All I need is -5kg less and I can breathe

-10kg less and I can smile

-15kg less and I can live

-20kg less and can break free and dream forever

The only time my mum has ever shown actual compassion or love for me was when my eating disorder started peaking and she clocked on and subtly had me sit and watch the Karen Carpenter documentary and told me that if I carried on that would be me and honestly it just fueled my disorder more because she actually ✨️cared✨️ i think about that a lot.
