This Is Fatima Amarneh. She Was Arrested On September 4 As She Was Coming Out From Al-Aqsa Mosque, One

This is Fatima Amarneh. She was arrested on September 4 as she was coming out from Al-Aqsa Mosque, one of the IDF soldiers kicked her. Then the other soldier attacked and severely beat her until she lost consciousness. THIS is the most #immoral"* army in the Middle East Fatima was just released and the union with her mother is heartbreaking. Video via @obaidaat

The kids are all right

The Kids Are All Right

Yesterday, my community service club was doing outside litter pickup, when I overheard one of my students talking about Israel killing kids.

“Yeah, Israel is killing Palestinian kids. Israel is killing children like us.”

“What!?”

*pulls out phone to show a video of babies in distress after the Israeli air strikes.”

“Huhh! Omg look at her!”

————————————

I keep thinking what he meant by “us.” Children their age, racially minoritized people, or was it something else?

The children are listening.

US Politicians: Oh c’mon guys, you’re being overdramatic. The Israeli government would never do that.

Say Their Names. Say Their Arabic Original Names.

Say their names. Say their Arabic original names.

Edit: adding pronunciation from a Palestinian who teaches the different names of cities Israel changed.

Note: tel aviv is yaffa in the image. But according to video, it's in fact was named Qaryit Al Sheikh Mo'nes. And google says different name altogether. So ignore that one...

A released captive Amani Hashem embraces her son Adam and returns to her family after spending 7 years in occupation prison. She shared her experience in the interview.

What stuck with me is when she said: "On the rare occasions the occupation would allow family visits, they would let me see both of my kids but only hug one of them. My kids were so young they didn't understand. I'd hear the younger one saying: "Why didn't mom hug me too? Does she not love me?" That's when I realized the limitless of the occupation's evil. They stripped me from seeing my children grow up, I'm getting to know them from the beginning now."

The amount of cognitive dissonance and straight up DELUSION. It takes to say you belong to this ‘holy land.’ Then proceed to bomb it, destroy churches and trees that belong there and that have been apart of that land for longer than they’ve been alive. Not to mention targeting innocent civilians and journalists as a way to try to stop the atrocities they’ve committed from being exposed to the world.

Yet they think they have the most moral army in the world. What a joke. The blatant stupidity and overall lack of humanity you must have to think. Slaughtering innocent people so that you can steal their land is justifiable. You must be fucking mental.

And when you get called out on your crimes. You call people ‘anti-Semite’s’ to try to delegitimise their claims is pathetic. Shame.

‘Blocking traffic/public disruptions aren’t going to help your cause’ if that is so, why have there been larger and more numerous pro Palestine protests than ever before? Why is public knowledge on Palestinian oppression more prevalent now? Why do a majority of countries in the world call for a ceasefire? Why do a majority of the countries in the world call for Palestine’s recognition? And why is it that people who complain about disruptions not helping our cause have never supported us in the first place? I wonder.

The Israeli occupation destroys the central archive of Gaza municipality, executing thousands of historical documents and deliberately razing all life forms; erasing the city and its history. It is worth noting that the archive holds documents more than a hundred years old.
