You can almost hear the flirtatious banter from the first pic over an intense game of chess, because these two ain’t giving up for shit, but man, the opponent sure is distracting at times. Starscream is surprisingly quite OK with losing this game tbh. A Queen’s Gambit homage got way out of hand and now Windblade looks like she’s about to star in a 12-episode Netflix political intrigue drama. (Her chess ‘pieces’ are Prowl, Bumblebee, Kup, Optimus Prime, Hound and Perceptor!)

Getting some waaaaaaayy into the future Windscream feels out because these two are living rent-free in my mind next to tragic ‘we’ll dance this dance together into eternity’ MegOp.
Stefan/Starscream likes to play it cool, but as Wariko/Windblade finds out at some point, he’s actually pretty badly touch-starved, and whenever they’re sleeping together, he tends to cling to her like he’s afraid she’s not going to be there when he wakes up (Which he genuinely is at times, due to bad experience with Shockwave).
Another massive labour of love focusing on the different ships in TTB; MirHound, Dratchet Windscream and Side/Arm in varying degrees of angst, longing, action and general fluff because I love them all and y’all gon suffer with me today ✨💖
I love the idea that lyrics become diegetic (part of the narrative) near the end with Sideswipe singing to Strongarm while she’s on fieldwork and they’re doing their usual check-in on each other (and she really just wants to hear his voice/know that he’s holding on OK after the whole fiasco with Sunstreaker, and it’s just his fluffy little way of letting her know he’s not feeling like half a man anymore).
(MirHound WILL be OK new friends, I promise! This is just them at the literal worst points in their lives, it only gets better in time from here).

Rescue Terrans AU Whirl
Whirl teaches air rescue and police lessons. Despite often diving into the peculiar specifics of every topic, the Terrans find her classes to be the most enjoyable thanks to her contagious enthusiasm and pop culture references.
The Terrans soon realize they can tell her anything - mostly because they can't hide anything from her anyways. She’s a master of detective skills, and a master of emotions. Luckily, she's also the most understanding bot in the world.
Whirl also coaches all the flier recruits. Her wind tunnel has been repurposed into a training room and Twitch ends up being her teaching assistant - in fact, Twitch ends up being her teacher too! In sword fighting!
Unfortunately helicopter blades aren’t exactly built to cut rocks open.
You cannot convince me that Twitch and Whirl (jr) wouldn’t be best friends- like yess girls, go fly around and talk about things or smth
