i have these channels videos in bg when im working or studying and its such a help honestly. i also watch when im eating kinda like subliminally. ive said this b4 but the more you surround yourself with what you aspire to be even in social media- esp in social media when you use it a lot, it kinda works subliminally. i catch myself being sm more productive than i used to be, and i love that 4 me. don't forget to rest bc that's vv important.
