the only thing stopping you from getting thin, is yourself. if you want it bad enough, and actually try, there is literally no way you wont lose weight. exercise, drink water, count your calories. it takes time, and you wont see instant results. but it will be worth it in the end when you are as light as air. keep going, and dont let your thoughts stop you. fuck the hunger. i believe in you, its time to start believing in yourself.

i do not condone eating disorders at all ; these are just tips Iâve found or come up with over my 3+ years of having an ED.
keep in mind , iâm 48kg & 5'7" so these are altered to my weight/bmi
never go over 1000 calories , ever. No exceptions
no red meats or pork ( only chicken & fish)
donât use Just tumblr for thinspo , use instagram , pinterest , snapchat etc. Every social media so you can see More thinspo.
do not listen to other peioles perceptions if your body unless its negative.
no snacks , only eat when your stomach starts to make noise for more than 2 hours.
when you Do need to eat something , 2 carrots, cut into many small pieces ( small sticks ) & steamed with ginger & garlic for 5 min.
frozen steamed vegetable packs are your best friend! one of them is only about 125 cal, microwave it for a couple minutes & throw in some seasoning n youve got a whole meal.
no condiments that arenât low sugar/fat/carb etc
no white bread by Any Means
buy clothes purposefully too small
TAKE YOUR VITAMINS
seriously , take your vitamins. Your immune system begins to break down if you dont take care of it & your skin, hair, nails and lips will suffer.
i personally donât like meanspo , so i prefer to imagine what itâd be like to have someone Admire my body. Look at the positives rather than negatives.
youâre always smaller in mens sizes! ( iâm a small womens, xs/xxs mens ! )
find new hobbies to do instead of eating. I sew & make costumes instead of eating during the day !
By no means , should you ever have any food from the candy/chips aisle ( except for gum )
Walk for at least an hour every day , i use the opportunity to have a couple of smokes & get some vitamins
Never walk while fasting , you risk passing out in public
Swap out bad calories ( chips & candies ) for good calories ( vegetables & some fruits )
If youâve got a sweet tooth , try bubblemint gum! sweet & sugarfree. good appetite suppressant
Replace meals with drinks. Iâm addicted to spiced chai & coffee so often my breakfast & lunch will be liquid.
throw out/sell/put away clothes too big for you. Donât think about what you used to weigh so you donât go back to it.
stay on your feet! move around, put an excersize bike in front of the tv or something! donât stop moving.
learn dances , it doesnt matter if you suck. It creates lots of endorphins (natural happy drug!) & you can burn a lot of calories from it! I learn primarily kpop/love live dances but anything works! have fun w/ it
âdorm workoutsâ and âapartment workoutsâ on youtube are really handy , quiet so you can do them late at night / in private.
wear tight bottoms & baggy tops to make your legs look thinner
wear baggy clothing in general , it makes you feel smaller.
platform shoes ( im talkin goth platforms ) make your leg muscles flex & legs look smaller. Wear platforms.
create excuses to not eat Before you have to face people. Already have a plan ( eg. âi ate some toast and jam earlierâ ) something specific so nobody questions it.
stop feeling guilty about lying to your friends.
be there for other people before yourself ( if youâre capable ) Its easy to distract yourself by worrying.
cook for other people , you get the satisfaction without having to consume it.
If thinspo isnât your thing , look at pictures of fat people. It can motivate you to not become that.
be cold as much as you can , you burn calories shivering

Itâs just you. It always been just you. Nobody will ever understand.
1. Start every day with lemon water and multi-vitamins.
2. Drink green tea with breakfast.
3. Donât skip breakfast on weekdays, youâll only binge on unhealthy stuff at work.
4. Never eat in between breakfast and lunch, no matter what.
5. When really hungry, drink a lot of water, tea or go for a smoke.
6. When cravings get really bad, drink black coffee or eat some fruit.
7. Also, keep imagining how much easier life will be once youâre skinny and how you can have something a little less healthy once a week or so.
8.Only eat fruit or vegetables in between lunch and dinner, never more than one portion.
9. If you ate more than 600 calories a day, go for a walk or cycle + do an extra work out before bed.
10. If you ate more than 1.000 calories a day, make sure to burn at least 1.100. Period.
11. Make sure to walk around the office as much as possible.
12. When there is cake bc of a colleagues birthday, you deserve to treat yourself on an extra cigarette while everybody is stuffing their face.
13. Donât talk about how much you eat. Ever.
14. Watch thinspo during every breakfast and every lunch.
15. Skip as many meals on the weekend as possible.
16. Donât eat anything after 8 pm.
17. Take cold showers and make sure youâre always a little cold at work to burn more calories.
18. Walk wherever you can.
19. Say no to people before they even have the chance to offer you anything. Never take food from someone else and never let anyone change your mind. Itâs all a game.
20. Weigh in everyday. If you lost weight, youâll be more motivated to keep going. If you gained weight, youâll be more motivated to eat even less.
21. Never walk up stairs, always run.
22. Go to bed early on weekdays; you cannot give into cravings when youâre asleep.
23. Try to spend as much evenings out of the house. It means youâre being active instead of sitting behind a laptop and itâs way easier not to eat a thing.Â
24. When food tastes really good and itâs tempting to eat a little more, watch other people eat. (my mother is the best example how not to be).
25. Try to enjoy special days where you cannot maintain your usual calorie intake as much as possible. Every now and then, there will be days where you have no other choice but to eat a little more than you usually would. And instead of freaking out about it, try to enjoy it as much as possible and remember that it could be a perfect way to break your routine, which often helps you lose weight easier the following days.
