Small and cozy community of MC:SM and ocean enjoyers alike ^^
Still somewhat a work in progress, but mod applications and a server icon contest will be up shortly!!
Hear me rant about the oarfish for hours. Or donāt. Preferably donātā¦
YES BRAINWORMSā¼ļøā¼ļø
Had a weird dream a while ago where I was playing Minecraft: Story Mode season 2 and instead of finding āVosā in the Sea Temple, you find the real Vos in this in-between layer of the Underneath when descending the stairs with Xara. Like, Romeo had bedrocked over the Underneath and then bedrocked over that layer a few blocks above, creating this small (2-3 block tall) in-between world with a bedrock ceiling and floor.
Upon discovering this place midway down the staircase, Xara mentions she doesnāt recall that being there. You as Jesse have the option to explore around or keep descending the stairs. (In the dream of course I opted to explore; Iām guessing if you didnāt, youād either hear Vos call out to you or someone in your group would go off and look around instead.) The exploration part is pretty short- the area is very dark so you walk around for a bit with a torch.
Until⦠you come across what looks to be a person just standing there, facing away from your group. Instinctively, Jesse calls out to ask if theyāre alright. The figure perks up and turns their head and torso to try and face you while exclaiming how nice it is to hear another voice. As you walk closer, you notice something around the strangerās boots that are preventing them from fully turning around. At this point, Jesse asks Xara if she recognizes the person to which she has no clue. Itās not someone originally from the Underneath. How strange. Suddenly Jack runs past the group and hugs the figure. He exclaims that the stranger is an old friend of his and the two converse for a bit. (I donāt remember any actual dialogue.)
Vos explains that after declining an offer in the Sea Temple, the Admin got angry and sent him to wherever this is. He looks down and Jesse notices obsidian tendrils snaking out of the ground and coiled tightly around his boots and leg. He is not sure how long heās been there, the last time he ate, or when last he slept because time is weird here and your hunger bar doesnāt deplete. Jack basically tells him itās been thirty years to which Vos goes silent for a bit. Xara reminds the group they have a mission to complete. Unfortunately, without a diamond pickaxe, no one can free Vos from his predicament so you as Jesse are forced to leave him behind until after Romeo is defeated. Jack offers to stay with him until then, but Vos urges him to stay with your group and you continue on. I donāt remember if the dream ended there or if I just forgot the ending, but any MC:SM dream is a good dream in my book-
But yeah I wanted to throw this here for someone ^^
My family is still staying in half of the church that wasnāt affected by the bombing because there is nowhere else to stay other than tents. They are limited to one small meal a day and one shower a week. They are sleeping on the floors, but no one can sleep since there is bombing everywhere around them. Even when there is no bombing, they can still hear the loud buzzing sound of the military planes above them, which would keep anyone who hears it awake. Along with everything, My grandma has diabetes and osteoporosis, so she canāt walk. She has to take her insulin medication along with many others; however, she has run out of many of her medications.ā Am on my knees requesting for donation. Target $450
Good luckšā¤ļø I hope you can get out soon
A new gruesome massacre that Israel had committed in a displacement camp in Mawasi. If you're finding the name Mawasi too familiar, it is because just a few days ago, Palestinians in Gaza were sharing the orders they received from Israel to move to that area specifically in Khanyounis.
At least 100 Palestinians have been killed and the number is very likely going to rise, considering there is only one hospital in the area, Nasser hospital, which is barely functioning with no fuel to generate power, not enough beds or manpower. Even mortuary refrigerators are reportedly too full.
The massacre took place in the very early hours of the morning when families were still in their tents, before embarking on their daily search for food and water. Israel knows this and yet deliberately timed this attack as if to maximise the number of victims.
The makeshift tents, made from plastic and nylon, were attacked by three F16 airstrikes, 10 drone strikes, and followed by live ammunition fired from quadcopters. The magnitude of this massacre is so massive that many families were actually killed by being buried by mountains of sand as a result of the explosions, which you can see in this footage of the early moments of the attack. A woman testified to one of the correspondents that she had her 2 month old baby in her arm but he flew out of her arms due to the huge impact of the explosions and that she was still looking for him.
Mawasi is one of the most densely populated areas in Gaza with over one million people crammed in it. Israel's weaponry, including the drones and quadcopters that were used in this massacre, have the ability to detect who is in the area. We have seen this pattern repeatedly for the past 9 months, so make no mistake that this is an annihilation campaign against Palestinians done literally in broad daylight.
i don't think people really understand what's happening in gaza. with each passing day that sees more and more palestinians dead, it's becoming easier and easier for those in the west to perceive them as nothing more than a statistic. they might engage w the occasional palestine post, sure, but it's just as easy to scroll right past that moments later w no real outrage for the genocide retained.
it's vital to stay reminded that palestinians who are with us today won't be with us tomorrow. it's happening every second of every minute of every hour, and it's relentless. somewhere in gaza a little girl is losing her mother, a little boy is watching his siblings bleed to death, elderly people are infirm with starvation and illness, palestinian women and girls are being sexually assaulted and kept in cages, fathers are leaving tents to find food for their families and not coming back. this is all happening right now, and it's a direct result of the west's complacency. it's a direct result of their not seeing arabs as people worth saving.
it might be hard to compute as a westerner, but this is real. don't let your privilege blind you to your humanity.
Bisexuals, watch out forĀ ābi positivityā blogs that promote panphobia.
Ex:
Pansexuals are transphobic/chasers!
Pansexuals have internalized biphobia!
Pansexuals just want to be special!
etc.
Pansexuals, watch out forĀ āpan positivityā blogs that promote biphobia.Ā
Ex:
Bisexuality only means 2!
Bisexuals hate nonbinary people!
Bisexuals arenāt actually bi if theyāre in a same-sex/different-sex relationship!

Donāt give them a platform. Letās keep the solidarity up, yeah?
EDIT 4/21/2020: Turns out Iām a lesbian but panphobes and biphobes are still fucking awful, so donāt be a shitty person!
Fred kills Xara and imprisons Romeo.
Fred wanted to make a perfect nation, one without troubles and sadness, only happiness and innocence. People should be obeying, clueless and feel joy.
Instead of Sunshine Institute it's a Moonlight Plains. Everyone is free to move around as much as they want as long as it's inside of plains.
No one is allowed to carry weapons, no fights, no sad faces. Smiling, smiling, smiling.
Everything he says ā is true and they should obey.
Remember how Lukas called Soren's woolworld a "Happy land"? Well, it is a happy land.
Instead of trying to make Jesse his champion, Fred will try to make another "happy land", maybe even more perfect than the first one. He'll try to reason, saying how letting people decide everything for themselves is too dangerous for them, so they need a Leader, someone who'll tell them what to do and how to live.
And who will be a better leader, than The Hero himself?
But as soon as Jesse refuses, Fred laughs, saying it wasn't a question. He'll send Jesse under the bedrock, to Moonlight Plains in a special zone, where they "fix" those, who is lost. Meanwhile Fred will turn into Jesse, slowly turning people from Beacontown into brainless zombies who can't even decide what food they should have.
Beacontown becoms a closed place and the gang is worried, trying to reach out for "Jesse". As soon as Petra becomes too annoying, Fred sends her to the Plains as well.
There she meets Jesse and.. Vos, who is alive. They were planning the escape together. Vos, Sammy, Jack and Nurm were sent to the Plains a long time ago, but Jack and Sammy are both on a lower floors since they were "too aggresive, meanwhile Nurm was sent to work as a villager should.
Adventurer says their group got here even before the Admins Fight, so he knows for sure Romeo is their only chance to take Fred down. It's useless to try and ask for help people in Moonlight Plaids, since thye're too brainwashed, but there are small groups in whatever was left from Xara's and Romeo's towns, who Fred still didn't captured.
Plan is simple: get on lower floors, find Jack and Sammy, get out of this place, find Romeo with the help of other groups. Easy and smooth, considering no one is uses weapons here.
But unlike Romeo's physical challenges, this place is a psychological horror.
Will they escape without loosing their sanity? And just how longer Beacontown and others will be able to hold back from turning into brainless happy zombies?
This is my second longest piece so far! It was so fun to writeš
Fun fact! This was originally actually supposed to have a happy ending (gasp), but @dragonbma was like "what ending you cooking up?š¤Ø" and I had to follow the expectations lol (worth it)
Hope you guys enjoy!
