I have been pulled from the depths of my hibernation by this post. And now y'all should know my drill. I'm making this DP x DC baby.
Anyway

Tim opened his door to see what looked to be a underweight preteen. The boy looked to be the personification of a wet cat. "Do you need something kid?" Tim's asks and leans aginst the door frame. Tim raked his eyes across the kid, he had ice blue eyes and black hair 'he looks like adoption bait'.
"I know what you are" the kid says. Tim raises a brow 'is this kid with the paparazzi or something?'. Tim tilts his head and tired smile on his lips "oh, Do you now?".
The kid with an all to serious expression lifts up a photo... of him.... as Red Robin climbing into his apartments window 'well fuck'.
Tim grabbed the kid by the wrist and pulled him into his apartment "so what do you want?" Tim asks cearfully, grabbing his coffee mug and nursing it as he stared the kid down.
Tim dosnt want to come off as threatening, but he won't just let the bratt expose him. "So you are Red Robin?" The kid says, not in a way that makes him seem unsure of himself, but like in the way he wants to hear it from Tim's lips.
"You can't prove it" Tim says calmly sipping his coffee. Tim knows he basically just conformed it, but he could tell the kid already knew.
The little shit gave Tim a wide smirk and pulled a manila folder, out of... somewhere? And hands it to him. Tim takes it, sets down his coffee, and opens it. Inside are a few dozen pictures of Tim, some were his mask is off while he is still in suite.
"Ok you got me, so what do you want?" Tim says slightly impressed, he is getting flashbacks to his younger years of chasing Batman and Robin with his camera.
"I'm going to be your sidekick" The kid says firmly. Tim's jaw drops. It feels like he is blue-screening. 'Is this how Bruce felt?' "Ok" The word left Tim's lips before he even relized.
The kid stuck out his hand "it's a pleasure doing business with you, I'm danny". 'You know what fuck it, this is my kid now' Tim smirked tiredly, taking Danny's hand (his ice cold hand) in a firmly grip "Guess we need to pick out a name for your then".
Danny's grin grows showing too many teeth "i already have one, is go by Phantom"
--------------------
I also think this would be hilarious if danny is actually older than Tim but is stuck as a sad meow meow because he stopped aging after he died, and ge saw Red Robin, practically on his own and most of the support he was receiving was from other teens, and deciding, no, no kid should be without adult support.
Danny wished he had someone to watch his Back besides his freinds and sister, sure they helped a lot, but he feels he would have been better off with an adult mentor (shut up vald you were never his mentor, just a creepy fruitloop).
And if Red Robin thinks he's a kid, all the better, it should make him less reckless if he thinks he has a kid to watch out for.

Dcxdp trope twist
This was just supposed to be Danny’s introduction to the watchtower.
Tim and Kon had finally decided that, Danny, at six years old, was old enough to be introduced to the rest of the Justice League, while wearing a mask of course. While Young Justice knew he was Tim Drake, Batman still hadn’t outed himself as Bruce and Tim certainly wasn’t going to do it.
It had been going well too. Danny loved looking out at the cosmos, and everyone had been doting on him. He had chosen the name Crow, wanting to commit to the bit of birds. He looked adorable in his little suit and small cowl, and everyone loved him.
Then, Constantine walked in, made eye contact with his son, and paled before swearing wildly and fleeing. Now, Diana and Bruce were trying to get Constantine to explain, while Danny kept sticking his tongue out at Constantine whenever Constantine looked at him.
Meanwhile, Constantine is grappling with the fact that the Bat’s grandkid was king of the dead, and had a claim on his soul. That part was more worrying since Constantine had only ever dealt with one Infinite Realms being.
Danny is just trying to figure out if he should give Constantine his soul back, or let Constantine know part of his soul was currently being housed in a teddy bear.
One thing was for sure, Danny wasn’t letting Constantine take Dr. Bearbert the second.

Woooo pot pie casserole let's gooooo
In the league’s point of view, Billy has to be a terrible dad… and if he’s not their dad… why is a grown ass man hanging around with these kids? So for peace of mind, they assume Jr. and Mary are his kids. I mean, they kinda look like him. Kinda. Like, I can already see a good portion of them not really liking that he’s letting Freddy and Mary fight bloodthirsty monsters and villains. But, even the heroes that don’t mind that have to take a minute to process Marvel congratulating Mary for going off and doing something extremely reckless:
*They all just watched as Mary flew into an alien spaceship to take it down from the inside out. They knew nothing about the ship, just that it was hostile.*
Mary: *Flies back down from the ship, covered in soot. Lands by Marvel.*
Superman: *Flies over to them* “That was extremely reck—”
Billy: *cuts off* “Mary, that was amazing!”
Superman: “Cap, that wasn’t amazing. It was extremely reckless! She could’ve gotten himself killed!” *gestures to Freddy wildly.*
Billy: “But she didn’t!” *gives thumbs up* “Come on, let’s get victory ice cream.”
*The two fly off*
or
*All of them are talking about their kids, eating together at a little lunch table in the Watchtower’s cafeteria like middle schoolers*
Superman: “I wouldn’t let Jon fight any of my villains alone. Most of them, anyways.”
Billy: “Why? Is he not strong enough?”
Superman: “Well, I’m sure he is, but I don’t want him to get hurt, or traumatized. Being a hero can be harsh at times. He’s just a kid.”
Billy: “So? Just cause he’s a kid doesn’t mean that he can’t fight. Just let him.”
Superman: “What? I can’t just let him. How would you feel if Junior or Mary had to fight Black Adam on their own?”
Billy: *shrugs* “Depends. Are they gonna fight him individually or together?”
Batman: *Eating a bat shaped sandwich, made by Alfred* “Individually.”
Billy: “Oh, yeah. Sure. I could trust them to handle Adam alone. I don’t think they could incapacitate him though. A couple times, when I’ve been busy, they’ve held him off for me until I get there.”
Flash: “You just let two little kids (Freddy and Mary look like pre-teens) go out and fight Black Adam? The same Black Adam that destroyed like a quarter of Metropolis in a day?”
Billy: “When you put it like that, it sounds crazy.” *Eats spaghettios*
Green Lantern: “Dude, it is crazy.”
Billy: “Wha? No it’s not. Wondy, when’d you start training for being a whole Amazonian warrior princess?”
Wonder Woman: “When I started adolescence.” *Eats ice cream*
Billy: “Seeeee? It’s fine.”
Martian Manhunter: “How old exactly are Mary and Junior?” *Also eats ice cream*
Billy: “Mary’s eleven and Junior’s twelve, they’re close enough.”
*All except Marvel exchange slightly concerned glances*
or
*Marvel and Junior are bickering next to one of the windows of the Watchtower.*
Black Canary: *Minding her own business and walks past them.*
Billy: “How about I slam your head through this window so we can really see if you can breathe in space, huh?”
*Canary pauses, and wow. Junior didn’t even flinch. That’s actually crazy. The bickering just got worse. This really doesn’t look good from a licensed therapist’s point of view.*
Danny, in his Ghost Zone travels, befriended the Flying Graysons. John and Mary like him so much, that it started as a joke, sort of.
"Ahhhhh, the son we never had! Welcome!"
"My little Robin's long lost little brother, come, come!"
And it morphed into him jokingly calling them Tata and Daj. Then it wasn't really a joke anymore.
Then the Observants inform him that as far as Ghost Law is concerned, they're his Ghost Guardians.
This means that Danny has two sets of parents; Jack and Maddie on the human side of things, and John and Mary on the ghost side of thing.
So when he sees Dick Grayson, who looks a lot like John, it just slips out.
This leads to a very awkward stare off in the middle of a coffee shop.
Danny has no idea how to explain himself.
Chapter 2: Immediate Regrets
previous/next Masterpost
Danny had been in Gotham for exactly three days when the first incident happened.
To be fair, he wasn’t looking for trouble. He was just trying to enjoy his coffee in a small café near campus when he felt eyes on him. That alone wasn’t unusual—Gotham was full of shifty people. But when he glanced up, he saw a familiar figure sitting a few tables away, reading a newspaper.
Bruce. Freaking. Wayne.
Danny nearly choked on his drink.
Nope. No way. Jazz was going to murder him.
He immediately looked away, gripping his cup like it was a lifeline. Okay, play it cool. Maybe he’s not actually looking at you. Maybe he just happens to be here.
He risked another glance.
Bruce Wayne was definitely looking at him.
Danny’s fight-or-flight instincts kicked in, and he reached for the creepstick in his pocket. Jazz told me to use it. She told me to hit him with it and run. But I can’t just assault a billionaire in broad daylight, right?
Then Bruce got up.
Danny panicked.
In one swift motion, he pulled out the deodorant stick and chucked it at Bruce Wayne’s head before bolting out the café door.
Behind him, he heard an elegant but startled, “What the—?” followed by the solid thunk of deodorant bouncing off the man’s skull.
Danny did not stop running.
Meanwhile, inside the café, Bruce blinked in surprise, rubbing the spot where he’d been hit. The deodorant stick lay innocently on the floor, rolling to a stop near his shoe.
He slowly picked it up, turning it over in his hands.
“…Huh.”
Bruce Wayne was many things—billionaire, businessman, Gotham’s most eligible bachelor—but above all else, he was Batman. And Batman did not ignore suspicious behavior.
Bruce smiled faintly to himself, already forming a plan.
Time to investigate.
Damian (16) assumes his father is getting empty nest syndrome or something similar with him growing up because Bruce has recently been talking fondly about past years when all of them were much younger. He even heard Bruce tell Alfred that he’s gonna miss having a kid around the house.
Damian figures that it’s only a matter of time before his father is bringing another child into the family, and decides that if he is going to get another sibling it might as well be one that he approves of. He’d hate to end up with another one like Drake after all.
He’s on the hunt now for the perfect younger sibling. Damian won’t say it, but he’s also excited to no longer be the baby of the family. As well as be the favorite older brother, which he will make sure he is by teaching them everything he knows. This new kid is most likely going to be his successor; his robin one day. Bruce is getting older ultimately, the years of crime fighting were starting to take its toll the older he got, and he promised to discuss the details of passing the mantle of Batman when Damian was 23 years old.
All of this to say is when Robin is on a solo patrol he finds a de-aged 6yr old Danny Fenton defending an older woman from getting mugged, and despite his small size manages to scare the mugger away. He makes a note of the assailant's appearance for later; right now he has something more important to take care of.
When the child turns to the woman Damian finally gets a good look at the young boy, and sees that he has both black hair and blue eyes; he’s perfect! “This is my younger brother,” he immediately thinks to himself before jumping down next to the boy and woman.
It only takes a bit of convincing, but he manages to persuade his new brother Daniel, or Danny as he insisted, to accompany him escorting the older woman home before getting a bite to eat with him at the nearest Batburger. The only thing he needs to figure out now is how he is going to get Daniel back to the manor.
Meanwhile Danny, who was dropped in this dimension by clockwork a week ago with his last words being to enjoy this new life and vacation away from ghost king duties, is wondering what he should do about this vigilante that doesn’t seem to want to leave him alone.

Extra: the interview of cuteguy by reporter pearl!
Why would Clockwork de-age Danny and then just leave him in Gotham for Batman to steal? No, he'd raise that boy himself. Fuck letting others get their grubby mitts on his new son. He wants to make sure he doesn't turn evil like Dan and this is the only way he knows it will work 100%.
That is until someone summons the ancient of time and gets a baby because the portal was a little to the left.
Now Clockwork is sending ghosts to go retrieve the boy since he can't leave the realms.
Danny finds out that insomnia is a bitch.
A bitch that wants you to roll over and cry in frustration.
Danny also found out that taking late-night walks helps slightly, not with the exhaustion, but just not to cry.
Maybe stumbling in the streets of Gotham in the middle of the night wasn’t the best idea. In the best-case scenario, he would be mistaken for a drunkard and left alone.
In the worst-case scenario, the GIW would find him and take him away.
This other scenario was… unexpected.
It started when a stranger bumped into him while he was trying to keep his footing. The man was apologetic and…
“Oh, I’m so sorry, man! I was looking at my phone, I found out today that they are increasing my rent. That, plus the hospital and lawyers' fees… I don’t know if I’ll make it to the end of the month…”
The man kept going, and going, about everything going on in his very tragic life, and, at some point, he started crying.
If Danny were more lucid, then he would walk away awkwardly.
But he wasn’t.
So he just stood there, not even listening.
At the end, the man dried off his tears, thanked him for listening, and walked away.
Danny just nodded and waved.
But the thing is, it kept happening.
People find a way to stop him and vent their life problems on him, unloading everything and leaving Danny very, very disoriented.
He doesn’t even know how, but he ends up in Crime Alley, on a rooftop.
Next to him, crying, a man with a domino mask and dark hair.
“-and I somehow feel justified, you know? I’ve been through hell and back, and everybody treated me like shit from the start. Like, don’t be surprised if the person you treat like a criminal starts behaving like one-“
The man's voice broke during the rant, and Danny really wanted to feel bad for him, but he was about to pass out and couldn’t bring himself to pay attention.

or, ghosts are creatures that can influence others or be influenced by emotions. People feel compelled to vent to him because of the vibes he gives off.
