I Just Threw All Logic Out of the Window for This Headcanon!

I can't believe it. I just figured out Zeke's likely stepmom and now I'm throwing it all away for a headcanon that's definitely never going to be canon simply because it's more fun. XD Okay, you know how Zeke loves giving people nicknames. Well, what if Cheryl is a nickname and not her official name? I also found out that the owner of the flower shop next to Jimmy Pesto's restaurant is named Charlotte. Cheryl can easily be a nickname for Charlotte. So because I want to capitalize on this character's name, regardless of how logical it is. Charlotte is Cheryl and blue blouse lady is Zeke's bio mom, redesigned from the Belchies one.

Charlotte being Zeke's stepmom could add more reasons as to why he was passionate about the bees dying in "UFO No You Didn't" aside from the fact his grandma told the state of the bees.

It also has the potential to play into his view of weeds in "Bob Actually" when he pitched weeds are the right plant growing in the wrong place. Also, if she's the kind of person that can name her business "The Petalphile" I can see her as the person that has no issue marrying somebody decades older than her. lol There's still the issue most likely never seeing Charlotte around with a baby (as far as I know) since it's established that Cheryl recently gave birth to a baby in season 2. Charlotte is still very much a blank slate though and as long as she doesn't have any concrete bg details that can kill this headcanon, I can easily explain it away. We even had a chance to see Charlotte's house in "The Bleakening" but never did because they skipped over her after we saw Marshmellow. It also could add lore to how Zeke and JJ became friends. While Zeke's dad is busy flirting with Charlotte at the flower shop, Zeke could go over next door to Pesto's and hangs out with Jimmy Jr and thus becomes friends in and outside school.

Anyway, despite all the potential for this idea, I'm still aware it's very unlikely and prepared to eventually see it become impossible in canon. I love flowers and I just think the idea of Zeke having a florist stepmom that's next door to his best friend's dad's business could be a fun idea.

Anyway, until my train of thought crashes and explodes upon the wall of canon, this is the route I'm taking.

Well narratively speaking it was to make the easy innuendo. In terms of character, Tina was probably instructed by Louise to get Zeke because they needed a "hammer" for the whack-a-toe while Louise and Gene gathered the others during recess to speed the process. Tina kept it brief with JJ because she would take any skill he could bring to the team just so she could be with him, even though she wasn't asked to add him. It's the Belchies all over again! She also probably kept it vague for JJ so he would be curious enough to follow her and see what the heck is going on. Still, it is adorable to see Zeke getting so enthusiastic about the prospect of winning a dune buggy.

By rewatching S9e2 I noticed (along with before) that Tina only informed Zeke about the plan and he automatically agreed to help. Though Zeke is always a helper to others but bit more so with Tina. And what really gets me is that she explained it to Zeke but not Jjr. I don't know how to take it but it's definitely a different level. Because she would always try to include Jjr first on things and doing the opposite with others by trying to ignore mostly. Probably just looking into this too much but I'm really intrigued by this.

Behold! It's the Anna I was talking about in the Low-Fli ship questions post. The idea of her first came up when I thought it would be really cool to have a Chinese noodle/Italian pasta fusion restaurant and I made a character and family for it (well at least the character and a bunch of pun names). I had no idea what to insert her into the world though. Then it hit me, rent is expensive and Willow is just a teacher. Let's give her a roommate! I also thought it would be really interesting for Anna to have a roommate that she's just cordial with and not BFFs. It takes them a really long time and a third party for them to finally realize, hey maybe we should hang out more since we live together anyway. Also, I had so much fun making pun names out of pasta and noodles. Have fun trying to figure all of them out. XD

I know I'm a huntlow blog at heart, but, Zeke and Tina from bobs burgers have begun to rot my brain to the point where I wrote a fic for them faster than I ever have for literally any other pairing.

I'm actually kinda proud of this too, it was so much fun to work on!

I slightly edited it to be in line with some updates I made.

Zeke and Tina dating headcanons

- Zeke takes literally every opportunity to pick Tina up and spin her around. This is his absolute favorite pass time.

- Tina writes long, extremely detailed diary entries about all of their dates.

- Tina makes Gene and Louise come with her to Zeke’s wrestling matches, and Louise is disappointed that it isn’t as violent as she expected.

- Zeke loooves nicknames and calls Tina every corny nickname in the book. Her favorites are ‘sunshine’ and ‘pretty girl”

- They go on date nights to all of Jimmy Jr’s dance performances. Supportive besties!

Butt Sweat and Fears Spoilers

So happy Zeke was in "Butt Sweat and Fears"! A very minor moment that doesn't mean that much in the grand scheme of the episode, but I was happy when Zeke went to Tina to ask her if she saw him dancing. I look forward to reading too much into it and believing that Zeke wanted Tina's attention. XD

(Also Tina was really sweet this episode and was rewarded in a sweet way. Good for her. :3)
