HOW TO ACTUALLY FEEL FULFILLED
Hey Upper East Siders, Gossip Girl Here. Three little birds sat on my window, and they told me that some of manhattans finest elite, arenโt feeling soโฆelite.
And iโll tell you, that you donโt need to worry.
People may give you advice on how to feel fulfilled, but doesnโt mean it will fulfill you.
Because little does your naive self know, that theyโre just telling you what makes them feel fulfilled, not what makes you feel fulfilled.
No, Iโm not talking about the fulfilment of โYeah, Iโm a Godโ that lasts 3 minutes. Iโm talking about true fulfilment. The one that takes you places. The places you want to be. The long term fulfilment. The unshakeable fulfilment, because you know you are who you want to be.
Hereโs how:
STEP 1: Decide what makes you feel fulfilled.
Is it affirming?
Is it visualising?
Is it scripting?
Is it just simply deciding that you have it?

STEP 2: Do what fulfills you every time your desire comes to mind. Fulfill yourself until the feeling of desire completely vanishes. You can compare it to your soul feeling some sort of hunger, feed your inner self until you no longer feel the need to. Because you are fulfilled.

Try to visualise or affirm or any method youโve heard of, and whichever one(s) fulfill you, then those are the one(s) for you.
How do I know when iโm 100% fulfilled?
- You arenโt identifying with the 3D
- You arenโt waiting for your 3D to conform AKA being impatient.
- You feel free knowing you have what you want.
- You arenโt trying to get anything in the 3D.
- You think FROM your desire and not OF it.
- You arenโt viewing your desire as a desire, because you acknowledge that you canโt desire something you already have.
- You know that the 4D is realer than the 3D will ever be.
States to NOT occupy:
- State of lack (not accepting your desire in the 4D).
- State of waiting (waiting for the 3D to conform).
- State of failure (believing youโre doing something wrong).
- State of trying (trying to achieve something in the 3D).
REMINDERS!!!
- Mental health comes first
- You donโt have to fulfill yourself when you donโt want to.
- It is impossible for your 3D to not conform, you donโt have to assume that your 3D will conform.
- Your 3D reflects who you are. So give it something new to reflect.

- Thinking OF their desire.
What The State Of The Wish Fulfilled actually is:
- Knowing that your desire is YOURS in imagination (4D) and standing FIRM in that FACT.
- The FEELING OF KNOWING YOU HAVE IT!!!! (Whatever feeling you get when you imagine having your desires).

Then theyโll observe the thought, not the FEELING it gives them. The feeling of knowing. Although the whole point of affirming is to give them the feeling. Automatically putting them in the state of the wish fulfilled.
Relish in that FEELING until you are completely satisfied.
And we all know what satisfaction feels like. Like having a delicious meal and feeling full afterwards. Like taking a nice warm bubble bath on a cold winter night.
So feel satisfied. Fulfilled.

How I manifest
Hey guys! Iโm gonna be sharing how I manifest personally ๐
Now I use SATS/Lullaby method to manifest, as I find using โsleepโ methods much easier.
1. I choose my desire. It can be anything because I am powerful! For example, letโs say I was manifesting a new phone.
2. Get ๏ฟผcomfy and relaxed. You can relax in any way that you please, me personally I like to do deep breathing, imagine myself in a serene jungle or forest, and just think of scenarios in my head. It can be anything! Maybe drink some hot beverage, โ๏ธ or watch a movie?
3. Get into SATS. I like to vaunt about my desires rather than visualize, because vaunting is more โfulfillingโ in my opinion rather than visualizing.
4. Do the method. Then, I just vaunt about my desires like I am having a conversation with someone! Example: โI love my new phone, I got a cute phone case too! It works so fast and itโs such a good phone!โ And I really feel it real, I feel as if I have it because I do. Then, I fall asleep in the state of wish fulfilled! ๐
Then I have my desire the next day! Yay!
1. I do the vaunting method that I stated above. And I vaunt about how I am a void state master and I really feel it real.
2. I stop vaunting. When I feel like no longer vaunting, I start affirming for the void state. Here are some affirmation ideas:
I am a void state master
I am in the void state
I am aware of the void state
I am pure consciousness
3. I fall asleep saying those affirmations. Then BOOM! Iโm in the void state!

WANT TO ENTER THE VOID INSTANTLY TONIGHT?!!? USE THE DISTRACTION TECHNIQUE!!!
First of all, know that the void is very real!!! I entered it a few hours ago for the first time intentionally!๐ญ
Second of all, you donโt need a good โvoid conceptโ for this. This is too powerful of a method to need to have an assumption that the void is easy to enter. Itโs just like falling asleep when youโre really tired, how youโre entering the void when really relaxed. Itโs impossible to fail.
Step 1: Get into a comfortable position.
Step 2: Get into the alpha state using a guided meditation or without. I like to do it without by counting down from 12 to 1 whilst visualising there numbers as you count them in your head. Then count down from 13 to 1 without visualising. This will get you into the alpha state. (You donโt have to be fully in the alpha state but it helps, just be really relaxed).
Step 3: I know people tell you to affirm for the void at this point BUT YOU NEED TO BE DISTRACTED!!! Visualise a scene in your head and let it distract you. You can even play your favourite song in the background (in your head, donโt actually put music on). You can do those separately or simultaneously. This will get you really distracted and not focusing on the 3D anymore. Then you will end up in the void! BOOM! There you go. Itโs literally guaranteed results, itโs too effective to not work. Anyways have fun living your dream life!! Bye!!!!

I'm getting rid of everything I've been fed online (shifttok, limiting beliefs etc) and I'll only believe myself (or my higher self)
I'm not over complicating things, I'm not thinking of the 4d as 4d but only as my imagination which I know is real.
Because I know that my past thoughts make up my current 3d, so I'll change my thoughts because I believe in myself and no one else.
Because all you need is you. All you need is you and your belief. No matter what people tell you, you can't implement it unless you believe that it is true according to you.
Thus, making you the one in control of your reality completely.
Because you it's YOUR reality, YOU are the one in charge.
