People seem to forget that we are all individual people behind a screen. Like. You are communicating with REAL disordered people. You are interacting with people who are ACTIVELY struggling with a serious disorder, diagnosed or not.
There's absolutely no excuse for harassment, bullying, body shaming, making comments on what a specific person does on their own blog.
Yknow. Our motto really is just block, don't report. And a lot of you assholes need to get familiar with the block button before someone chops those precious fingers of yours off.

• eating less than 1500kcal is STILL RESTRICTING and your doing beautifully! (No hate to anyone eating less! Do you lovelies!)
• each person is gonna have different cal needs and limits so don’t judge yourself based on other 4n4s! As long as you have a sustainable calorie deficit you are DOING GOOD!!
• if you have a demanding job or school work load, you may need more food than other 4n4s and that doesn’t make you a bad/fake 4n4!! Pls pls be safe and do what you need to do to survive this 3d. The point is to be skinny, not d3ad 💔
• taking a break from 4n4 doesn’t make you a failure. Coming back to 4n4 after recovery doesn’t make you bad/fake/or a failure either. Recovering is okay too and anyone who judges you for any of that should rot in hell.
