Hey Arnold PS118 Gang Job Headcanons

Just thought of something I’d do for fun and to give my thoughts. I’m only doing Arnold and his class. I don’t want to overload myself with characters.

Arnold: I see him becoming a guidance counselor for PS118. He wishes to help bring a brighter future to Hillwood and to help kids through their problems. He didn’t like the idea of asking for so much money as a therapist. He also still helps his parents run the boarding house.

Gerald: I believe he would become the next radio DJ of MJZZ. He loves it there, but he’s also trying to offer his voice to audio books as well because he misses telling stories like the ones he did as a kid.

Phoebe: She decides to become a college professor to help mold the minds of future world builders. She originally was going to be Helga’s editor, but life happened and she decided to live herself and give Helga time to heal on her own. She misses her, but she feels it’s the best course of action for both of them, no matter how painful.

Harold: After blowing his one shot of getting a college degree in football, he becomes the butcher he dreamed of as an early teen.

Sid: Since one of his dreams jobs was archaeology, I think he would most likely become a museum curator. I think he’s too paranoid to actually explore the world and be an archaeologist, but museum curators have to have knowledge in archaeology though. I thought it would fit, but I also think an actuary job fits him as well. XD

Stinky: After all the times he got pushed into a trash he believes it as a prophetic sign from the “Mystical Disembodied Voice” to become a garbage man (you can just hear Helga saying, “Stinky you’re an idiot.”). He still maintains a proper garden and sells the harvest every now and then, but not many people in the city would buy from a place called “Stinky’s Stand”.

Rhonda: She tried to make it as an actress, model, and even a fashion designer, but none were successful. Her parents grown sick of her wasting money on her temporary dreams, so they tell to either get a job, follow the family business in stocks, or they’ll cut off her ties to their bank account. So now she work’s at the Gammelthorpe‘s dry cleaners to pay off beauty school in hopes maybe she’ll run a beauty salon. She growing tired of broken dreams and seriously considers marrying for money every now and then.

Nadine: She becomes an entomologist. It was the most fitting since of her undying love of things creepy and crawly.

Sheena: She becomes a home health nurse because it was originally a way to prepare for Eugene’s inevitable need of constant medical attention. She eventually does it for herself because she genuinely likes this line of work with or without Eugene.

Eugene: He moves away to become a musical theatre actor in California. However, fate had different plans. Instead he settles for becoming a stunt double in comedy movies. Even if he’s no more than an in-between shot in a film, Eugene is just happy that his dream has technically come true. He still hopes one day he will be the main protagonist in a bigtime musical one day.

Curly: He ran off with Eugene to make it as a star as well. He a bit more successful than Eugene do to his over-the-top personality. He still doesn’t get the best roles, but at least he’s not a stunt double. I like to think Eugene and Curly would have an “Odd Couple” type of friendship when they’re trying to be famous.

Lila: Thanks to the help of Olga she became the famous ballerina she always wanted to be. She gets to tour with a crew and dance into everybody’s hearts. Even though her dream has come true, she misses Hillwood, even more than she ever missed Pleasantville. So choosing her friends and family of Hillwood over ballet, she quits her dream, and becomes a ballet teacher instead. She also gardens on the side. ;3

 Brainy: He moved to Elk Island and became a woodsperson… (I don’t know think of something better!)

Lorenzo: He’s rich...

Helga: Not getting into the college of her dreams was one of the worst days of her life. Arnold and her broke up, Arnold left to go to college in another state, she never got to say goodbye to him, Phoebe left for the college of her dreams, and Olga was permanently staying in Hillwood to become an actress. She had never felt so low and pathetic. She was never one to wallow in her pain though, so she hardened up, and kept moving forward with her life. She went to a community college in Hillwood to have some form of education until she can figure out what she could do next. She worked two jobs, Slausen’s in the day and El Patio at night. She needed two to save up for whatever she was going to do next and pay the rent of her apartment. There was no way she was staying in the dump her parents called a home now that she was a legal adult. Eventually, she finally decided to become a teacher. She always enjoyed telling people what to do, so might as well boss a bunch of 4th grade, snotty nose brats. She also did it for the vacation hours, so she could have time to hone her writing passion and make a novel. Without Arnold in her life though, she lost any inspiration she had to write left. Now there’s apparently some new guidance counselor she had watch out for. “Guidance counselor, what a load of… Arnold!”

Yay! Willow gets more cute outfits! I love her so much and want her to be in all the cute outfits I can think of. Though, this is all I had in mind for now. Below the "keep reading" barrier is Willow's lingerie look. I made it so I could show people as much of Willow's vitiligo as I could without making her completely nude. I show the front and back of her lingerie attire, so enter at your own risk of seeing Willow's heinie. Though like I said in my first post about Willow, her patterns aren't stationary. So there's no obligation to be 100% accurate with her marks. Heck, it could make designing clothes for her more fun if the vitiligo patterns are mixed up every now and then. I’ve been wanting to post the fan character of mine for a while on here. However, I wanted to wait until I had somewhat of a proper profile for this character so people would know what purpose she serves in my headcanon of the HA! universe. So anyway, Here’s what I have for her profile so far. I most likely will edit this profile slightly every now and then if I notice I forgot something or made a typo. Height: I suppose around the height of Helga, but I can’t be too sure because we don’t have canon heights for these kids. I have so far 4’7 for 9, 4′8 for 11, 5′ for 12, 5′3 for 15, 5’4 ½  for 17 and onward. I just went with my heights throughout my life. I only hope one day somebody can measure and headcanon the heights of Arnold and the gang.

Bio: Debora was a small-town girl from Tennessee that moved to Hillwood at the age of 5. She had no real ties to the place though except for her love the starry skies and all the wildflowers that grew there. Her parents decided to homeschool her at the age of 4 due to her being bullied for being different and annoying in preschool. For example, her last encounter with the group of kids that bullied her; chased her until she tripped, pinned her down, and pretended they were going to beat her with a big stick just to scare her. She doesn’t meet Arnold and the gang until the age of 11. Before that, she watched them from a distance behind her home window. However, their first, true encounter didn’t work out because Debora couldn’t take being laughed at due to a stimming incident reminiscent of the head hitting that Arnold did in his “I’m Crazy” number, only no music this time. Arnold tried to convince her that his friends were sorry and that they didn’t mean to make her sad. Debora was too afraid to try again though. Debora’s mother had her join the Campfire Lasses for a while to help with her social skills. She still kept tabs with Arnold through letters. She appeared to be making progress and had slightly better control of herself. Her birthday of 2001 however, something happened that made Debora question if she was even good enough to be friends with anybody. Would she always be too weird for people that they will never accept all of her, especially the ugly parts? She quit the Campfire Lasses at age 14; her heart just wasn’t in it anymore.

However, at the age of 15, due to events beyond her control, she had to go to public school so she can be accepted to colleges around Hillwood for they did not accept homeschoolers. Lucky for her, the school she could go to was PS118. Unlucky for her, Arnold wasn’t around to help her fit in with the sophomore class. With no one to help her fit in, she decides it would be best to just not to try at all. She’ll be polite in any way she can in hopes that people will notice her kindness, but she will not make the first move. She’s tired of being betrayed by people that claim that they want to be friends with her only to be abandoned the next day. Although, deep down she knew that this method wouldn’t work and people would be too caught up in their own groups to notice her. Besides, she needed all that time to work on her homework anyway.

However, due to some weird twist of fate, Debora somehow finds herself interacting with Edmund of all people at a party she didn’t even want to go to that Rhonda gave her an invitation to. Rhonda clearly only gave her it because Debora was a part of her class, just a plain, obligatory, pity invitation. To makes things weirder, Debora somehow can empathize with Edmund and his relationship with Wolfgang. Debora has spent so much of her life isolating herself because she never wanted to be hurt again by abusive people like Wolfgang. That time in preschool was still a trauma that she carries to this day. It was her first glimpse of reality that she was different from other kids and that people fear or hate things they can’t understand.

For one reason or another, Edmund the abused loser and Debora the lonely loser found comfort in each other and decided it might be nice if they hung out a bit more. Thus leads Debora and Edmund’s unlikely friendship having everybody around them confused, especially Wolfgang. Surely a girl that genuinely likes Edmund has to have something wrong with her. This leads to the butterfly effect of Wolfgang finding out Debora has Asperger’s syndrome, him exposing that information to the students of PS118, Debora having a break down in the supply closest, Edmund and Wolfgang’s falling out, Helga of all people come to give what Debora needs to hear in her time of need, Helga gaining a renewed purpose in an attempt to move on from Arnold, and Debora finds a true friend in Helga, Edmund, and Helga’s friends are by proxy. Sure, there are still people who treat her terribly when they found out she had a mental illness, but she’s finally content with people knowing because of all the sea of people that see her as a broken person, there are still a few good people that accept her, all of her.

Aww, thanks! I don't know if I would call a song that inserted the word, "diarrhea" in it beautiful but that's what I chose regardless because I thought it fit the Bob's Burgers humor. lol I made a sequel to it as well. This time it's a poem pretending to be a song from the perspective of Tina singing it to Zeke. Like the last one, it's basically a free song if you want to use it in a BB fanfic or something. I'm open to edits if you can find a better stanza than what I have been doing. All I ask is for a shout-out to me for the original poem. Basically, the song hypothetically would have taken a year after Zeke's song in my story. It just seems about the right amount of time for Tina to be fully committed to the Zekina relationship, ready to say the L word, and everything. Anyway, enough chitchat! Time for part two!

Fanfiction Prompt Idea! Inspiration struck me like a bolt of lightning and I leaped at the chance before it went away. I was drawn to making song lyrics from the pov of Zeke singing to Tina (really just wanted to rhyme things a lot of things with TinaXD). It's just lyrics, no musical notes. So it's useless unless you want to use it for fanfiction. So that's why I'm submitting this. Here's a free song for you that Zeke could sing in your fanfiction to Tina. I'm extremely open to edits if you think you can find a way to make it better for your story. All I ask is credit be given to me for my original lyrics. shading colour tips

hey yall its me the Art Mom™ to help you shade pretty

rule 1: DO NOT SHADE WITH BLACK. EVER. IT NEVER LOOKS GOOD. 

red- shade with a slightly darker shade of purple

orange- slightly darker and more saturated shade of red

yellow- i think like..a peach could work but make it a really light peach

green- shade with darker and less saturated shade of blue or teal

blue- shade with purple

purple- a shade thats darker than the purple you’re using and maybe a little pink (MAYBE blue)

pink- darker shade of red

white- a really light lavender or blue..or i guess any really light colour??

black- okay listen dont use pure black to colour anything unless you want to leave it with flat colours because you cant really shade black lol

grey- a slightly darker shade of purple or blue (less saturated)

brown- slightly darker and less saturated shade of purple or red

aaaaand thats all i got lol. let me know if there is anything i should add to this list!!

“The Devil is Kissing His Girl”

 must have broken some Hey Arnold law by making this detailed image of a character like Edmund with my dumb fancharacter over Shortaki or any other better option for Hey Arnold pairs. I don't care! I was inspired to make this before my break was over and gosh darn it this picture just makes me happy. Sure the trees are awful and they look more like cotton candy than actual flowering trees, but I did my best. As usual, there is an actual context for the image. So basically, this is an image you see before you is actually an idea of a scene I would like to do in a fanfiction possibly. Without giving too much away in case I actually go along with this idea; cherry trees are very important to Debora's character and she adores sun showers. So combining the two is a dream spot for her to give a smooch. That's all I'm going to say for the context, but trust me when I say it is a bit deeper than that description. The cherry tree in the background is the same one from the episode, "Stuck in a Tree". So there may or may not be a clumsy, ginger, Jewish boy stuck in said tree... again. Speaking of the episode, credit goes to a frame of the episode that I referenced for the background of this image so my background could be slightly accurate to the source material, give or take a few trees. The title of this piece is a paraphrased version of the term they use for sunshowers in parts of Tennessee (which is where Debora was from before she moved to Hillwood at the age of 5. I think besides the trees, this kiss kind of bugs me as well. I didn't know how to convey Edmund's weird butt lip without making it look like they were slurping each other. So I have to live with the "slurping" look just so people can see that Edmund still has his huge bottom lip. Curse you Edmund and your weird face structure!

I changed the color of some of the trees and I added on Debora’s new eyebrows.

ClipDrop Relight allows you to change the lighting of images (including artworks) for free with their AI lighting tool

This could be super useful for artists if you want to play around with potential lighting/colours! I tested it out a bit and it seems to work with both portraits and sceneries, however it doesn't look like it works with flat sketches. Still really impressive though!

Mini Zeke ADHD headcanons. 1. Coffee makes Zeke sleepy and mellow. So he normally doesn't drink it unless he wants to chill out and relax on the couch or something. 2. When he is legal to drink (though let's face it, this kid is going to try to get it early, unfortunately), alcohol increases his ADHD symptoms. After he realizes how crazy he is drunk, he tries to be cautious for the future because he already has poor impulse control and doesn't want to do something irreparable. He likes to have fun but there's a line between fun and addiction.

3. Zeke absolutely hates being in detention alone because sitting still with nothing to occupy his brain is torture. Detention is bad enough as it is, but he absolutely can't deal with it alone with no stimulation.

just wanted to make some cute art while on break. I been wanting to draw my character more in her wedding dress because it's adorable. This is also a bit of an update I suppose because I changed the dress from white to blue because in Irish wedding traditions the dress is usually blue. I thought that was cool and wanted to do it. I added Edmund in an orange suit for the sake of a silly "Dumb and Dumber" reference. Either way, it's cute regardless and I'm just happy that I finally updated the bouquet for Debora. The flower set up is so much cuter than just 3 stargazer lilies. Anyway, I hope you all like it as much as I do :3.
