shifts into his "true form" just like the Demon Brothers do. And that's when he becomes the great, monstrous, three-headed hound that we're all familiar with.

Idk, this is just a little HC that I've had for a while now and I realised that I'd never really posted about it. It's something I came up with on the fly while writing one of my OM fics, because I wanted to use Cerberus in a handful of scenes but I couldn't reasonably write him into the story without writing around his massive size and terrifying presence (since the scenes didn't call for it) and it's a HC that's stuck with me ever since, lol

you were simon's collar, leash of which was in your hands, and you didn't even have to wrap it around your fist and tug, because simon was so devoted to you that being always near and in your sight was something that was in him from the beginning.

simon always defaults to reporting if he goes somewhere, as if asking for permission, despite the fact that he really rarely went to pubs with his teammates from the task force, there always was a mute, hoarse question in the air — “can i go? won' to com' with me, luv?„

his whole appearance shows that he's yours, the way he holds your neat hand tightly in his calloused and wide one, the way he sits you on his broad lap in the middle of the pub at a table, the way he nuzzles into your shoulder or the curve of your neck

the way he's flashing scarlet buds of hickeys left by you on his thick throat or neck, wearing a shirt with short collar.

simon is not afraid to kiss you in public, letting his tongue intertwine with yours in front of other people's eyes extremely greedily, allowing you to tease him with promises of what awaits him at home, while the thick bulge in his pants only grows bigger.

no other girl has time to try to get to know him or his number, catching the moment when you leave to the pub counter, cause simon immediately interrupts any loose attempts with a deep, smoky voice of — “no' a chanc', i'm on a leash her', you sei„

as his dark eyes crinkle and thin lips stretch into a wide, toothy grin, pointing his thumb behind his back, at you, standing and chatting obliviously with the bartender.

For your consideration:

Lucifer and Mammon display nesting behaviors.

If MC takes a nap around the House, they'll wake up surrounded by a mound of blankets, pillows, and various random shirts and jackets from their closest.

They think, "Oh MC might get cold, I'll go get them a blanket." ... then another, and another, and another, and...

Then their bird-brains forget even doing it until MC wakes up or they need their clothes to go out somewhere.

Belphie has woken up in similar fabric piles before and it weirds him out that they keep doing that

- i feel like he'd drink but more so during holidays like christmas or new years. esp halloween

- he seems the type to wear super baggy clothes yk like nu metal inspired fashion

- ALSO he would wear a bunch of bracelets specifically a spiked cuff and prolly some friendship bracelets the group made for eachother

- he needs music 24/7 otherwise he cannot focus or do shit 😭

- honestly i see him as a good cook, especially when he's baked

- like he'll make such interesting recipes that somehow work together

- he def makes sal and his mom try, sometimes ash and todd if they come over

- when he's stressed he fosho smokes in his treehouse with music blasting and drawing in his sketchbook

- he's always laid back, he sometimes has a temper but that's only if he's stressed or if u genuinely pissed him off

- he obviously looks more like mom but i feel like he has his dad's personality, i mean his dad used to take him to concerts and i feel like his dad also taught him how to paint and draw

- he started growing out his stache in senior year of hs, one day he just got lazy to shave so he just didn't bother and he actually liked how it looked

- his plug is obviously todd's parents, he was probably curious and went to them for support😭

- after that megan incident with sal he literally was so scared to come out of his room for the night to go to the bathroom

- he was so scared he'd find a dead person's ghost chilling in the bathtub

- he def punched the curtain for the bathtub to make sure no demons or ghosts were back there

- this is his playlist for sure
