obviously i donβt show it but even the smallest thing makes me feel bad or brings my mood down. it takes the most minor of inconveniences for me to feel like iβm failing everyone.

Because honestly I never have motivation for anything π not even self care.
Then as soon as I'm distracting myself from π vin oh look, ultimate self care!
Cut my own hair, full body shave and exfoliate and moisturize, face masks, more water/general hydration, moving more means doing more means making more memories, seeing people i haven't seen in years, making time for family because keeping moving is always the goal.
Making cute memories with my daughter because I'm not depressed and lazy? I'm π vin and motivated and moving to burn calories!
