Personally, I think it was a disservice that Caitlyn, apparently, stayed an enforcer. Her arc would be much more interesting if, after seeing the damage that she (or, more realistically, Ambessa) did in Zaun, she'd just give up the uniform and followed into her mother's steps, coming up with ways to improve the living conditions of Zaun, thus honoring her mother's legacy, and making up for her mistakes. "Oh, but she stayed a cop to change things from the inside", that is bullshit. Cops exist to maintain, by force, the status-quo and that's never gonna change.

My name is Inas Imad, from Gaza, and I am 30 year old wife and first time expecting mother living in the most unimaginable and dire circumstances for over a year now. Three years ago I married my best friend and have struggled trying to start a family. Even after this war began, my husband and I did not lose hope in starting our family and we continued in determination to live and to bring new life into this world. I am now currently pregnant with our first child, however due to the consequences of this war, I am faced with a high risk, dangerous pregnancy according to the doctor and I am very afraid that if I do not get get adequate nutrition, the medications, and supplies that I need, I will lose my child. The doctor has ordered medication to be given by injection throughout my pregnancy to help me carry my baby to term, however I do not have the money to purchase the medication and syringes needed, nor do we have the money to purchase adequate nutrition. Life here in Gaza is very difficult and we become more hopeless by the day. My husband and I had just started to build our lives together. We had a nice home where we had planned to start our family, and now we are subjected to living in a tent where there is no bathroom and we spend our nights just trying to get warm. It has been difficult being pregnant and not having a bathroom or even a bed to sleep on, but I want my child more than anything. The only hope we have left is in our baby and I am asking you to stand with us. Please, help us in any way you can to save our child. We feel very alone and abandoned, but we are determined to live and we want to see our child be one of the miracles that comes out of Gaza. Any amount you can donate, no matter how small, means the world to us. We will never forget you standing with us. Please, help me to evacuate from Gaza so that I can see my dream of being a mother and bringing my beautiful baby into this world to make it a better place and helping my husband and I be able to watch our child grow up. We will be forever grateful to you.

ARCANE SEASON 2 // MINOR SPOILERS

I have a habit of stumbling onto things without meaning to. It’s both a blessing and a cruse.

The first time it was when the first half of the series was leaked a few months ago, and it was a screenshot of the first episode of season two (where Caitlyn and Vi are in the hallway after the funeral). This time it was an unfinished animated scene. Both on Twitter.

Of course I’m not going to reveal what that scene was, but I can’t wait for the fandom’s reaction on this Saturday!

Do you think part of what made Vi sound so happy and endeared and almost amused when she said "Cait, I don't fucking care," was that in this moment, in the middle of making out, Caitlyn pulls away and stumbles out an honest explanation about how she had been with someone else?

This is the Caitlyn she knows. Not the puppet dictator, not the vengeful daughter, not even the suave girl who leaned against the wall and told her she's predictable a mere few seconds ago. This, the dorky, awkward, nervous Caitlyn is the one she first fell for, the one she first met. And yeah, Caitlyn is complex and can be dark and she's not the same, maybe she never was. But that part of her, the part that stuttered at Vi's flirting in the brothel, the part that tried to offer herself up to the Firelights in her place then sputtered in disbelief at Vi's appearance, the part that earned the name Cupcake, that part is real. Maybe it's tarnished, maybe it's changed, but it's still a part of her. And Vi had missed it desperately.

My friend convinced me to draw the Clue(do) characters after my Lust-Pride drawings featured a lady who she said looked like Miss. Peacock!! Behold!! Miss Scarlet, Colonel Mustard, Mrs. White, Reverend Green, Miss Peacock and Professor Plum I think some edition of clue had Mr. Green as a priest, I just thought that'd add some variety!

Drawing different versions of Clue characters and giving my opinions/headcanons on them! Here’s my take on Miss Scarlett, as portrayed by the 1949 UK board game.

Firstly, here’s some canon info on this version!

She’s mid-20s, the youngest of the suspects in this version (she’s usually the youngest, so this makes sense, seeing as it’s the first official Cluedo game, unless you count Murder!).

The Cluedo fandom wiki lists her ethnicity as French + Italian, although I’m unsure if this is confirmed!

Her hair in this version is styled into victory rolls, a curling method most popular from 1940 to 1945!

I’ve given her the lead piping as a weapon, which was introduced in this game, and did not exist in Murder!

While her name is spelled “Scarlett” in this game (and its US equivalent), it will change to the spelling “Scarlet” by the next installment.

And, my own headcanons on 1949 UK Scarlett…

She’s a cis woman, and heterosexual. English and German ethnically, American nationality-wise. Her name in my mind is something like Catherine, but she goes by Kitty.

I like to imagine she’s an actress, advocating for the usage of the Transatlantic accent in film and radio. I picture this version of the game taking place in 1939, 10 years prior to release, making it set the same year as the theatre release of The Wizard of Oz. I think this movie is Scarlett’s favourite for its ingenuity and beautiful imagery, despite it not having a lot of popularity as a film in its first year.

I think this game’s Scarlett has a crush on this game’s Mustard. She probably finds height attractive, since she’s a tall woman herself. I imagine 1949 Scarlett dreams of settling down with a strong patriotic “man’s man”, unlike most other Scarlett variants (this idea of mine is mostly fuelled by her victory rolls, I confess). He’s definitely oblivious to her affections, but that’s okay. She’s also attracted to dumb men.

Her signature weapon is the lead piping, because it has no recoil, and no sharp parts to worry about accidental self-injury. She’s very particular about her weaponry, when she’s the killer. She also hates mess, and if she can give someone brain damage or bruising with minimal external bleeding, that is certainly preferable.

If she existed in the modern day, rather than the late 30s / early 40s, her go to song would be “Wildest Dreams” by Taylor Swift (Taylor’s version, of course. Scarlett isn’t an animal).
