Honestly one of the funniest things about this site is that you’ll be reading a slappin text post and then you look at the profile pic of op and just be blasted in the face with homestuck. like, “haha this is a really funny post I'll reblog it! I wonder who- oh my god dave strider.”

Big Announcement

Well it’s finally time. We made an update post a while ago about the status on the project and we’ve made a decision. The Homestuck Rewrite project is officially closing.  We the mods and the team are all saddened to make this call but we all agree that it was the right one. With dwindling support, members, and interest the plug has been pulled on this almost 2 year long project. But it wasn’t for naught! Even though an update never came out that doesn’t mean that there’s nothing to show. 

We’ll be posting ever piece of writing, concept art, notes, and maybe even some documents that we can find just so you all who have stayed with us can see the vision we had for this project. 

We will also be opening up the Discord we’ve been using as a general hang out space for people who were interested in the project and wanted to see some of the history of it, for various fandoms, and a place to connect with former and current Homestuck fans. But again, we are so, so, sorry that this project never finished. It was started by a bunch of kids who were upset at the epilogues and bit off more than we could chew. 

We hope to see you, the followers, your friends, and maybe even the former members of the project return to the Discord to catch up and have some fun.

Did you hear they're adding a rat NPC? They sell little furniture and will fix things for the other rats. Super excited to see them on the server :)
