And now for something completely different. I wanted to be artistic at 2am for the passed week, in between doing commissions, and pulled out this. The consistancy is awful, as is the anatomy, but it was 2am and I didn’t care.

I wanted to put my own take on the 2012 ver. meets the 70’s ver. and I decided to use the actual script from the 70’s, which was FRIGGIN’ HARD TO DO, since Once-ler is a completely different character, but I really tried to make it work. I don’t want to depict Once-ler as creepy, the linework is just showing how dirty and gritty he became. In my mind, if this were to happen, he’d be so far in denial, he’d just be scaring himself into thinking he’s doing good. Ohman, I had this huge thing I was going to type… but I lost it.

I hope you guys get what I was going for….

I’m going to clarify that the prompts are old, but I actually sketched all of these recently

1. Softness: friends cuddling and pose practice

2. Flight: Maka’s outfit is one from the first Soul Eater artbook

3. Distractions: uh poor ragnarok for being an eternal third wheel.

4. Corners: storybooks and comfy pillows

5. Soulmates: they cute

6. Happy Feelings: I can forgive the anime for everything because Crona gets a full redemption and they live happily with Maka, and Soul.

7. Affection: I’ve been thinking about watching Revolutionary Girl Utena recently.

8. Safety: Au for the manga where Crona stays with the DWMA but the rest of everything goes the manga way.

I had about 3 years worth of blank CroMa week canvases on my IPad, and then it broke. So on my new one I ended up deleting a bunch of stuff, and then I stitched together about a week of sketch prompts from the empty canvases I still had.

TopHatTrio Asking for Coding Help on mods

Okay, I feel the need to make a call for help in completing my Don’t Starve mods.

Last year I created Don’t Starve Character Mods based on my TopHatTrio blog. The characters were Professor Layton (from the Professor Layton series), the Warden (from SuperJail!) and the Once-ler (from The Lorax movie). After posting them up on the Steam Workshop, I was happy people took a liking to them. Actually, a number of people took interest in them being DST compatible.

The problem? They’re incomplete. I’m not a code person. I’ve spent the past several months trying to learn really simple things and overcome tiny hills of problems that I can’t seem to get past. It’s really worn me out and I don’t have all the time in the world to learn code. That’s why I thought it would be best to beg on my hands and knees to the internet for help in getting them complete for base game/ROG and Together. If anyone knows code and would like to help assist a poor artist in completing their mods, feel free to note me here on tumblr! I’m looking for people who know how to use spriter and who know how the code works in the game. You don’t have to be an expert, but have experience in modding. I’ll be sure to credit you in helping me with the mods on Steam! (and maybe draw u a free pic or something?? idk I really need help) Once they’re fully complete, then I can start working on the DST versions (which I also would LOVE help on too if you’re interested!)

TLDR; MESSAGE ME IF YOU’RE CODE SAVVY IN DON’T STARVE AND INTERESTED IN HELPING A POOR, DESPERATE ARTIST OUT.
