but I still want to share it because I consider it SO important since I struggled with mia for about a year straight, and now that I am back on Tumblr (not pVrging anymore) I see there aren't many posts that inform people about it as there used to be

You can find a lot of info on google about this, and I am sure you googled it, but in case you didn't or need a friendly reminder, I am here to help you support your health

I am not gonna tell you not to do it cause my word is not gonna do it

but pls do it carefully

- before you decide to get rid of the f00d, drink some water or yogurt, it will help not damage your throat as much

- do NOT brush your teeth right after, however disgusted you may be - acid will destroy them eventually

- you need calcium supplements or calcium rich foods

- try sleeping on your back or stomach instead of sleeping on the side to avoid acid reflux during sleep

- try lymphatic drainage of your neck to minimise swelling of salivary glands

- pls try to avoid drinking any lemonade, lemon water, anything citrusy without a straw - your teeth are sensitive and staws will help avoid destroying their protective layer

- make sure to consume electrolytes because this will throw them off balance

- do not use your fingers because over time it will become visible
