Corruptober Day 4: Engrossed

This piece took forever. 3 episodes of The Walking Dead, and about a 1/2 hour test run of my boyfriend using Twitch to stream KotOR. The game being so old means we have to find another means to stream though.
I’ve been doing longer pieces lately and it’s been really good for my mental state. It shows growth in my mind and art. Being content to sit at my desk for hours at a time working on a single piece shows me that I am improving my patience and attention span. I am no longer doing 3 pieces in a 2 hour span in class and wondering when the hell I can stand again and let my hand stop cramping. I’m also focusing a lot more on detail and technique than I was before, and of course, adding color is helping me like and enjoy doing my art more. I like the outcome of black and white pieces, but the boldness or the color and the neat lines means I like my art more once it’s finished. I do need new colored pens and markers tho
My boyfriend loves foxes, so I thought I would give one a try. I quite like how it turned out!
