Not my rock bottom era again
1) Fire Tea to boost metabolism •1 cup green tea + however much cinnamon + cayenne pepper is tolerable
2) Every time you use the bathroom (before & after) do 5 squats so you touch the toilet
3) Drinking LOTS of (cold) water before and during a meal will fill you up so that you eat less
4) Eat a fruit/veggie when you are hungry…much less net cals. after digestion than something processed
5) When you feel hungry, first do 20 jumping jacks and 10 squats, then drink a glass of water. This makes you feel ready for excersize and puts off hunger.
6) Drink hot tea, veggie broth, warm almond/soy milk when fasting. It fills you up and gives you some flavor for the feeling of eating.
7) Eating breakfast leads to less cravings later at night. Just having some fruit or a boiled egg will help SO much :)
8) For motivation in the winter, think of your self as a hibernating bear slowly getting a thicker & thicker layer of fat. You need to burn it off by eating better foods and exercising.
9) Frozen banana (100 cal.) is a good, sweet treat. Baked strawberries are good for something warm
10) Stop eating before 6/7 p.m. and dont eat until 6/7 a.m. for a 12 hour fast every day. If you don’t have school push the morning time to a few hours later. If you do, eat some fruit or fast even longer till lunch (if you can)

I just want to read a few books per week, learn multiple languages, and a couple of instruments, become more proficient at advanced mathematics, write essays and books, exercise regularly, sleep eight hours per night, eat really healthily, have an active social life including enjoying all of my close relationships, and be really sexy. Is that really so unreasonable

be busy. busy not checking messages. busy reading those books you never started or finished. busy having a good night of sleep. busy taking care of yourself and your skin. busy moving your body. busy helping your community. busy reflecting on your life and what you can improve. busy doing things aside from the capitalistic viewpoint of “productivity.” busy slowing down.
It costs NOTHING to eat fewer c4ls than your body burns, and that’s the ONLY requirement for wl. Your body naturally does the rest of the work for you. The only hard part is overcoming your mindset, so focus on that to make the rest of this process easy.
Stay consistent and patient and the results WILL come with time, whether you eat 100 or 1100 per day. It’s a physical and biological guarantee.
(Remember to take your vitamins, sleep, stay hydrated, and go for a walk. Health is important too)
