Had a day out which included a trip out to eat but i managed to pick sensibly and I'm feeling OK with today I could squeeze more steps in but honestly I'm so tired I just don't think I can today
I'm planning on 2 fasts next week Monday and Wednesday and aim for around 600-800 the rest of the days 🫶 and 10-20k steps daily fasting day il settle for around 6-8 ☺️
