donβt strain yourself, my dear. affirming is a technique, donβt do it if you donβt want to.
youβre not trying to get into the wish fulfilled, youβre already there. itβs the end state. take it easy on yourself.
close your eyes and ask yourself, in your imagination, do you have your dream life? say yes to imagination because thatβs the only truth. that is what creates reality.

imagination is the father, the outer world is the son. it has no will of its own, only to serve and reflect what you claim to be in imagination.

with a mental diet, I only affirmed on loop whenever the intrusive thoughts that came affected my mood/mental state. for the others, they remained powerless so there was no point in going against them, just shift your awareness and let them pass.

this is a joint/collab post between @blushydior and @angelsinluv. this was originally bambiβs post so sheβd written most of it but doesnβt want to post it on her blog for personal reasons. so we thought itβd be a good idea for me to post it on mine and put our knowledge together since itβs been the talk lately.
there are many different ways of understanding the law and manifesting your desires whether it be behind a scientific point of view or the principle, states.

now, let get into it.
the sooner you understand and get the gist of states, the more seamless your manifesting journey will be. this realization is what brought bambi to manifest her dream life.
states manifest and thoughts donβt and iβll explain why in this guide but in no way shape or form that i am pushing my beliefs onto you.
even if you donβt agree with that statement or are unable to fully click and resonate with states just yet know that states and thoughts work together to bring awareness to what mindset/story youβre entertaining.
for example, if you wanted to know what state youβre in, you would look at your thoughts. why? because when you change your state, your thoughts naturally change as well so therefore, thoughts and feeling are indicators of what youβre state in.

you are coming from a state of lack. a state of not having your desire unaware that your imagination trumps the 3D. always.
iβm not saying itβs a crime to affirm all day. many people enjoy it so itβs not out of lack. itβs up to how youβre doing it.
with manifestation, youβre either in the state of:
being the person who has it
being the person who is trying to get it
in the law of assumption, what creates reality? your mind (consciousness)
so, if youβre affirming, visualizing, doing all these things IN YOUR MIND, to change your reality (3D) thenβ¦
BY DEFAULT:
imagination creates reality
the 3D is a reflection of your state of BEING
always look inwards for confirmation because thatβs the true reality!
aka choose what you want to manifest!
state = your mindset / your state of being / state of consciousness. your I AM.
itβs what you identify as. your awareness of being.
choose what you want and embody the mindset of the person who has their desire.
for example, if you wanted $10 million, you choose to be in the state of fulfillment - the person who has $10 million.
that is now your state - the person who has their desire.
β the world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing, within yourself. β
now that you set the intention of embodying the person who has their desires, thoughts that align with your state will naturally flow to you.
as you can tell, thoughts and feelings are a product of a state but repeating affirmations, visualizing, doing whatever you want can also help you sustain and being into the state. thatβs what techniques are for!
so what would you be thinking and how would you feel if you had your desire?
thinking = imaginal acts that include visualizing/affirming
thinking is not just affirming because there are people who think in visuals and others who think in forms of words (affirmations). do what feels natural to you. β blushydior
affirm: βi have $10 million dollars in the bank!β
visualize: any scene that implies you have $10 million dollars in the bank
feeling: nonchalant / at peace / etc. knowing you have $10 million in your possession.
that is now your awareness / state of being
feeling β emotion!
feeling = accepting your desire as a fact that it is yours because consciousness is the only reality.
you donβt have to act as if. only think as if.
βare you thinking from the state you desire? or is your dream just a passing fancy, a daydream you enjoyed for the moment & then dropped?β
if you say you want money, are you gonna keep WANTING it? NO. to manifest, you ARE the person who has the money.
thatβs it. thatβs your state!!
YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO HAS THE MONEY. simple. (thatβs because the law is)
close your eyes, claim you have what you want. by affirming, visualizing, whatever feels good to you.
see it, feel it, know that your mind creates your world. what you see is THE REAL FACT.
isnβt it liberating? BECAUSE IT IS.
you are free to do and have whatever you want! this is why the 3D, circumstances and feelings DO NOT MATTER. why? because YOU, the operant power JUST SAID you have it in your mind so why are you going to let emotions and the 3D effect you?
now, accept these thoughts and your state as facts because thatβs what they are. consciousness is the only reality so if you say and know that who you are in imagination is true, the law has no choice but to reflect your awareness of being.
not all thoughts are assumptions and you are not all of your states!
the state and thoughts you identify with manifests.
you are always passing through a number of states throughout your days. a state of sadness, a state of anger, a state of nonchalance, a state of fulfillment.
dwell and identify with the state of your choosing = the person has all their desires!
itβs the same thing with thoughts.
βthoughts are just thoughts. thoughts accepted as true are assumptions. and thoughts/assumptions are products of your state of consciousness. feelings do not mean emotion. feelings = the acceptance that your desire is a fact in imagination.β β blushydior
like i said, thoughts are just thoughts. unless you assign meaning to doubts and affirmations, they hold no power. you do. so which one are facts and which ones are powerless?
your imaginal acts (visualizing / affirming) = fact
doubts, intrusive, negative thoughts = powerless. donβt even care enough to label them. theyβre silly little thoughts.
all you have to do now is persist in that assumption and sustain your state until it hardens into a fact.
A COMMON MISCONCEPTION is that you have to CONSCIOUSLY be in the state all day everyday. NO. all you have to do is return to it/persist whenever you WANT to and WHENEVER you think about it
β You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. β
SEE! itβs really no different. itβs the same as meditating on affs or rampaging, visualizing, thinking from your desire etc but itβs the fact that you are doing these things to make it natural & bc you enjoy it, not because you βdonβt see it in the 3Dβ and you freak out then over-consume, affirm more, etc.
whenever you think about your desire, remind yourself that you already have it.Β
if you caught yourself dwelling in a place of lack, for example,Β asking βwhere is it?β / βitβs not here yet.β β correct yourself. return to the wish fulfilled and feel it to be a fact in imagination.
and you keep doing that WHENEVER U WANT TO until it feels natural. like neville said, itβs like putting on a new suit. at first it wonβt feel natural but over some time, you wonβt even be βconsciousβ of it because you already / naturally feel fulfilled! read my quotes thread that relates to this.
this is where methods come in as well. it gets you to dwell in your state whenever and however you want.
methods donβt hold any power. you do.
itβs not a chore. itβs a choice.
easy peasy.
βyou can tell if you abide in your house of desire by watching your thoughts, for the state in which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place.β
you have fulfilled the inner man, accepted it as a fact and got your manifestation.
doubts, the 3D (interacting vs. reacting) and emotions
doubts, intrusives, opposing thoughts
you let them pass because you are already the person who has it all. if you identify as the person who has their desires (βi have xyzβ) why would you let little doubts deter you? they can come in your mind ALL DAY but if you donβt identify with them, they donβt hold power.
if YOU know youβre already the person who has their desire, nothing and no one can stop them from conforming.
for example, if you were famous and all of a sudden you were told βno, youβre not!β
would you go:
βiβm not? oh my godβ¦ youβre right. iβm not famous!β
or
βuhβ¦? wrong. because the evidence* is right there? i just said iβm famous so thatβs what i amβ¦. famous. lol.β
*evidence = you. your state/4D/mind.
β β REACTING isΒ looking at the 3D and complaining. settling for what you see as a fact.
EXAMPLE: seeing the opposite of your manifestation
DONβT: βmy life sucks. i hate it here. see? this is why i can never manifest what i want.β and settling for these thoughts as facts.
DO: βit doesnβt matter what i see. what and who i claim to me in my mind/imagination is the real fact that has no choice to be externalized!β
β β INTERACTING is doing what you need to do in the 3D/physical world but knowing that what you claim in your mind is the REAL fact.
EXAMPLE 1: youβre manifesting a romantic partner.
physically: when someone asks you βhey, are you in a relationship?β you say no.
but in your mind you go: sike. i have the perfect girl/boyfriend π€π€
EXAMPLE 2: youβre manifesting money
physically: you decline to hangout with your friends because you have no money at the moment.
but in your mind you go: βi literally have so much money lol ?? iβm the richest person in the world with all the money i have in the bank.β
EXAMPLE 3: attending therapy or venting to loved ones
physically: βlifeβs been really difficult lately and it makes me feel stuck. i had a few breakdowns and anxiety problems, etc.β
mentally: (after venting) βthat made me feel a little better. i let my feelings out instead of bottling them in. i know i have/will get my desires! everythingβs okay. iβm safe.β
it doesnβt matter what you do or say in the 3D!
consciousness is the only reality so if you continue to dwell in the state most favorable to you, that is all that matters!
iβve gotten a number of asks in the past asking me why they didnβt get what they want if they repeated the thought so many times. my only conclusion from this side of the screen is that you are in the state ofΒ trying to get it.
when manifesting, you donβt try. you either have it or you donβt.Β
βokay i have to affirm on loop for 20 minutes, 2 times a day or else, i wonβt get it my manifestation!β
blushyβs observation: you arenβt being the person who has their desires if you still feel like you need to get them. so you do all these things like over-consume information, force yourself to affirm the same affirmations on loop 1000x, looking for more answers, etc.
you simply arenβt in the state of being. youβre in the state of lack / trying to get it.
how can you try to get something you already have?
so switch states! how? scroll back up.
βi feel like saturating my mind. why not? itβs fun.β β
βi already have all of my desires because i said so. thereβs no need for me to worry or stress because itβs already mine! itβs doneβ¦β and so on.
a related question: do dominant thoughts manifest?
you can affirm all day and be able to affirm on autopilot in the middle of your sleep or doing chores but if you:
donβt accept them as facts (assumptions)
identify with them
are in the state of trying to get them by going: βi need to affirm more or else i wonβt receive my desire.β
you wonβt see results.
thatβs why it can only take one decision for a manifestation to come to fruition. you fully accepted it as a fact that the version in imagination is the true person who has it whether it be a desire or doubt.
itβs all about the knowing itβs already yours in imagination - that your success is inevitable and it has no choice but to conform and harden into fact.
itβs called the law of assumption for a reason! you accept these assumptions as true WITHOUT any evidence because you know that imagination creates reality.
β This is the law of assumption so, if you assume that repeating affirmations all day will get you some kind of movement / your manifestation, thatβs what youβll get. Itβs the same thing with techniques and methods, you give your thoughts and these ways of manifesting power. Thoughts are products of your state of consciousness but it doesnβt mean theyβre all true. The idea that dominant thoughts manifest makes it seem tedious. The law is simple. Especially for people who are new to the law, youβre introduced to this idea and you begin to police every thought you have and affirm all day, everyday to make sure that your every dominant thought surrounding each topic in your life is a positive one. Thatβs exhausting and itβs not supposed to be. It contradicts the fact that you donβt have to make a smidge of effort in order to get your desires. [β¦] It gives your thoughts power when you are not your thoughts. You are who you claim to be in imagination because imagination creates reality. So if you visualized or affirmed that you are the person who lives their dream life and accept it as a fact in your mind, nothing can make that change other than you and you are pure consciousness. You can have negative thoughts and feel your emotions because just like the outer world, they have nothing to do with you unless you identify with them. So choose your story. Your silly little thoughts or the fact that you are the person who has their desires. β β blushydior
all you have to do is accept it as a fact that you are the person who has their desire and you will manifest faster than the speed of light.
this is my opinion but i donβt like the idea of affirming so much to wait until a thought is dominant so it can manifest. itβs very limiting.
it is a fact that you ARE the person who has your desire! the reason why affirming on loop and βdominant thoughts manifestβ concept works for others is because they assume it does.
β an assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact. β
if you are affirming on loop and arenβt seeing results, this may be your problem and understanding states is the solution youβve been looking for!
this goes along with manifesting with hard circumstances and being a neurodivergent!
i state in my guide that i knew i was the person who already had my desires and since i was constantly filled with intrusives, doubts, and other things (i didnβt identify with them, i just wanted them to lessen) i repeated them as reminders to made me feel better to saturate my mind that: βyes! i do have it.β
saturation is NOT necessary. you donβt need to do it but it helps in many cases as a technique to sustain your state and coping mechanism. it makes persistence easier for many.
if you are this person:Β
βokay iβm going affirm all day and then i will get it!β
you will succeed because that is the assumption youβve created. you fully accepted it as a fact that if you repeat it over and over again, you will get your manifestation.

I wanna know ur tips to not waver when im in the state of the wish fulfilled? & what do u do when u start wavering?
I donβt waver, period. Iβm like an Asian tiger mom with my thoughts. If I want something, bitch I know Iβm going to get it. Even intrusive thoughts donβt stand a fucking chance cause theyβre weak & powerless before me. Even if I waver, it doesnβt stop me from getting what I want. Once I decide I want something, it is mine regardless of everything. This is the way I persist & get what I want.
Pro tip: ALWAYS ALWAYS ASSUME THAT YOU GET YOUR DESIRES NO MATTER WHAT. It doesnβt matter if you waver or have intrusive thoughts or even if you spiral, youβre ALWAYS going to get what you want.
YOUR AFFIRMATIONS WILL ONLY WORK IN THESE 3 SCENARIOS:
1. When you accept your affirmations as a fact and that theyβre real. When you feel as though what youβre affirming for is your reality.Β
2. When you know (accept as a fact) that rampaging or vain affirming works for you. In this case, you donβt have to affirm as though itβs a fact.
3. When you know that you manifest regardless of everything. It doesnβt matter what you do, you manifest what you want. So you say fuck it, everything works for you. Youβre limitless so it doesnβt matter what you do.Β
Thatβs why affirming works for some people but doesnβt work for others.Β And thatβs why affirmations donβt manifest, your state of consciousness does. Affirming like any other technique is used to get you into the state of the wish fulfilled.Β
so when blogs say assumptions = thoughts = affirmations or assume = think = affirm it's wrong? or? how do u define assuming?
Itβs essentially wrong because manifestation = assuming you have your desires.
Assumption:
a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof.
So when you assume, you accept your desire as the truth even though your 3D might show you the opposite.
Affirming or any other technique simply brings you into this state of acceptance. These techniques work because youβve assumed it does. We create our own rules and so if youβve accepted manifesting = affirming as a fact, it will work for you.
For me, my no.1 rule is I just have to decide I want something and I know itβs mine. Thatβs it. I donβt have to affirm regularly or visualise or do SATS. I can even forget about my desires for a week because I know that whatever I want is mine regardless of everything.
how to accept it as truth. i think thatβs why i always fail.
How would you feel if you already have your desires? When you do a technique like SATS, affirming, visualising or even when you decide that you have what it is you desire, you'll get this distinctive feeling of acceptance and relief and you'll accept it as a fact.
STAY FIRM IN THIS ASSUMPTION AND DON'T WAVER.
Whenever you think of your desire, know that it's done and you don't have to do anything. Gently remind yourself that you already have whatever you desire and feel that wave of gratitude and relief wash over you. You don't have to affirm on repeat or visualise constantly AT ALL. As Neville gained more wisdom about the law he only visualised once and forgot about it because he accepted that he already had his desires and knew that he didnβt have to do anything else.Β
Your state of consciousness is a mindset, a state of experience with assumptions which you live by. Always expressing a state, you identify yourself with it by saying: βI am poor or I am rich. I am known or I am unknown. I am wanted or I am unwanted.βΒ You are always in a particular state of consciousness!
When you accept your desire as truth, you'll realise that your thoughts automatically become positive and beneficial because your thoughts come from your state of consciousness and not vice versa.Β
Also start assuming that failure does not exist in your reality and you manifest regardless of everything. Accept this as truth.
Hey, why do we have to persist when we can get our desires instantly? I mean, what can I do to avoid getting into the situation of "persistence"?
yes, we can manifest instantly but sometimes, we don't hold that assumption perfectly and that's why we need to persist. because persisting guarantees our desires.
also, if you are living in the end, would you affirm once and call it a day and get affected by the 3D? persisting helps you to let go of the old story and step into the new one.
if you manifested something instantly, would you go back to the old story and act like you did not have your desire? of course not. you would live in your new desire. however, if you cannot see it in the 3D yet, you have to act like you already have it. thatβs the gist of living in the end. persisting is basically not taking no for an answer no matter what the 3D shows you. itβs an attitude every conscious manifestor must master. whether you manifest instantly or not.
Terminology:
Inner Self: Your God self, your I AM presence, the Creator within, the Eternal Dreamer, YOUR IMAGINATION.
Fear seems to be a common reason for failure to receive your manifestation. TBH there is no failure since the law of assumption works 24/7 and youβre only receiving what youβre assuming to be true about yourself and your life. However, I see a lot of people being crippled by fear of all sorts and I was like that too.Β
The fear of not receiving your manifestations. The fear of external pressure from the 3D and needing to receive your manifestation within a certain time period or else youβre doomed. The fear of not having to do anything while manifesting. The fear of waiting and the belief that action is necessary. The fear of change when you do receive your desires- I mean how are you going to handle it all? Believe me, there is fear lurking in the corner around every person who claims that the law of assumption doesnβt work for them. You are afraid in one way or another. Accept it so we can move on.Β
Firstly, letβs make this clear. Man tends to hold onto his limitations, fears and doubts, thinking they are his safety. He believes his worries and limitations keep him cautious, alert and safe. He desires to leave his worries behind and yet the world beyond the confines of his self-imposed restrictions terrifies him.Β
One of the most important things you can ever do- in fact, one which is absolutely necessary for perfect manifestation is trust and knowing that your desires are yours. That is why it is vital for you to let go of fear.
However, Man can only truly let go of fear when he accepts that he is not Man. He generally identifies with his Outer Self. The Self that is constantly affected by the 3D and reacts instead of creating. The Self that believes action is necessary and that he must do something to overcome that fear. Β Never seeing he is the Creator and the Cause of everything, he always fails. If only he were to realise that the 3D is but a mirror that only reflects the Inner Self, his true self- the God within.Β He needs to acknowledge that his is the ONE AND ONLY CREATOR OF HIS REALITY.Β
If your inner self is afraid then that is expressed in your outer reality. You donβt need to overcome that fear in any way. You just need to acknowledge that you (the God self within) created it and you can also destroy that fear. Acknowledge that you are the CAUSE of your fear and misery. Accept that fact and see the world through it. You will feel your fears melting away because if you manifested that fear then you can manifest it away.Β
Imagination is the ONLY reality so if you imagine fear then that is what you will experience in your outer reality. Therefore, there is no need to take action or do inner work to overcome it. You just need to become aware that you created that fear, misery, pain etc for yourself and you can uncreate it. Hereβs how you do that.
Whenever you have an unlovely thought or experience something undesirable, relax and acknowledge that you created that event or thought. There is no external pressure or source that is controlling you. Become aware that only you exist and you are the source of all creation. Instead of fearing that experience and doubting your abilities, use every opportunity to reaffirm the belief that YOU ARE THE SOURCE OF ALL CREATION.
Now we know that infinite realities exist. Hence, there must be a version of YOU that is confident, fearless and a perfect manifestor. We are now going to assume that state to be our current one. I want you to FEEL what it would be like to be confident, fearless and a perfect manifestor as though YOU ARE IT IN THE 3D. FEEL the relief. FEEL the confirmation. FEEL the joy and assurance pumping through your veins. This is your current reality. How would it FEEL? Persist in this feeling. Use every opportunity to feel that feeling. This is your reality now.Β
You need to acknowledge that IMAGINATION IS THE ONE TRUE REALITY. Donβt worry about using methods. None of it is necessary. Sometimes, we tend to use a lot of methods because we FEAR failure and we need reassurance from methods that we are taking action for our manifestations. Seek reassurance from your imagination only. I swear to you, Iβve had far greater success when I just FEEL my desires to be real. If any method is making you doubt your truth as the creator and produces fear within, never use it.Β
I hope this post helps you to deal with any internalised doubts or fears you have when it comes to manifesting. The law works on belief and fear is that one obstacle you should deal with right now.Β
You create your own rules so you can manifest in whatever way you want. This post is for my beginners & those who want a sense of direction. πβ¨
MANIFEST ALL YOUR DESIRES IN 4 EASY STEPS!
1. Decide on what you want to manifest.
Eg. 20/20 vision. (Choosing this example because it makes an interesting case for ignoring the 3D)
2. Accept that you already have it in your imagination. Assume it is done. The second you decide you want something, it is yours. No power on earth or in heaven can stop your manifestation from coming to you.
Know that you have 20/20 vision and think as if you already have your desire. Affirming = Thinking. So just think thoughts like, βI have 20/20 vision. I can see clearly. I have perfect vision in both eyes.β
Remember, youβre not manifesting your desire. You are simply reflecting what you are: which is the assumptions that you have accepted to be true.
3. Ignore the 3D. The 3D doesnβt matter because it isnβt real. Consciousness is the only reality so dwell in your imagination & know that the 3D will conform regardless of your circumstances.
If you wear glasses and your vision becomes blurry when you remove them, tell yourself that it doesnβt affect your manifestation in anyway and you have perfect vision in your imagination so the 3D will conform no matter what since it is THE LAW.
Donβt worry about changing the 3D. Instead change your 4D or your imagination & the 3D will reflect your new reality to you.
4. Persist. Persist. Persist.
π β Hold the assumption that regardless of what you do, your desires always manifest super quickly. You can cry. You can be depressed. You can have intrusive thoughts & limiting beliefs. You donβt need to have a perfect self concept. You donβt even have to believe in your manifestations. This will not affect your manifestations at all. Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing can stop you from getting what you want.

B. Breaking down the terms βiconicβ and βitβ.
Before we start, letβs define what an iconic it girl is first.
To be iconic means to be impactful. The it factor is subjective because different qualities instigate intrigue across different people. In the case of this guide, the IT factor will ultimately be up to you to define.
If we fuse both terms together with the law of assumption in mind, an iconic it girl is one whoβs in total control of her reality. If you want to change your appearance, you must be rich and if you want to be rich, you must work hard. If you want to be extroverted, you must change your personality and if you want to change your personality, you must step out of your comfort zone. Thatβs the reality of life because life operates by logic. But, guess what? You are not limited to what we once accepted to be the βreality of lifeβ. We are infinite beings capable of everything we could ever desire in this world. Anything someone else is or has can also be you/rs and in this guide Iβll explain how you can.
Now that we have established what an iconic it girl is and why we can aspire to be one, we will now proceed with HOW to do it and more importantly, where it all starts.
II. Conception β§ of self.
βIt is our conception of ourselves which frees or constrains us.β - No One To Change But Self
Self concept is how you see yourself in relation to the world and how you see the world in relation to you. All the assumptions you carry about the two comprise your conception of self, which as a result fashions the experiences you have in your world. From the way people treat you to the way you treat yourself, all of it has originated from your assumptions which harvested your state which has become part of your consciousness (what you know to be a fact at this very moment). Whether your goal is to manifest being an it girl or anything else, it always goes back to changing your self concept first, which is nothing more than a state.
A state is an attitude of mind comprised of beliefs (assumptions) and when we desire to change our self concept, we adjust our state of consciousness. You may not feel exceptional nor as if you have the it factor as of right now and that is credited to the contents of your state of consciousness. If you want to become an iconic it girl, you must first change your state into one of an it girl. How do you change states? Through feeling, by I AM.
A. I AM.
βI AM wealthy, poor, healthy, sick, free, confined were first of all impressions or conditions felt before they became visible expressions. Your world is your consciousness objectified. Waste no time trying to change the outside; change the within or the impression; and the without or expression will take care of itself. I AM is a declaration of self through what you are aware of being. You are incapable of speaking about yourself unless your statement begins with I AM. Manifesting becoming an it girl is not about acquiring something, it is about being the person who has that something through whatever comes after I AM:
I have money -> I AM [in the state of being] wealthy
I have perfect grades -> I AM [conscious of being] a stellar student
I have a partner -> I AM in a relationship

Everyone is you pushed out accounts for the notion that whatever we think or assume of ourselves is pushed out into the world and reflected back to us. This means that the people around you will see you the way you see yourself and treat you accordingly. We manifest 24/7 through our established assumptions, so whether you have accepted as a fact that you are loved by everyone you meet or you arenβt very likable, your circumstances will evince that. However, that is not to say you are not entitled to feel upset when someone disrespects you. Although this may be a difficult truth to accept, the purpose of acceptance of it is to feel and realize that we are above what people say or how they treat us rather than to feel inferior because of it. So, how do we take this concept into consideration when we aim to become an it girl? We simply accept it as yet another facet of our realities that we are in control of. How do you get people to stop seeing you as the person you no longer want to be anymore? By changing self first. When you begin to see yourself as an it girl, the world will see you as one as well.

A wonderfully comforting aspect of the law of assumption is that we all possess the inalienable gift that is to be able to grant upon ourselves whatever it is we desire to have, do or be. No matter what it is that you want, be it factual or fictional, existent or nonexistent, you can have anything. It is possible to become the person you have always wanted to be due to the lack of limitations in imagination. If you can think it, you can become it. Whether you desire to look like someone, have a relationship that mirrors the one in your favorite k-drama with your celebrity crush or be exactly like your comfort character, I could go on and on with examples of whatever it is you can have, do or be because when I tell you that you are a limitless being, I mean it wholeheartedly.
I must emphasize and drive this point home. All is possible in the world. Every possible desired life aspect you could ever fantasize about in your imagination exists because creation is finished. Whether itβs your dream home, career, income, accomplishments, possessions, relationship, friend group, physique, personality, lifestyle whatever it is you dream of having is possible to be conscious of because there are a myriad of states for us to choose from. That state already exists like a suit that is waiting for you to wear it until it becomes a natural part of your consciousness.
Because of this, it naturally makes sense to acknowledge that we no longer need to be neither humble nor jealous of another. If we know we can have absolutely anything in the world, even something already in the possession of another, why would we?
With our wonderful human imagination on our side, we can transcend the limitations that surround us. Whether you desire to get accepted into an ivy league university two years early with a 2.1 GPA or eat endlessly without gaining a single pound and jeopardizing your health, your limitless self is capable of becoming conscious of it and more, so let your imagination run free devoid of any restrictions when you define your it girl. The presentation of any circumstances do not and will never matter. To be is as simple as asking yourself whether or not you want to be it.
IV. Inspiration β§ Defining your it girl.
Now weβre getting to the fun part of this post because you get to use your creative power: imagination. Remember a few sections ago when we discussed what the IT factor is? This is where you get to determine what IT is. Let me remind you again, your idea of what an it girl is is subjective, so it wonβt be exactly like someone elseβs definition. What qualities in a person would make you perceive someone as admirable or inspiring? Hard work? Being multifaceted? Do they have a personality you wish you had?
Think of people you deem iconic or who you look up to and why you perceive them as such. Are they someone whoβs successfully pursued a personal goal of yours? Is their career full of achievements?
Don't condense your inspirations to people, you can also take fictional characters into consideration. Whether itβs Maddy from Euphoria, Blair from Gossip Girl or Pooja from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, think of the characters from your favorite films and tv shows for more ideas.

I started this guide with self concept for a reason. If you want to create a change in your life you must first begin with self . As within, so without. An inner change must precede an outer change because we do not experience what we want, we experience what we are. Any attempt to change our worlds without changing ourselves is a mere delusion because the world will forever reflect back to us that which we are conscious of being. You want the world to know that youβre an it girl? Feel yourself to be an it girl first.
B. Forgiveness.
βYou must learn to distinguish between the eternal human who occupies a state, and the state itself. This is the only means to forgiveness.βΒ - True Forgiveness
Forgiving is forgetting and forgetting is letting go. When you are able to feel yourself to be who you want to be, you let go of who you used to be. You no longer have to be somebody you donβt want to be because a change of state is always instant. Every day is a new day and every moment is a new moment. If you are currently a miserable person and then you decide you are not then you are no longer a miserable person because you chose to not identify with it. You are not your state and you cannot be affixed to any state you donβt want to occupy. You will always have the option to embody any state you would like to occupy. You can shift that immediately through forgiveness and intention. Through forgiveness, you create the severance between the state you were formerly in and the state of an it girl.Β
C. Regret no more.Β
βDo not waste one moment in regret, for to think feelingly of the mistakes of the past is to re-infect yourself.β βΒ Feeling is the Secret
Iβd like to take this moment to tell you that regret doesnβt need to be a thing anymore because you can revise the past. That hobby you wanted to pursue but gave up on? Your GPA that you canβt go back and fix? The best friend you miss? Do you remember when you wanted to start drawing but then you stopped? Or when you did ballet when you were younger and never continued? Remember when you started learning Spanish and then gave up? You donβt need to feel regretful anymore because you can revise all and reshape the past to be in harmony with the it girl that you are. Whether you wish you had grown up wealthy or with a specific skill which would later become your passion, absolutely every aspect of your life can be adjusted. Thereβs no need to resent the past because it is not set in stone.
D. Let go of the external.
I urge you to not let anything outside of you define you or your life. Whether itβs the tarot deck, the tea leaves or a birth chart, none of those sources have a say in what your life looks or will look like. Thereβs no such thing as a predetermined fate for you. Every single aspect of your world is malleable at your command, so give up the idea that thereβs any other force in the world capable of interfering with your desires.

A. A newly acquired mentality.
Itβs time to step into your power and see yourself as the GOD that you are. You no longer need to live by the limitations the world has convinced you exist. You donβt need to do or be anything/one you donβt want to do/be and more importantly you do not need to settle for anything that doesnβt live up to your expectations. If you donβt like something, it doesnβt need to be a thing. Think about it being as simple as blocking someone, you are not gonna annoy me in MY reality.Β Starting today, you get to decide who you want to be and who or what gets to be a part of your life. Again, this is YOUR world, YOUR reality and everyone else is simply living in it. Why should you ever worry your gorgeous self about anything not going your way if this is your world? Youβre the one on the pedestal and whatever you say must go.Β
Imagine telling a person exactly that, This is your world and everyone else is simply living in it. We are at such a huge advantage with the law of assumption because you donβt even need to be concerned with the course of action, you just need to focus on being (I AM). When you talk to people through the confidence of knowing that every single one of your goals is absolutely achievable, because through the law of assumption they always are and always will be, it is very easy to appear as confident to the average doubtful person. Everyone around you carries the idea with them that failure and rejection are always possibilities. Youβre not like them, though. Youβre completely limitless. You can excel at whatever career you want to pursue, you can date anyone you point your finger at, you can possess all of the riches the world has to offer and thereβs no need to be humble about it. You are THE it girl, after all, are you not? All weβre stating is facts.
B. You cannot serve two masters.
βIf you are dissatisfied with your present expression in life the only way to change it, is to take your attention away form that which seems so real to you and rise in consciousness to that which you desire to be. You cannot serve two masters, therefore to take your attention from one state of consciousness and place it upon another is to die to one and live to the other.β - At Your Command Ch. 2
In other words, you cannot sustain two polarizing states at once and you cannot take any part of the old state into the new state. If you want change, you must be loyal to it. You must be so committed to it that you have no space to even consider the old story because it doesnβt matter in the slightest anymore. Fall in love with your new state of consciousness that you are willing to be devoted to it no matter what. Leave the old in the past so the new can take its place.
C. Feeling the wish fulfilled.
βYou must assume that you are what you want to be and continue therein, for the reality of your assumption has its being in complete independence of objective fact and will clothe itself in flesh if you persist in the feeling of the wish fulfilledβ - The Power of Awareness Ch. 21
Capturing the feeling of the wish fulfilled is utterly essential, no matter what it is that you desire to manifest because the process will always be the same. First we must assume ourselves to be that which we desire to be through I AM and we persist in it independent of the objectiveness of our world until we are one with our new state.
The moment you successfully attain that feeling and continue to live by it, the direction of your attention will continue to focus on the implications of its fulfillment. That is, when you start to accept yourself as an it girl, the scenes that would suggest its consummation will make their way into your imagination, and if you persist in them they will inevitably become part of your state of consciousness.
VII. Invocation β§ How to become it.
βWhen you pray, do not get down on your knees and pray to any unknown God. Instead, go to bed and dare to assume you are now who you want to be. Fall asleep assuming it is true and you will be on the road to success, for this is how things are brought into being.β - Brazen Impudence
A. SATS + lullaby.
I have an extensive post about the state akin to sleep which I highly suggest you read for further clarification as well as how I like to use the SATS. Iβll leave the instructions below:
The first step is to define your objective. Have a clear idea of what it is you would like to be (or be in possession of).
Next, ask yourself, βwhat does the end of that goal look like?β For example, if you would like to manifest a prestigious job opportunity, youβd be congratulated on it. If youβd like to manifest a change in appearance, you would receive compliments (It doesnβt need to include another person, but you may find it more helpful in order to feel it more real). Whatever the end looks like, it must always be an event that implies its fulfillment, that it is done. This is the wish fulfilled.
Get into a comfortable position. You can lay down or sit upright, it doesnβt matter, do whatever feels most comfortable.
Relax. You can do some breathing exercises, listen to music, have a warm drink, whatever it is that makes you relax.Β
Induce a moderate degree of drowsiness where you can still concentrate on the wish fulfilled, but be sure to not feel too drowsy where you find it difficult to focus. When you feel like you could move but you donβt want to (because youβre too comfortable), thatβs when youβll know youβre in the state akin to sleep.
Construct a scene that implies the fulfillment of your desire by making elsewhere here and then now, then feel it real by incorporating your senses into it and imagine yourself being present within your imaginal scene from your perspective. Confine your scene to a single action. If your scene implies that you have received wonderful news, do not wander off in your visualization by doing a thousand irrelevant things afterwards, simply stick to the congratulations and mentally feel yourself being present in your scene. Repeat the scene until it takes on the tones of reality. [A tip from Edward Art: Focus on feeling it real (feeling the wish fulfilled) first and then the sensory aspects of your scene will follow]
If you find it difficult to focus on a scene and feel it real or if you simply cannot conceptualiza what the end would even look like, follow steps 1 through 4 and do the following: condense the fulfillment to three words or less and repeat them over and over again until your mind is dominated by the single sensation of thankfulness. Meditate on this phrase until you accept it as a fact.
ΒΉ Visualization ideas.
Your scenes will vary depending on what life you want to live. You can change your scenes every time you visualize during the SATS so long as they all imply the same end. What would imply that you are an it girl? Being interviewed? Walking down a red carpet? Men dropping their jaws when you pass by? For ideas, consider what activities would comprise a day in your it girl life.
Β² The lullaby method.
"Remain there until you feel its certainty, until you reach the point of satisfaction, until you are convinced of its truth; and although the world may collapse around you, you will become that which you have assumed you are." - An Inner Conviction
If you would like to try out the lullaby method, some three word phrases you could use are: Iβm that girl/person, I have everything, It is done, Iβm so happy, I AM (__), etc.
B. Mental diets.
βFeast on the idea, become identified with the idea as though you were already that embodied state. Walk in the assumption that you are what you want to be. If you feast on that and remain faithful to that mental diet, you will crystallize it. You will become it in this world.β - Thinking Fourth Dimensionally
Mental diets arenβt particularly necessary since they can imply that you need to be monitoring your thoughts constantly. However, objectively being conscious of them can help you determine what state you are currently occupying. If you would like to indulge in a mental diet you can do so by asking yourself the following questions:
Is this what I would want someone else to say or think about me?
Would my it girl think this thought?
I would also like to briefly recall that thoughts alone donβt hold power unless you accept them as facts. You can have intrusive thoughts and joke all you want about how youβre ugly but unless you persist in that and feel them to be true it will not manifest.
C. Inner conversations.
"What are you saying at every moment of time? Watch it; be careful what you are saying, because your whole vast world is this inner conversation pushed out." - Control Your Inner Conversations
I urge you to stop internally berating yourself or imagining someone speaking negatively about you. Pay attention to the perpetual inner conversation you hold with yourself: βIβm not good at mathβ, βmy friends always make plans without meβ, βIβm so awkwardβ, because what you say and believe about yourself is what you will continue to face in the third dimension. Instead, think about the lovely remarks youβd like others to say about you and mentally hear them say them. You can also try vaunting which is the practice of constructing a conversation in which you brag from the wish fulfilled. You can turn to the example I used of being described in third person by someone else and speak from first person instead (I AM).
D. Revision.
"At the end of my day, I review the day; I don't judge it, I simply review it. I look over the entire day, all the episodes, all the events, all the conversations, all the meetings, and then as I see it clearly in my mind's eye, I rewrite it. I rewrite it and make it conform to the ideal day I wish I had experienced. I take scene after scene and rewrite it, revise it, and having revised my day, then in my imagination I relive that day, the revised day, and I do it over and over in my imagination until this seeming imagined state begins to take on to me the tones of reality. It seems that it's real, that I actually did experience it and I have found from experience that these revised days, if really lived, will change my tomorrows. When I meet people tomorrow that today disappointed me, they will not tomorrow, for in me I have changed the very nature of that being, and having changed him, he bears witness tomorrow of the change that took place within me." - The Pruning Shears of Revision
Before you go to bed, revisit the occurrences of your day and when you recall an unfavorable one that challenges your it girl state of consciousness and rewrite it. Follow the steps for the SATS and construct a scene that would replace the unfavorable situation and convert it into a favorable situation.
E. Finish the day feeling the wish fulfilled.
"Do not let the sun descend upon any vexation of the day." - The Pruning Shears of Revision
This one is an absolute must. If you can help it, try to refrain from falling asleep in the assumption that you are not an it girl. If you are not feeling the wish fulfilled, take a few minutes to meditate on your state and then fall asleep feeling embraced by it and the relief of knowing that who you desire to be is who you already are (also known as the Sabbath).
VIII. Preservation β§ How to sustain it.
"Do you always turn to your imagination and, no matter what happens, do you remain faithful to the state imagined? If you do, you have passed the test. But if every little rumor, doubt, or fear can move you around like a pawn on a chessboard, then you are not keeping the faith!" - Godβs Creative Power
A. Persistence.
βBy desiring to be other than what you are, you can create an ideal of the person you want to be and assume that you are already that person. If this assumption is persisted in until it becomes your dominant feeling, the attainment of your ideal is inevitable.βΒ - The Power of Awareness Ch. 3
To briefly remind you, persistence means to remain obstinate with an intention regardless of difficulties or obstructions. When you are adopting a new state of consciousness, you may initially struggle to feel it real or even become impatient with its lack of manifestation in the third dimension, but you must keep returning to it no matter what.Β You may waver and you may falter but if you remember to proceed with the embodiment of your it girl state by returning to it through any preferred means, no force and no power will cumber its realization.
B. Forget about time.
"The length of time between my desire and its conception depends entirely upon my inner conviction that it is done."- An Inner Conviction
Focusing on the βtimeβ it takes for your state to feel natural to you will only hold you back and keep you in a cycle of waiting. Ask yourself what the end, or the actualization of being an it girl, looks like for you and live in it. Do not suppress yourself to what appears to be the present moment if it is not reflecting the end of your desires.Β If you are concerned with βthe time itβll takeβ, then you are conscious of the opposite of your desires which means you are not feeling the wish fulfilled.
Always seek the wish fulfilled and abide by it until it blossoms into your world.
C. Disregard appearances.
"These appearances will continue in being as long as you give them life through your conscious awareness of them. You must disregard the evidence of your senses as it pertains to any undesirable condition in your life. You must Imagine and feel that you have already attained that which you want to experience rather than that which you do not want to continue in being. This may appear difficult, yet you have probably exercised this principle unconsciously to produce negative results." -Β Imagination Creates Reality
Do not settle for less than you seek. You never need to compromise with whatever it is that you desire because as I have mentioned, all exists and all is possible. Reject anything that doesnβt confirm that you are an it girl and never take no for an answer. Be adamant. Decide on what it is that you want and regardless of the limitations of your environment, consent to its immersion to your state of consciousness. No matter what you see or hear, do not accept it if it is not what you want. If you continue to suppress the acceptance of your desires to your senses then that's where your consciousness will remain.

D. You already are, not will be.
βThat which you seek you already are, it can never be so far off as even to be near, for nearness implies separation.β - No One To Change But Self
Something we can learn from it girls is the following: it girls donβt care whether or not theyβre it girls, they simply are. So although we are intentionally shifting our state of consciousness, remember to not approach this with a trying mindset or the idea that you will become when you already are, because the use of the word βwillβ implies that you currently are not. As Iβve said before, βyou canβt try to be someone you already areβ. Whatever the wish fulfilled looks like for you, accept it at this very moment. Go straight to the end and bathe in it, rejoice in the fulfilled prayer as you go about your day and remain faithful to that inner conviction.

Your desires are literally a guarantee. You can bring absolutely anything into being if you proceed with your intention in spite of what you experience in the flesh. You possess a gift that no one will ever be able to confiscate from you and that is your imagination. Intentional use of this gift will bring forward the beautification of your world in means you would not have been able to devise. Do not become an impediment in your journey by concerning yourself with the means, for they are never your responsibility. If you are serious and willing to assume in your favor, the mountains that need to move will move, the obstacles in the path towards heaven will be cleared and the people who need to play a role relative to its fruition will act accordingly without you having to do so much as lift a finger.

You could read and listen to every document, every book and every lecture out there that tells you exactly how to manifest your desires but unless you take that information and put it to use, it was all acquired in vain. G. Calm reminders
Iβm sure some of these concerns may have risen at some point so I will clear them up right now: acting as if is not necessary, neglecting your current circumstances and pretending they are not occurring is not necessary and being happy all the time is also not necessary. It is okay if you fall out of your new state from time to time, do not think that there is such a thing as βlosing progressβ because you can never truly lose what is already in your possession. βI donβt care what it is; when you know what you want, you can make your desire so real, so natural that you will reach a feeling of certainty which no power in the world can stop. Letβs identify your state as of right now regarding your desire. I want you to be completely honest β donβt be defensive and donβt make any excuses: What are your thoughts usually? Are you the person that has your desires and naturally thinks like: "I am so grateful for having what I want, etc." OR are you the person that is trying to get their desire and naturally thinks like: "I did all these methods, I affirmed, it should work. but where is it? why isn't it working? let me watch more videos on how to manifest, let me ask blogs for help, etc." β As I said before, thoughts and actions like the ones above are determined by your state. It doesn't matter if you did SATs, it doesnβt matter if you affirmed for 1 hour, it doesnβt matter what technique you used, because if you are still in the state of lack then it only means that you are ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR DESIRE; and when you are in a state of lack, your desires will not show up in the 3D, because as within, so without.
But hey, donβt beat yourself up if you have been persisting in the state of lack. Itβs okay. Letβs focus on changing states!

1. PICK A STATE β΅
- Have a clear goal in mind and know what state is connected with having it. For example, if youβre manifesting a car, then you should be in the state of a car owner. Another example is if youβre manifesting to have kids / get pregnant, you should be in the state of a mom. And so on β¦
2. EMBODY IT: live in the end or knowing β΅
Living in the end or knowing should not feel like βpretending.β You live in the end or knowing when you know that you have your desire and you think and act as the person that has it already. You stop obsessively thinking about it, you stop trying to get it and you stop noticing the lack of it in the 3D. I recommend you to often ask yourself βif my desire was here now, would I be doing this or thinking this?β Lastly, you can use techniques / methods to help you live in the end or knowing (SATs, interview method, etc β¦) You can live in the end or knowing without techniques. However, it helps people a lot to live in the end / knowing, so I recommend it!
- regarding techniques: βοΈ do not see them as techniques, but see them as reality. for example, SATs; when you do SATs, you shouldnβt see it as just visualizing your desire, but as something you know is reality, like the shirt youβre wearing; you know youβre wearing it. Another example, affirming; don't affirm with the intention of making it happen because you are not affirming in order to get something, affirming is you declaring you having your desire. You should have that same knowing / βfeeling it as realβ while you do any technique!
β You must mentally adjust your thoughts to proceed from the desired state, all within yourself. You fell into your present state either deliberately or unwittingly; and because you are its life, the state became alive and grew like a tree, bearing its fruit which you do not like. Its fruit may be that of poverty, or distress, heartache, or pain. There are all kinds of unlovely fruit. But you can detach yourself from your unlovely harvest by making an adjustment in your human imagination. β - Neville Goddard
3. PERSIST β΅
Listen man, you gotta apply and persist, because at the end of the day, only YOU can get yourself out of the undesired state. Itβs not your fault for how things are now, but you have to take responsibility to pick yourself up and put in the work to reach your desires. You have all the tools and information available, but if you arenβt willing to put in the simple work and keep persisting, then you will remain in the undesired state.οΏΌ So, continue persisting and you shall get in your desired state. Even if it feels unnatural, keep persisting. Neville himself has said that it will at first be unnatural, but if you persist, it will become natural, SO PERSIST!
β Now most of us, knowing what we want, construct it in our minds eye, but never occupy it. We never move into the state and remain there. I call this perpetual construction, deferred occupancy. 4. YOUR STATES CHANGE β΅
This isnβt really a step, but just the result of steps 1-3! Your state will naturally change after living in the end or knowing and when you persist in that state, your desire will come into fruition in the 3D. How do you know if you changed your state? Well, youβll completely become the person that HAS the desire. Your first and last thought will naturally be in line of having that desire. Your daily thoughts, not affirming but your autopilot thoughts, will be as if you have your desire. You will notice yourself naturally making room for your desires. You don't question or feel weird about any of this. The feeling of knowingness is heavily present, just like how you know your name, how you know youβre wearing a shirt right now, etc. From that state you will no longer notice lack, and you won't feel the need to do techniques.
Before anyone says something like: βIβm expressing a state of success, yet I am still not successful πβ β¦ Um. No. You are not expressing a state of success because you are still dwelling in a state of unsuccessfulness; this applies to any desire, not just success!

Hihii, how can I deal with anxiety while manifesting? Its like that I am keeping good and then I get triggered by the 3d and anxiety hits me, I try to calm and affirm but I just cant stop getting scared that how I feel will manifest and makes it a bit hard to focus my mind into the affirmations. π€
Hiii so i have rules for asks you kinda didnβt follow them Iβd say. I wouldnβt answer this ask normally because i talk about how to deal with the 3D in everyone of my posts and asks tbh but Iβll say it again since i have time rn.
Okay so youβre reacting to the 3D. Thatβs why youβre anxious.
But there is no reason to feel anxious because:
β’ The things you hear and see in your 3D that contradict your manifestation/ assumptions donβt exist in your 4D. Therefore they arenβt real or relevant because only the things in your 4D will materialise in 3D and 3D will get rid of the things that contradict your assumptions. WITH PERSISTENCE.
(This also means that if you see proof in your environment of you not being able to manifest its not true it will fade and youll get proof of what you want soon)
β’ Your subconscious mind does not have eyes. She only manifests what YOU think about. She doesnβt know about whatβs happening in your 3D unless you start thinking about it.
(This means that your subconscious doesnβt know about your struggles irl unless you focus on them-> to change your focus start flipping your thoughts and applying a method like affirming)
β’ Your subconscious instantly absorbs affirmations like a sponge. With only one affirmation itβs already done in your 4D. With persistence it materialises in your 3D. (This means that you can change that believes instantly because once itβs in 4D, your 3D instantly starts to change)
And also your problem is that youβre affirming to see something in your reality. Youβre not affirming to remind yourself that you already have it. Big mistake.
You think you have it -> proof of you having it in 3D
You think you donβt have it -> proof of you not having it in 3D

For your subconscious no manifestation is harder to materialise than some other. The problem is your persistence, if you believe what the 3D says and try to connect your manifestation with logic and your environment youβll come to the conclusion βthat it takes too longβ and βthat itβs too hard to achieveβ. When itβs actually already done in your 4D, doesnt matter if itβs a βbigβ manifestation it always materialises in your 4D instantly even with just one affirmation. So if you would believe your 4D and walk around knowing that itβs already yours bc 3D will match 4D no matter what, then you can manifest flying/ a new past/ new family/ new planets without any blocks.
Your subconscious can materialise your manifestations completely effortlessly. For her, there is nothing βharderβ to materialise. Only you yourself block your manifestation by saying itβs hard and not focusing on your 4D.
Bestie everyday affirming that I will get everything I want because I don't wanna manifest one by one instead I just want everything together at once. Why are you always waiting for it to happen. Youβre searching for it all the time, then you realise itβs not there. But itβs not there because youβre searching for it in the wrong place?
You care too much about your environment and what happens outside of you.
But itβs 4D > 3D
Your environment doesnβt mean anything. It can show you your desire for an hour and then get rid of it and then bring it up again.
You should never focus on it and think that what you see in your environment determines your manifestation. Because it doesnt???
See it only does for people like you who search for it in 3D. Then think: why canβt i manifest
And that thought! That exact thought is what kills your manifestation then! Itβs your thoughts that determine your manifestation. So search for confirmation only in your mind. Because thoughts are the creators, their stronger than anything.
Your subconscious believes visualisations are really happening.
One affirmation is enough to change everything in your 4D.
What you see in your 4D is the truth. Affirmations arenβt there to get something. Youβre probably using them like that. But theyβre there to remind yourself that you have your desire. Theyβre sweet words and compliments to yourself, meant to make you happy.
The things you hear and see in your 3D that contradict your manifestation donβt exist in your 4D. Therefore they arenβt real or relevant because 3D will only materialise whats in your 4D and will get rid of the things that contradict your assumptions. WITH PERSISTENCE.

for a thought to manifest i have to accept it as true, and for it to be accepted as true i have to consistently come back to it? is that why the thoughts we don't come back to stay meaningless? and also how come some people are able to just affirm once and get what they want? i'm sorry if these are dumb questions i've just been thinking about it a lot
Yes you have to consistently remind yourself that itβs true, that the thought your thinking is already reality. It should make you feel good.
The thoughts that we donβt come back to are meaningless when we later on think something that contradicts them. They arenβt meaningless if you donβt repeat them. Theyβre still able to manifest, unless you think that one thought isnβt enough and that the manifestation of the thought is unrealistic.
But thatβs just you limiting yourself because one thought is enough to manifest and to change everything and for your subconscious every manifestation is the same. There is no smaller or bigger manifestation.
The people who can manifest with only one thought trust that thought a lot. They know their power and the power of the thought. They donβt underestimate thoughts like most of us do. They search for confirmation only in their mind, in 4D. They donβt care if 3D shows stuff that contradicts their manifestation, they know itβs already there since itβs there in 4D.
One thought is enough to change everything in your 4D. Then they remind themselves that their manifestation is real since itβs done in 4D. The environment is completely meaningless in the whole process. Then the 3D materialises whatever is viewed as true in 4D.
But they donβt really care about that, because for them itβs already happened anyway. They experienced having it before it materialised in 3D. Because they focused on their 4D.

i know literally everything about the law, and im good at persisting but there's one thing that stops me from persisting, that is time. i was "persisting" for a whole month, and i pinky promise that everything was going perfectly, but the idea that i was a month into persisting, made me feel like something i was doing was wrong, does it matter that it was a month? i genuinely want to know if the time that it's taking actually matters. because if i was doing it right, wouldn't i have seen my desires fully?
You would have seen your desires if you wouldnt have searched for them in your environment. You said that like you never manifested what you wanted. But if you persisted correctly in this month, then you wouldve felt that your desire is already accomplished. You would not have searched for it in your environment. Becase you wouldnt feel the need to search for it, since you know that its already yours.
If you want to persist correctly then you have to understand that your desire is yours already. I explained many times that your desire is fulfilled with only one affirmation. When you affirm you should feel that your desire is already yours. Be happy when you affirm and throughout the day, knowing that you have manifested what it is that you want. You probably didnt feel happy and relaxed or like your desire is yours and thats why you searched for it in your environment. But persisting fully means only searching for confirmation in 4D and knowing that its done in 4D. Well, when its done in 4D then theres nothing to worry about since 3D follows 4D sooner or later. It doesnt matter when exactly the 3D catches up with your desire, because you already feel like you have it. And because you feel like you have it, you wouldnt feel the need to search for it.
Never search for your desire in your environment. Only search for it in your 4D.

Imagination = reality
If youβre not able to view your imagination as reality or truth, then why donβt you try viewing your βrealityβ(3D) as imagination.
What if reality was as malleable as your imagination(It is π±π±). Since your reality is βimaginaryβ no situation can ever be that serious, you can play with any situation and always change it to your liking. You have full control over everything outside of you the same way you have full control over a visualisation in your mind. For example if you want to see shoes in your imagination, youβll be able to see them in less than a second. And since βrealityβ is no different than imagination, you can see those shoes here too in an instant if you want to.
And if you read that and now youβre like βno?? Obviously not, it doesnβt work (instantly) like thatβ you are the problem. If you think that it wonβt work then it will simply not work. Because youβre god and your thoughts and opinions create. In this case youβre creating negative stuff for yourself.
When you want to imagine a rock nothing in your mind is going to be like βOOOHGHHGG NOOO WAY THEY CAN ABSOLUTELY NOT HAVE THAT! NEVER! WE WONT LET THEM VISUALISE THE ROCK!! ONLY IN A MONTHβ Noo, you can always imagine anything you want and nothing is able to block your imagination. The same way nothing is able to block your manifestation in 3D reality either. You guys say: it takes time until i get it, it takes subliminals and methods. But the only thing it takes is a simple intention. Once you want/desire something it is yours completely and absolutely instantly. The fact that you donβt believe that itβs yours is the βblockageβ, itβs you blocking yourself for no reason! YOU are more powerful than time. YOU are more powerful than any subliminal and YOU donβt need to do complicated methods to manifest. You always have everything you want with just an intention.

affirmations and visualizations are techniques so what is your way of thinking that feels comfortable to you? sometimes you donβt even need it. for me, i mostly need to feel that i already have it. have fun, experiment with daydreams/scenes, affirming and/or feeling. it doesn't have to be the same every single time.
choose what you want. go crazy. do not condition your desires. you are limitless. if you can see it in your mind, you can have it. famous? nepo baby? money? db, df? better self concept? gender revision? time change?
decide right now you are the person who already has what the want. so guess what? there is nothing to get because you already have your desire. manifesting money? you already have it. manifesting an sp? you already have them. manifesting your dream life? you already have it. that is your state.
fulfill yourself every chance you get in the day. no you donβt have to lock yourself in the room to affirm/visualize/feel all day. no you donβt have to be in the state all day, you are always passing through states but remember, the state you constantly make your dwelling place MANIFESTS. so make an effort to return to it as much as you can and want to.
ideas: do it in the morning when you wake up, in the afternoon, whenever you have free time like on your bed, going home, walking, during class and before you go to sleep.
bonus: do this meditation by edward art daily, it's not mandatory. it's not like all the other meditations, give it a shot. get off tumblr, stop over consuming
make it fun, itβs not a chore! have fun daydreaming/visualizing you shopping with all the money you got, getting compliments from people on how theyβre so amazed at how successful you are, have fun complimenting yourself in the mirror while you repeat affirmations, have fun looking around and going βyeah, i literally have ____β sounds nice and fun? because it is. manifesting is simple.
4. get your desires. there is no deadline. i hate that shit π srrynotsrry, that would be contradicting the law and this challenge. you already have it, youβre not getting anything on a time crunch. not no 3 days, not a week, not two, not a month. THERE IS NOTHING TO GET WHEN YOU HAVE IT NOW. ONLY NOW.

because when you fulfill yourself in imagination, you are changing self. and what is a reflection of self? the 3D.
itβs not your job to make things physical. your job is to change your mind.
focus on yourself. there is nothing to change or to get in the 3D because itβs nothing but a mirror that shows/proves you right in what state you identify and dwell in.

I.β WHAT IS A CIRCUMSTANCE?
in loa terms, a circumstance is basically an unfavorable situation you experience in the 3d. it can also refer to reasons why getting your manifestation seems βdifficultβ (ex: you want to get back with your ex but you guys already broke up)
II.β WHY DONβT THEY MATTER?
as the creator of your reality, you need to realize that you are ABOVE any circumstance. as a matter of fact, the circumstances only exist because of you. the only reason they would matter is if you paid attention to them, and why the hell would you pay attention to something you donβt want?
III.β HOW TO CHANGE THEM
all you need to do is change your awareness of your situation within your imagination. yeah you broke up with your ex a week ago in the 3d, but in your mind youβre back together. if you persist in your 4d, then the 3d has NO choice but to conform! letβs use another example. suppose you want to get into this top expensive college, but your grades are average and you donβt have the money for tuition to begin with. does this mean itβs impossible for you to be admitted? HELL NO! if you persist in the assumption that you got into that college with a full-ride scholarship in your imagination, then guess what? you WILL get into that college with a full ride in the 3d. itβs just the law. the βHOWβ also does not matter so donβt worry about it. if nothing is impossible in your imagination, then why wouldnβt it be so for your 3d as well? your 3d is literally a MIRROR for your 4d.
IV.β WHAT IS PERSISTENCE?
to persist means to CONTINUE doing what youβre doing despite seeing the opposite of what you want in your reality. itβs not taking no for an answer. itβs sticking to the script REGARDLESS of everything.
V.β WHY PERSIST?
ask yourself: if you TRULY wanted your desire, would you give up so easily? do you really want to settle for less than what you deserve? are you okay with giving up your dreams? if the answer to all of these questions is NO, then YOUR answer is to persist.
VI.β HOW TO PERSIST
stop believing everything your 3d shows you and FULLY trust what you see in your imagination. keep thinking the thoughts that align with your desire and ignore everything else. remember, NOTHING in your outside world matters if itβs not what you want!

this is a joint/collab post between @blushydior and @angelsinluv. this was originally bambiβs post so sheβd written most of it but doesnβt want to post it on her blog for personal reasons. so we thought itβd be a good idea for me to post it on mine and put our knowledge together since itβs been the talk lately.
there are many different ways of understanding the law and manifesting your desires whether it be behind a scientific point of view or the principle, states.

now, let get into it.

the sooner you understand and get the gist of states, the more seamless your manifesting journey will be. this realization is what brought bambi to manifest her dream life.
states manifest and thoughts donβt and iβll explain why in this guide but in no way shape or form that i am pushing my beliefs onto you.
even if you donβt agree with that statement or are unable to fully click and resonate with states just yet know that states and thoughts work together to bring awareness to what mindset/story youβre entertaining.
for example, if you wanted to know what state youβre in, you would look at your thoughts. why? because when you change your state, your thoughts naturally change as well so therefore, thoughts and feeling are indicators of what youβre state in.

you are coming from a state of lack. a state of not having your desire unaware that your imagination trumps the 3D. always.
iβm not saying itβs a crime to affirm all day. many people enjoy it so itβs not out of lack. itβs up to how youβre doing it.
with manifestation, youβre either in the state of:
being the person who has it
being the person who is trying to get it
in the law of assumption, what creates reality? your mind (consciousness)
so, if youβre affirming, visualizing, doing all these things IN YOUR MIND, to change your reality (3D) thenβ¦
BY DEFAULT:
imagination creates reality
the 3D is a reflection of your state of BEING
always look inwards for confirmation because thatβs the true reality!

aka choose what you want to manifest! this would mainly be the state of the wish fulfilled.
state = your state of being / state of consciousness. your I AM.
itβs what you identify as. your awareness of being.
choose what you want and embody the version of you / person who already has their desire.
for example, if you wanted $10 million, you choose to be in the state of fulfillment - the person who has $10 million.
that is now your state - the person who has their desire. the state of the wish fulfilled.
β WHAT IS THE STATE OF THE WISH-FULFILLED?
the state of the wish fulfilled is the state in which your desire has already been fulfilled - that it is already done because consciousness is the only reality. there is nothing left for you to do because creation is finished!
you do not create anything, you only occupy and live in your desired state to bring it to life. this is why there is power in your awareness (of being). be aware of who you are being in relation to your desire.
β MORE ON STATES
infinite states exist within consciousness - this means that anything is possible and not all of them are true/will manifest. only the state that you constantly dwell and identify with, manifests.
this is also why infinite realities exist. your state is your reality.

now that you set the intention of embodying the person who has their desires, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that align with your state will naturally flow to you.
as you can tell, thoughts and feelings are a product of a state but repeating affirmations, visualizing, doing whatever you want can also help you sustain and being into the state. thatβs what techniques are for!
so what would you be thinking and how would you feel if you had your desire?
thinking = imaginal acts that include visualizing, affirming, inner convos, feeling, etc.
thinking is not just affirming because there are people who think in visuals and others who think in forms of words (affirmations). do what feels natural to you. β blushydior
affirm: βi have $10 million dollars in the bank!β
visualize: any scene that implies you have $10 million dollars in the bank
feeling: nonchalant / at peace / etc. knowing you have $10 million in your possession.
that is now your awareness / state of being
feeling β emotion!
feeling = accepting your desire as a fact that it is yours because consciousness is the only reality.

remember that the feeling is natural and it wonβt be the same every single time. for example, if youβre now just starting to understand and enter the state of the wish fulfilled, it might be exciting, relieving - euphoric even but as you exercise returning back (persistence) to dwell in the state, itβll start to feel natural. it might start feeling nonchalant, peace, calmness! so if you reach that point and start to worry, βi feel nothing but I know it done. am i doing something wrong?β no youβre not. itβs okay!
you donβt have to act as if. only be as if.
β Are you thinking from the state you desire? or is your dream just a passing fancy, a daydream you enjoyed for the moment, and then dropped? β
if you say you want money, are you gonna keep WANTING it? NO. to manifest, you ARE the person who has the money.
thatβs it. thatβs your state! you changed who you are.
YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO HAS THE MONEY. simple. (thatβs because the law is)

close your eyes, claim you have what you want. by affirming, visualizing, whatever feels good to you.
see it, feel it, know that your mind creates your world. what you see is THE REAL FACT.
isnβt it liberating? BECAUSE IT IS.
you are free to do and have whatever you want! this is why the 3D, circumstances and feelings DO NOT MATTER. why? because YOU, the operant power JUST SAID you have it in your mind so why are you going to let emotions and the 3D effect you?
now, accept these thoughts and your state as facts because thatβs what they are. consciousness is the only reality so if you say and know that who you are in imagination is true, the law has no choice but to reflect your awareness of being.
not all thoughts are assumptions and you are not all of your states!
the state and thoughts you identify with manifests.
you are always passing through a number of states throughout your days. a state of sadness, a state of anger, a state of nonchalance, a state of fulfillment.
dwell and identify with the state of your choosing = the person has all their desires!
itβs the same thing with thoughts.
βthoughts are just thoughts. thoughts accepted as true are assumptions. and thoughts/assumptions are products of your state of consciousness. feelings do not mean emotion. feelings = the acceptance that your desire is a fact in imagination.β β blushydior
like i said, thoughts are just thoughts. unless you assign meaning to doubts and affirmations, they hold no power. you do. so which one are facts and which ones are powerless?
your imaginal acts, awareness of being (visualizing / affirming / inner convos / feeling / auditory / etc) = fact
doubts, intrusive, negative thoughts = powerless. donβt even care enough to label them. theyβre silly little thoughts.

all you have to do now is persist in that assumption and sustain your state until it hardens into a fact.
A COMMON MISCONCEPTION is that you have to CONSCIOUSLY be in the state all day everyday. NO. all you have to do is return to it/persist whenever you WANT to and WHENEVER you think about it
β You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. β
SEE! itβs really no different. itβs the same as meditating on affs or rampaging, visualizing, thinking from your desire etc but itβs the fact that you are doing these things to make it natural & bc you enjoy it, not because you βdonβt see it in the 3Dβ and you freak out then over-consume, affirm more, etc.
whenever you think about your desire, remind yourself that you already have it.Β
if you caught yourself dwelling in a place of lack, for example,Β asking βwhere is it?β / βitβs not here yet.β β correct yourself. return to the wish fulfilled and feel it to be a fact in imagination.
and you keep doing that WHENEVER YOU WANT TO until it feels natural. like neville said, itβs like putting on a new suit. at first it wonβt feel natural but over some time, you wonβt even be βconsciousβ of it because you already / naturally feel fulfilled! read my quotes thread that relates to this.
this is where methods come in as well. it gets you to dwell in your state whenever and however you want.
methods donβt hold any power. you do.
itβs not a chore. itβs a choice.
easy peasy.

doubts, the 3D (interacting vs. reacting) and emotions
doubts, intrusives, opposing thoughts
you let them pass because you are already the person who has it all. if you identify as the person who has their desires (βi have xyzβ) why would you let little doubts deter you? they can come in your mind ALL DAY but if you donβt identify with them, they donβt hold power.
if YOU know youβre already the person who has their desire, nothing and no one can stop them from conforming.
for example, if you were famous and all of a sudden you were told βno, youβre not!β
would you go:
βiβm not? oh my godβ¦ youβre right. iβm not famous!β
or
βuhβ¦? wrong. because the evidence* is right there? i just said iβm famous so thatβs what i amβ¦. famous. lol.β
*evidence = you. your state/4D/mind.

β β REACTING isΒ looking at the 3D and complaining. settling for what you see as a fact.
EXAMPLE: seeing the opposite of your manifestation
DONβT: βmy life sucks. i hate it here. see? this is why i can never manifest what i want.β and settling for these thoughts as facts.
DO: βit doesnβt matter what i see. what and who i claim to me in my mind/imagination is the real fact that has no choice to be externalized!β
β β INTERACTING is doing what you need to do in the 3D/physical world but knowing that what you claim in your mind is the REAL fact.
EXAMPLE 1: youβre manifesting a romantic partner.
physically: when someone asks you βhey, are you in a relationship?β you say no.
but in your mind you go: sike. i have the perfect girl/boyfriend π€π€
EXAMPLE 2: youβre manifesting money
physically: you decline to hangout with your friends because you have no money at the moment.
but in your mind you go: βi literally have so much money lol ?? iβm the richest person in the world with all the money i have in the bank.β
EXAMPLE 3: attending therapy or venting to loved ones
physically: βlifeβs been really difficult lately and it makes me feel stuck. i had a few breakdowns and anxiety problems, etc.β
mentally: (after venting) βthat made me feel a little better. i let my feelings out instead of bottling them in. i know i have/will get my desires! everythingβs okay. iβm safe.β
it doesnβt matter what you do or say in the 3D!
consciousness is the only reality so if you continue to dwell in the state most favorable to you, that is all that matters!

in this context: the repetition of affirmations. not repeatedly going back to the state of the wish fulfilled.
iβve gotten a number of asks in the past asking me why they didnβt get what they want if they repeated the thought so many times. my only conclusion from this side of the screen is that you are in the state ofΒ trying to get it.
when manifesting, you donβt try. you either have it or you donβt.Β
so are you person a?
βokay i have to affirm on loop for 20 minutes, 2 times a day or else, i wonβt get it my manifestation!β
blushyβs observation: you arenβt being the person who has their desires if you still feel like you need to get them. so you do all these things like over-consume information, force yourself to affirm the same affirmations on loop 1000x, looking for more answers, etc.
you simply arenβt in the state of being. youβre in the state of lack / trying to get it.
how can you try to get something you already have?

βi already have all of my desires because i said so. thereβs no need for me to worry or stress because itβs already mine! itβs doneβ¦β and so on.

a related question: do dominant thoughts manifest?
you can affirm all day and be able to affirm on autopilot in the middle of your sleep or doing chores but if you:
donβt accept them as facts (assumptions)
identify with them
are in the state of trying to get them by going: βi need to affirm more or else i wonβt receive my desire.β
you wonβt see results.
thatβs why it can only take one decision for a manifestation to come to fruition. you fully accepted it as a fact that the version in imagination is the true person who has it whether it be a desire or doubt.
itβs all about the knowing itβs already yours IN IMAGINATION - that your success is inevitable and it has no choice but to conform and harden into fact.
itβs called the law of assumption for a reason! (as neville even once said, law of being) you accept / assume you are the person who has it as true without any physical evidence because you know that imagination creates reality.
β This is the law of assumption so, if you assume that repeating affirmations all day will get you some kind of movement / your manifestation, thatβs what youβll get. Itβs the same thing with techniques and methods, you give your thoughts and these ways of manifesting power. Thoughts are products of your state of consciousness but it doesnβt mean theyβre all true. The idea that dominant thoughts manifest makes it seem tedious. The law is simple. Especially for people who are new to the law, youβre introduced to this idea and you begin to police every thought you have and affirm all day, everyday to make sure that your every dominant thought surrounding each topic in your life is a positive one. Thatβs exhausting and itβs not supposed to be. It contradicts the fact that you donβt have to make a smidge of effort in order to get your desires. [β¦] It gives your thoughts power when you are not your thoughts. You are who you claim to be in imagination because imagination creates reality. So if you visualized or affirmed that you are the person who lives their dream life and accept it as a fact in your mind, nothing can make that change other than you and you are pure consciousness. You can have negative thoughts and feel your emotions because just like the outer world, they have nothing to do with you unless you identify with them. So choose your story. Your silly little thoughts or the fact that you are the person who has their desires. β β blushydior
all you have to do is accept it as a fact that you are the person who has their desire and you will manifest faster than the speed of light.
this is my opinion but i donβt like the idea of affirming so much to wait until a thought is dominant so it can manifest. itβs very limiting.
it is a fact that you ARE the person who has your desire! the reason why affirming on loop and βdominant thoughts manifestβ concept works for others is because they assume it does. remember that techniques donβt manifest, you do.
β An assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact. β
if you are affirming on loop and arenβt seeing results, this may be your problem and understanding states is the solution youβve been looking for!

i state in my guide that i knew i was the person who already had my desires and since i was constantly filled with intrusives, doubts, and other things (i didnβt identify with them, i just wanted them to lessen) i repeated them as reminders to made me feel better to saturate my mind that: βyes! i do have it.β
saturation is NOT necessary. you donβt need to do it but it helps in many cases as a technique to sustain your state and coping mechanism. it makes persistence easier for many.

you will succeed because that is the assumption youβve created. you fully accepted it as a fact that if you repeat it over and over again, you will get your manifestation.

i know that it might seem like you need to know every single little detail about manifesting in order to succeed, but i can guarantee you that you donβt
so do me a favour and get off tumblr/platforms that talk about manifesting. why? well because if you keep scrolling down on your feed youβll always come across something new and that might mess up your thoughts if you still donβt have a perfect self concept.
what iβm saying is, obviously inform yourself, but do not feel the need to over consume content.
the only few things that you need to know are that you are God and that you can create anything with your mind.
when youβre on tumblr, following many manifesting blogs and constantly asking us questions abt what you can and canβt manifest, you donβt realise it, but youβre still worrying that what youβve been doing may not be right.
when there is absolutely no right way to manifest. you create your own rules. your statements dictate your life, not the 3d.
the 3d is like a mirror that reflects your thoughts. so till you start working on your 4d (mindset), your worries n doubts will never go away.
even if you donβt believe it yet, your results are already yours. once you state them in your mind, they will for sure show up in your 3d, unless you keep worrying.
I really hate myself. I know everything about manifestation and the law of assumption, but I cannot manifest. I don't know why I can never believe. My condition is now very bad and I suffer from severe depression. My whole body hurts. All I remember is that I will live in this damned village forever. My heart. It hurts me π
For your subconscious no manifestation is harder to materialise than some other. The problem is your persistence, if you believe what the 3D says and try to connect your manifestation with logic and your environment youβll come to the conclusion βthat it takes too longβ and βthat itβs too hard to achieveβ. When itβs actually already done in your 4D, doesnt matter if itβs a βbigβ manifestation it always materialises in your 4D instantly even with just one affirmation. So if you would believe your 4D and walk around knowing that itβs already yours bc 3D will match 4D no matter what, then you can manifest flying/ a new past/ new family/ new planets without any blocks.
-> i wanted to add this to my the law and her laws post because this is also an aspect of the subconscious and loa. That your subconscious can materialise your manifestations completely effortlessly. For her, there is nothing βharderβ to materialise. Only you yourself block your manifestation by saying itβs hard and not focusing on your 4D.
