Do we need to repeat affs

You can use other techniques like visualisation/ sats, you don’t NEED to repeat affirmations. There are other techniques you can do as well. But repeating affirmations is the most popular technique i think? It’s easy because you can do it wherever and whenever you want and it always brings results too like the other methods. You use affirmations to change your mindset and thought pattern, your subconscious absorbs affirmations like a sponge. So i recommend repeating affirmations if you can hardly visualise or do other methods. But you never have to stick to only one method you can manifest however you want. Repeating affirmations can be no fun if you:

- repeat affirmations to GET a manifestation [not to change your mindset]

Affirm for sth once and your subconscious instantly absorbs the affirmation!! -> it’s done in your 4D and with persistence you’ll see it materialised in your 3D

- feel the need to affirm 24h (obsess)

You only repeat affirmations to remind yourself that you already have what you want. You don’t have to remind yourself every minute of the day, but when you think of your desire you could repeat it a few times. Or every hour for 5 mins or every 2 hours for 10 minutes you can repeat your affirmations. Also before sleeping and right after waking up. You don’t even have to!! Don’t get perceived by maras daughter’s!!

Did you know about mara, arati, tanha and raga? I was interested in the story of the girl from nowhere, since i read that nanno is connected to them. And as i was reading this text, i found too many connections to the law of assumption. However I’m not a buddhist and i don’t know if there are lies in this text, i never ever want to be disrespectful or anything like that to the religion or the beliefs I just want to share this since i like how it’s explained so much. If anything i say is disrespectful or something like that, tell me!!! I’ll delete this or change it up!

See how the three daughters are the circumstances in our outer world! And how the enlightenment and buddhas final goal is getting his manifestation, the daughters try to prevent him from that by trying to seduce him. But mara and his daughters aren’t the jailors/ enemies. It would be buddhas mistake if he’d let himself get mesmerised by the girls, he would loose. We ourselves jail us by being mesmerised by his daughters (the circumstances of the 3D).

Mara is death. But if we escape the illusion and the daughters we can change our illusory self and death. I assume that illusory self means us in the illusion/ 3D. For example how we speak, how we act, how we look and how people perceive us- our outer self? We can escape death by escaping the irrelevant circumstances of our outer reality. Once we control our thoughts we control the illusion and with that mara and his daughters.

Raga is lust. Or maybe in our case raga is the attractive choice to give up, to choose to manifest little because it’s “easier”. To just accept what you get or to not change your mindset, because living miserable and pathetic is what you’re used to. Raga shows you that it may be better to just give up and accept what happens to you?

Tanha is desire. Tanha shows us what we lack, what we don’t have. We desire what we don’t have, so tanha would be the feeling of lack. Just being convinced that you don’t have what you want and that you need it. You believe tanha when you believe that not seeing your manifestation in your 3D, means that you failed to manifest it. When you affirm to get something, instead of understanding that you already got it.

Then there’s Arati, the most attractive and devious daughter. Arati is when we give our 3D power. By forming opinions on negative circumstances, giving them attention. When we feel like we can’t change what we see and that the 3D controls everything. So arati is also complaining. We set ourselves up by thinking that the things we see in our outer reality are relevant and then these things manifest all over again. Then we notice and get more and more frustrated and it manifests again and again. It happens when you let yourself believe what you hear and see and let negative thoughts win over you.

The last paragraph makes sense if you think about it in a law of assumption way again. It’s about what determines the state of our rebirth and that by understanding the illusory self, by understanding how it works (how it’s based off of your assumptions), you are able to leave your mind and body easier.

Can we manifest money with in second without lifting fingers

Yess!! You can manifest anything within seconds. But you have to have the believe that you’re able to manifest within seconds first!! Just believe that you already manifested the money within seconds and affirm to remind yourself of already manifesting it!! Don’t affirm to GET the money, affirm to remind yourself that you already got it!! Affirm whenever you think of the money and always trust your subconscious more than your outer world!! Look at my „you already have it“ post or my last ask where i explained how i think manifesting works but only if you think my answer wasn’t really good enough or it didn’t help!

Hey can you please help me as i m in a very bad situation rn..My mother has only 2-3 days left and my mental health is also very bad rn.....I tried to manifest but can't....there are lots of things which are personal that are getting out of my hand so Can you please manifest me going to void cuz i don't want to lose my mom....and everyone..... i m 15 yrs old see i cannot pay u with i can pray for you please its a request

This is my first ask and im honestly disappointed but i'll help you. I can affirm for you and everything but you have to start applying the law correctly. As i said in my other posts before your 4D is the only important thing! So your mom is healthy and you manifested million times before and youre great at manifesting. Seriously just think "My Mom is healthy" once, it doesnt matter with which "emotions" youre saying it. Doesnt matter if you have tears in your eyes right now and feel very sad, just say it. And then it's done ! Now learn the law correctly(my way?):  In our brain there is the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind thinks rationally, he relies only on facts. He is like the bodyguard of the subconscious. Because unlike the conscious mind, she(the subconscious mind) believes everything you tell her. The conscious mind relies on our senses, on everything we perceive through our environment, while our subconscious mind can’t do that. The subconscious only listens to us and is always awake and this is what our consciousness cannot do, it’s much less active at night. She is always awake and has been here since we’ve been born, that’s why all our memories and beliefs are stored in her. When we repeat affirmations and affirmations are sentences implying something about certain states in our life. Then they remain in our subconscious. Every single sentence/ thought remains in our subconscious. Its just that we do not think the same thoughts every day. We often contradict our own thoughts.But if we would always think favourable of ourselves. Then we would embody the best version of ourselves because our environment has to change to match our beliefs. That’s what your subconscious is responsible for. The subconscious mind absorbs our thoughts/ affirmations then materialises them and makes them a reality. Actually you don’t really have to repeat affirmations regularly, once is enough. But by repeating them consistently these “thoughts/ affirmations” become permanent “beliefs”. This way sudden negative thoughts in your head can’t ruin your manifestation/ belief. You’ll always think favourable with that belief in mind and won’t ever confuse yourself. So i recommend repeating affirmations. Consistently repeating affirmations doesn’t make your subconscious materialise stuff faster, one thought is completely enough. Manifesting is instant. [Because in 4D manifesting is instant] But our consciousness makes it a bit difficult for us, since he thinks logically and sees that the reality contradicts our thoughts. [ When annoying thoughts come up use the balloon method. Imagine how these thoughts are all different coloured balloons and the wind is pushing them away from you. They fade. You’ll feel calmer after doing this. ~side note ] Our consciousness can’t effect us at all though, unless we allow it. He can only make it difficult for us when we believe in our environment. When we think that our environment decides how our reality looks like, not our thoughts. But then in reality it’s our thoughts deciding how our environment/ reality looks like. You need to know that the truth is what is in your head! Your current thoughts are your reality, not what you see! Your subconscious has to do her job and change reality to match your new belief. Don’t search for the stuff youre affirming for in your reality though. You will only set yourself up, searching for results in your environment. Because like i said our environment isn’t the “truth”, it’s powerless and it’s not your environment that’s deciding wether you have it or not. Your thoughts decide that. Nothing you see in your environment matters because it cant matter, it got produced trough you and you can change it with just one thought. Realize that the things you see right now are things you unconciously manifested. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN CONTROL NO MATTER WHAT. Your thoughts always get realized doesnt matter if theyre negative or positive. 

I hope you understand the law now and see that youre setting yourself up with those thoughts. Congratulations on your moms recovery!! <3

It’s not me but I’m it

None of this is your real reality. It’s just an illusion or video your brain is projecting, you chose this exact video or illusion trough your assumptions. So i never feel connected to what i see unless it benefits me. Sometimes throughout the day, i realise that my outer world is not really real and produced by assumptions so it’s very malleable.

How do i not feel a connection to anything i see or hear? I just don’t form an opinion to what I’ve heard. I don’t judge it i don’t feel anything for it and i just don’t consider it real. So when i hear something that is weird and doesn’t match my current affirmations, i start feeling disconnected and distanced to the illusion once again. I prefer surrounding myself with the real reality/ current thoughts.

„It’s not me
”:

You’re not what others tell you you are and you’re not what you see in your outer world. You are, what you tell yourself you are and what you think you are. No ones thoughts matter because no one matters, they behave based on your assumptions.

Also the thoughts and words of people you’re emotionally attached to don’t matter either, not even a single fuckinh bit. Unless these things match your assumptions. You’re thoughts created their thoughts.

„..but I’m it”:

The outer world is formed trough your thoughts. It represents your mindset. So change your mindset first! Then watch the outer world.

Imagination = reality

If your not able to view your imagination as reality or truth, then why don’t you try viewing your “reality”(3D) as imagination.

What if reality was as malleable as your imagination(It is đŸ˜±đŸ˜±). Since your reality is “imaginary” no situation can ever be that serious, you can play with any situation and always change it to your liking. You have full control over everything outside of you the same way you have full control over a visualisation in your mind. For example if you want to see shoes in your imagination, you’ll be able to see them in less than a second. And since “reality” is no different than imagination, you can see those shoes here too in an instant too if you want to.

And if you read that and now you’re like “no?? Obviously not, it doesn’t work (instantly) like that” you are the problem. If you think that it won’t work then it will simply not work. Because you’re god and your thoughts and opinions create. In this case you’re creating negative stuff for yourself.

When you want to imagine a rock nothing in your mind is going to be like “OOOHGHHGG NOOO WAY THEY CAN ABSOLUTELY NOT HAVE THAT! NEVER! WE WONT LET THEM VISUALISE THE ROCK!! ONLY IN A MONTH” Noo, you can always imagine anything you want and nothing is able to block your imagination. The same way nothing is able to block your manifestation in 3D reality either. You guys say: it takes time until i get it, it takes subliminals and methods. But the only thing it takes is a simple intention. Once you want/desire something it is yours completely and absolutely instantly. The fact that you don’t believe that it’s yours is the “blockage”, it’s you blocking yourself for no reason! YOU are more powerful than time. YOU are more powerful than any subliminal and YOU don’t need to do complicated methods to manifest. You always have everything you want with just an intention.

Live your life knowing that it’s YOUR life, everything here is for you and waiting to be discovered by you. You get everything you want instantly because you are the operant power. Of course you get it instantly?

BOTH UNWANTED AND DESIRED REALITY ARE IDEAS! You are dealing with thoughts and feelings not ‘realities’. You are changing your thoughts, not reality.

Because there is no reality independent of the mind. If you THINK that your unwanted situation is the TRUTH and your desired reality is simply “thought” or “affirmation” then you will loose.

Remember that it only takes one affirmation for your whole 4D to change. And 3D has to always match your 4D. Your 3D is the mirror of your 4D. That’s why 4D is the only reality you should care about, only 4D can change the reflection. So while you affirm, don’t affirm for the 3D to change, know that your affirming for your 4D. It’s the place that decides it all. The place where you’re affirmations get registered and materialised instantly. Your 3D is the copy of your 4D so focus on the original! Why be so obsessed with a copy when you have the original at home? That’s a bit


And you know the more recognition and attention original products get, the better copies they’ll have. But only poor people obsess over the release date of the perfect copy. THATS NOT YOU THOUGH BECAUSE YOU LITERALLY HAVE THE WHOLE ORIGINAL SUPERIOR THING AT HOME ALREADY WHY LOOK FOR A COPY AT THIS POINT.

Don’t wait for your 3D to “confirm”. You literally already have everything that you want already, it’s all done in 4D with just one aff. So just enjoy and remind yourself of the fact that you OWN THE ORIGINAL, YOU HAVE ALL THAT YOU WANT! YOUR 4D IS CHANGED THEREFORE YOUR 3D CHANGES ITSELF AS WELL. That’s law.

Your 3D is not what you should be worrying about. Focus on your 4D, change your 4D. BELIEVE YOUR 4D!

su, do you think death is something we all have to go through, or is it possible to manifest being immortal? like, when you can't take this life anymore, change everything and live a new life (making it a cycle).

I mentioned before that i believe that i will live another life after this one. And because of that assumption i 100% will.

So yes it’s possible to not die too. If you assume that you’re immortal, you’ll be immortal 100%.

BUT My problem with this ask is the „when you can’t take this life anymore”

You should never manifest to run away from something. For example:

You hate your maths teacher-> you manifest him dead

But you could’ve manifest straight A’s in math and a nice teacher instead.

Or you hate that you’re from england-> you change your nationality

When you could’ve manifested england being a great country everyone admires

And here it’s like this:

You hate your life/ situation-> you manifest dying

When you could’ve manifested a luxurious magical life!

Never manifest to run away from something or get rid of something. Manifest to upgrade that something so that you’ll be happy and benefit from it and also the thing (your math teacher in the example/ people in england) will benefit from it. So it’s always a win-win

How to Decide

Understand that you can only decide and only you can decide.

The musician decides which tones to play, not the instrument.

The musician doesnt think “shit the instrument has the upper hand, it’s deciding for me. I can’t control anything.” ??? Naurr

The musician = you = god

His fingers & hands = your subconscious

The instrument = peace of wood = meaningless = unimportant = the things in your outer world

You stop thinking that anyone else in your outer world is deciding for you. Nothing is blocking you. There is no magical being thats saying “no i won’t allow it they can’t have that.”

Deciding is instant. You just say yes or no and that’s it, it’s done. You can’t see it in your reality right now? Well that’s not what manifesting is anyway. You’re supposed to identify with it in mind, have the feeling of having it. You’re supposed to feel relaxed and confident because you have it, you’ve decided so it’s done. That’s it.

You’re always using the “deciding” method anyway. There are always 2 states. The state of having it and the state of not having it. There’s nothing in between, you can only dwell in one state. You decide in which state you’re dwelling in. How would (always) living in the state of having it feel? We affirm and do methods to get to that having it feeling. You can also just decide that you’re in that having it state. Like this:

1. What do you want?

Nice parents/ big mansion/ doctor degree/ Different past 
.

2. Decide that you have that.

You, the only who is able to decide or choose decided that you have it. So it’s a done deal, you have it.

3.Persist.

Think favourable thoughts. Think the thoughts that you’d think if you were in the having it state right now. This doesn’t mean affirm 25 times then and then and think this whenever that, nauurr. It means when you ever think of your decision then don’t doubt it, don’t distrust your subconscious. When you think of your decision, relax because it’s done. Deciding is instant, identify with it now. The goal is to remind yourself that you have it, not searching for it in your 3D.

tbh the most important thing is the consistently persist part. And like i said affirming and methods help doing that. By “doing that” i mean reminding you that it’s done, you have it !

I hope this doesn’t seem rushed, I’ll look for mistakes later i don’t have much time to post lately since I’m on vacation :/

It’s not about getting something it’s about reminding yourself that you have it.

It’s not about seeing something new in your environment it’s about knowing it’s here, in your mind.

It’s about knowing that, when it’s here in 4D it exists and is a fact.

You have it all right this second, in your 4D. 4D creates 3D. So you have it all right this second in your 3D. Manifesting is instant.

When it exists in 4D then it’s done. Creation is finished. Knowing this should make you feel sooo grateful, ïżŒïżŒfulfilled, relieved. So stop feeling stressful.

When you’re waiting for your desires in the 3D. You’re in the state of lack.

When you think your 3D circumstances decide wether you have your manifestation or not. You’re in the state of lack.

✹How to live your ENTIRE life in the end!!!

Listen up, my loves... this is really the key to living an ecstatic, fulfilled life where all your dreams come true!!!

You have to realize 4D is part of your real life.

If something happened in your 4D (imagination), then it truly happened... it REALLY happened. Because you EXPERIENCED it. The time you take to imagine something is real time. It wasn't "special 4D time" where time doesn't pass. If you started imagining something at 4:00 and finished at 4:15, bringing your awareness back to 3D, it will be 4:15. Therefore, is that imagining not happening in your real life? Of course it is, it can't happen anywhere else.

Let's say you imagine a scene with your SP for 15 minutes. You were living your life in those 15 minutes. That was your real life. You were experiencing an experience in real time, in your real life. You didn't leave your "real life" behind for 15 minutes. That WAS part of your REAL life. That was an experience you had.

The problem is that most people will daydream and then snap out of it and think, "Oh, that wasn't real. That was just my imagination." Excuse me? Where were you just now? In somebody else's body, living someone else's life? Or were you still YOU, in your body, living your life, passing your time?

If you think of imagination as "not real" then you are telling your mind not to print that out in your 3D. That print job has now been cancelled. It will instead sort through your thoughts and display into your 3D the ones that you deem "real". It will filter out your desire-fulfilling daydreams (because you think they're fake) and instead show you other things that you think about that you believe are real (mostly the crap you don't want but "think" is real).

That is why people experience 4D and 3D separately. They experience imagination as a fake escape and 3D as reality, and their dreams don't come true in the physical realm because they think one is real and one is fantasy. They struggle with "trying" to manifest and continue to fail to see their imagination become physical because they aren't accepting imagination as real TOO.

I don't believe 4D is your only reality, like some people say, because 3D is real too. Anywhere you are is your reality. 4D and 3D are equally real. You are experiencing both of them, so they have to both be real. 3D is just a replay where you get to experience things AGAIN.

You are here to experience BOTH 3D AND 4D! (Obviously, because we do!) We have both imagination and physical bodies! There is nothing wrong with wanting your 4D imaginings to replicate in the 3D. That is why we have human bodies! I am not telling you to forget about the 3D and live solely in the 4D. We have 5 senses to experience physical pleasure through them! So you ARE meant to experience ALL of your wildest dreams in the 3D too!

(Like you are crazy if you think I'm not getting my kisses and squeezes from my SP happening to my physical body - because that's why I have a body - to experience physical pleasure with it (eating delicious food, seeing gorgeous sights, smelling wonderful scents, listening to beautiful music, feeling pleasurable physical affection, etc.!)

I am not telling you to forget wanting things in the 3D! But you do have to acknowledge that what you experience in 4D is JUST AS REAL as what you experience in 3D because it was really you living that! Those 15 minutes were real, they were spent doing something, how is that not real? Nothing you do can be fake!!! You can't escape living, so whatever you do during your time here on Earth is REAL.

So you can never lack what you want. Whatever you desire, give it to yourself immediately. Your desires are meant to be felt and immediately fulfilled. You are not meant to be walking around wishing you had things. You are meant to experience fulfilled desire after fulfilled desire. You're not supposed to accumulate desires so they're all piled up and you're feeling heaps of lack.

Never go to sleep with unfulfilled desires. Whatever you want to have happened that day (whether you just didn't get it or you got the opposite), give it to yourself in imagination until you feel you really experienced it. Don't do it to manifest it in 3D. Do it to experience it in your life. Sometimes it will manifest into 3D and sometimes it won't. If you do it right you will know, because it won't matter to you whether it appears in 3D anymore because you will have satisfied that desire already. You will feel like you already experienced it (because you did!) and you will no longer feel that it hasn't happened yet, because you remember it happening!

Stop trying to manifest things in 3D, and start giving yourself everything you want in your imagination. There is nothing stopping you from living your wildest dreams. Nothing is impossible to you in your imagination. Don't condition your desires, just go into your imagination and give yourself all of your desires. Do it whenever a desire springs up. Get so good at it that your whole life is made up of fulfilling your heart's desires as soon as they come upon you.

You can always control what you think about. So when you think of something you want, imagine getting it exactly how you want to. And when you have fully experienced it, it will then become a MEMORY, not a desire!

The goal is to have NO unfulfilled desires, because you should be fulfilling them as soon as they come to you. You will lead such a magical inner life. Your 3D can ONLY show you the contents of your consciousness... so soon enough, you will be seeing your 3D transform into a fairy tale of your own making. If ALL you think about, all you imagine, is experiencing your fulfilled desires, then that's ALL your 3D can show you. You are giving it no other options!

You no longer have to "try" to live in the end for each of your desires to "try" to manifest them. You will be living in the end of ALL of your desires, every single one, big or small, at all times! That will just be how you automatically live your whole life.

Do not deny yourself ANYTHING. Whatever you want, you can have. There are NO limitations to your imagination. Do NOT hold back. I'll say it again. DO NOT HOLD BACK. Do not limit your imagination to what you think is likely or possible. You know what you want. Your desires come to you in the perfect condition. Do not change your desires to what your current 3D implies is possible. YOU decide what is possible. Dream your wildest dreams. If you can think it, if you can desire it, then you can fulfill it in your imagination. And if you flood your imagination with nothing but fulfilled desires, and you KNOW your 4D experiences are real, then your 3D will have no choice but to show you fulfilled desires in your physical realm.

I swear to god if I wrote all this out and y'all don't start living the lives of your dreams...

How does walking in your desired body feel?

How does running in your desired body feel?

How does it feel to try on all these cute clothes? How do the jeans feel on your body?

How does walking around in high heels feel?

How does it feel when that cute girl compliments you on the street? She asked you where you got that cute skirt from, how do you feel? Do you know what to reply?

How does walking down the stairs feel?

Make your SAT sessions more fun! Wear high heels, walk around in cute clothes, run trough the city at night when it’s raining, feel flustered because of the compliments you get outside⋯

And always remember while you do SAT’s everything you experience in 4D you truly and really experience. That stuff really happened! -> how to live your entire life in the end

4D isn’t “the future”, it’s the present. 3D is the past.

Are you from the stone age? A caveman? Stop worrying about the past when everything is great and lovely RIGHT NOW. Why would you worry about stuff FROM THE PAST, when your life is literal paradise RIGHT NOW. Right now, in the present you have everything you want. Like you have that huge house right now? Those nice friends right now? A thoughtful lover right now? So don’t act like the past (3D) matters???

Know that 4D is your present. Whatever happens in your 3D (the past) is irrelevant. The “past you” can only become the “present you”. Nothing can stop that, everything that has happened in the past lead you to your perfect present you right now. So 3D just does not matter a single freaking bit because it all turned out great in the end anyway.

4D is the present, 3D is the past!

Another reason why 3D circumstances are meaningless unless you sabotage yourself.

This also kinda explains why no manifestation can get ruined. Only you can ruin it.

We all know that our subconscious has to always make our affirmations a reality. She’s always awake and only manifests our thoughts, beliefs, things we imagine.

Thoughts, beliefs, things we imagine. They’re all in our head. Our subconscious mind doesn’t really have access to the 3D, it can’t see it. You’re the bridge, you connect your subconscious to the 3D. The only information your subconscious gets of the 3D are your statements about it. And it believes every single thing you say about the 3D. So only you can tell your subconscious what’s happening.

When you just finished doing your SAT session/ method. For example you imagined yourself being thicker & shorter. And then your mom walks in and calls you skin and bones and says that she has no idea how youre this tall, when your siblings are all much shorter than you.

Your subconscious doesn’t know about this though. It still thinks that you’re short and thick, you’re manifestation is still valid and a done deal. It’s done in 4D. So even if the whole world says things that are contradicting your affirmations your subconscious mind does not get affected and with that your manifestation won’t be “ruined”. If your subconscious mind can’t grasp it, then the contradicting stuff is meaningless. Your subconscious didn’t hear your mom saying that, so there’s nothing to fear and no reason to cry or whatsoever.

In conclusion you have no reason to react to contradicting stuff in 3D, because that stuff can’t win over you. It would only materialise/ win if you start thinking contradicting stuff internally. But as long as everytime you hear those contradicting things in 3D you remain calm and you remember that that stuff can’t touch your subconscious. Your subconscious won’t hear/ know that there’s contradicting stuff going on. She still has your manifestation secured. Everything’s fine and you don’t have to spiral/waver again. You are, still.

fight off resistance.

You feel like youre stuck? You need your desire asap? Then you might have a resistance problem.

You don’t need to get the thing you desire. You could technically stay alive/live without it too. But when you feel like its something that you cant live without. Like it just has to happen. Then youre pretty desperate, youre in the state of lack and not having it. You just need it so bad and it seems impossible to have/achieve.

You see, when you desire something your subconscious will think „ we need this right now! It’s so perfect it would solve everything. I need to have it!!” And then she will start stressing about it. Your desire will look like water, food, sleep to your subconscious. You need to get that desire in order to survive. You’ll probably do just about anything to get it. 

Whenever you feel like you dont have your desire right now but you need it right now. You stress. Just affirm that you dont need it but you want it.

 “Well i don’t need this, but i want it.“

After you say that you dont need it but you want it, youre subconcious will understand. Resistance will fade away because you dont seem desperate anymore. It implies that it would be better if you would have the desired thing but you dont need it. This gets you out of the state of lack because your subconcious mind sees needing something and wanting something as two separate things. 

needing = state of lack, desire is hard to achieve, you feel rather negative

wanting = would be nice if it was part of your reality, you can live without it too it would just be better if it was here, you feel rather neutral

Also, we know that our subconscious manifests things we want automatically.

We manifest small thinks faster and easier because we actually don’t really „need them”. We can live without them. And also when we affirm for those „small” things it’s more fun, since we only want them because we want them and not because we need them, no stress.

In conclusion this is how „big” desires will seem pretty small to your subconscious. Always remind yourself that it’s not something necessary and something you have to stress about. After saying „ i don’t need this, but i want it” you’ll probably stop feeling a bit of that resistance, you can exhale calmly and feel relieved. Then start doing the method you want to do. For me personally after feeling a lot more calmer and secure the methods become more fun.

This is my introduction to the law. The end is more interesting than the start, i think reading it will help.

Also i connected the law to hypnosis because it’s the same thing and people who have no idea what loa is may be able to understand it’s pattern trough hypnosis.

BUT LETS SUM IT UP SHALL WE

Affirm for it -> It’s created in 4D

Remember: 4D creates 3D

-> you got your manifestation! Because you believe that only 4D, the reality your desire exists in right now, matters. Because it’s ahead of the 3D, 4D reforms 3D with your favourable thoughts. You persisted in this idea.

When we think of hypnosis we have this image in mind. Like someone slowly swinging a ticking pocket watch from left to right in front of someone else's eyes. The person in front of the watch is completely captivated by it and becomes slightly sleepy. After a while they begin to close their eyes.

The owner of the clock then starts repeating phrases like: "You are a chicken." or "Cigarettes disgust you." a few times in a row, in a gentle tone. When they’ve said these sentences often enough, they snap their fingers and the person wakes up. Now they either act like a chicken or vomit just from smelling a cigarette.

It looks like it is so easy to hypnotise someone or to be hypnotised. And it is! There’s no magic behind it.

In our brain there is the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind thinks rationally, he relies only on facts. He is like the bodyguard of the subconscious. Because unlike the conscious mind, she(the subconscious mind) believes everything you tell her.

The conscious mind relies on our senses, on everything we perceive through our environment, while our subconscious mind can’t do that.

The subconscious only listens to us and is always awake and this is what our consciousness cannot do, it’s much less active at night.

She is always awake and has been here since we’ve been born, that’s why all our memories and beliefs are stored in her. When we repeat affirmations and affirmations are sentences implying something about certain states in our life. Then they remain in our subconscious. Every single sentence/ thought remains in our subconscious.

Its just that we do not think the same thoughts every day. We often contradict our own thoughts.

But if we would always think favourable of ourselves. Then we would embody the best version of ourselves because our environment has to change to match our beliefs. That’s what your subconscious is responsible for. The subconscious mind absorbs our thoughts in order to materialise them and make them a reality.

If you say that you’re poor, you’ll turn poor.

If you’d only think favourable thoughts then only good things would happen to you, but humans contradict themselves often. If you want to keep those “good” things in your reality for a long time you have to get rid of bad thoughts and repeat your affirmations regularly.

Actually you don’t really have to repeat affirmations regularly, once is enough. But by repeating them consistently these “thoughts/ affirmations” become permanent “beliefs”. This way sudden negative thoughts in your head can’t ruin your manifestation/ belief. You’ll always think favourable with that belief in mind and won’t ever confuse yourself. So i recommend repeating affirmations.

Consistently repeating affirmations doesn’t make your subconscious materialise stuff faster, one thought is completely enough. Manifesting is instant.

[Because in 4D manifesting is instant]

But our consciousness makes it a bit difficult for us, since he thinks logically and sees that the reality contradicts our thoughts.

However, don't get it wrong, it is our subconscious that gives us our negative thoughts, not our conscious. Our subconscious mind only shows us what is stored in it. Old negative memories, even those from our childhood, that once ruled over our subconscious for a long time can pop up again. This might happen from time to time. That’s why repeating affirmations for a long time and turning thoughts into beliefs is important, new beliefs will replace old ones.

[ When annoying thoughts come up use the balloon method. Imagine how these thoughts are all different coloured balloons and the wind is pushing them away from you. They fade. You’ll feel calmer after doing this. ~side note ]

Our consciousness can’t effect us at all though, unless we allow it. He can only make it difficult for us when we believe in our environment. When we think that our environment decides how our reality looks like, not our thoughts. But then in reality it’s our thoughts deciding how our environment/ reality looks like.

You need to know that the truth is what is in your head! Your current thoughts are your reality, not what you see! When you change your thoughts/ contradict an old belief. Your subconscious has to do her job and change reality to match your new belief.

Don’t search for the stuff your affirming for in your reality though. You will only set yourself up, searching for results in your environment. Because like i said our environment isn’t the “truth”, it’s powerless and it’s not your environment that’s deciding wether you have it or not. Your thoughts decide that and your thoughts are your real reality.

You’re thinking that you’re skinny right now = evidence that you’re skinny

💀literally. Because your thoughts are your reality and only they matter. They decide everything.

Know that the bad has ceased to exist and the good is the only one in your world. Even if you 'see it' know that it really isn't, see what you want in its stead. If you aren't willing to accept that the 'bad' thing is gone, you'll just keep on recreating it, thinking you still have to do something to get rid of it. Honestly, just thinking everything is as you want is enough. You can't 'lie to yourself' about it being there because you're projecting the world every second.
