I think both are really into physical touch, they make it their goal to be able to have any type of contact at anytime

At winter they are practically inseparable cause Wally is a walking heat generator and Dick is really cold at winters (he's a summer guy, sue him)

But also Dick is into gift giving, he doesn't pass an opportunity to buy something Wally would like (mostly merchandise of his favorite shows and games) and it goes to the point that people joke about Dick being his sugar daddy. Dick finds it funny, Wally wants to bury himself
