So I had this dream that in tonight episode of #TheLastOfUs you could spot Ellie reading a silly little comic about Din, Luke and Grogu. And I just had to. The scene is from my favorite series on Ao3 “Finding the lost and losing the found” by @deniigi , it’s clever and funny and go read it.

Two generations of Skywalker…and the long-suffering soul who has to look out for them

din and luke are absolutely the couple that basically become the same person after a few years of marriage.

luke starts calling lightsabers “laser swords” because of din. din starts to pronounce things the way that luke does in his outer rim accent. they make the same exact joke while watching a movie and say “we have to stop spending so much time together” and don’t do that. luke gains a tolerance for spice after eating din’s mandalorian food. din clips his darksaber to his belt the same way that luke does it for his lightsaber. luke tries to replicate the voice that din does when he’s telling grogu a bed time story. din starts to actually like blue milk. one day luke forgets to shave and never goes back to it because din said he doesn’t believe he can grow a beard like him. when they go out on a mission they share the same tooth brush because it’s easier. they smell the same way because they only buy one bottle of body wash

they still have their differences and bicker as if they hate each other but it’s the little things that start to rub off
