Broke my fast 29 hours in
I didn't really set a time goal and tbf in the back of my head I was only thinking a 24 hour so meh.
Tomorrow I'm going to have a good work out day as I know i will have to have at least 1 meal, ☺️

Back on my bullshit
Had a day out which included a trip out to eat but i managed to pick sensibly and I'm feeling OK with today I could squeeze more steps in but honestly I'm so tired I just don't think I can today
I'm planning on 2 fasts next week Monday and Wednesday and aim for around 600-800 the rest of the days 🫶 and 10-20k steps daily fasting day il settle for around 6-8 ☺️
