Even Shinsou thought that Mineta should've been expelled. FREAKING SHINSOU!!!
Hi @anartisicandautisticstararcher đź‘‹
Yeah at this point I don't know why mineta wasn't expelled from UA.
I still don't understand how teachers and people saw mineta's behaviour and simply said nothing. They just let it happen.
Like remember what he did to the girls in the Sports Festival by getting them to wear cheerleaders uniforms or what he done to momo in particular by literally attaching himself to her.
THIS IS ON LIVE TELEVISION!!?!?!?!
Aren't momos parents influential and rich why didn't they do something about this?
Heck, this isn't even something that he does once. NO, he does it multiple times.
Heck, mineta's pervy and inappropriate behaviour happen so often that there are literal YouTube video compilations of them reaching more than 5 minutes. For a side character who doesn't get much screentime for all of it to be centred around you, being a pathetic sexual harraser is absurd to me.
Also, let's not forget that this is the character that hori claims to be his self insert because he also describes himself to be a bit of a perv.
offline meetup is mostly just very funny to me but the end bit makes me just the tiniest bit emotional
hes protecting them 🥺
are YOU a former tiktok user trying to learn how to use tumblr to fill the void the american tiktok ban is leaving in your soul? here are some things you should know, from someone who’s going on their eighth year on this hellsite:
1. you can say anything on here. gone are the days of having to use words like “unalive” and “seggs.” murder! kill! sex! fuck! speak your mind!
2. there is a community for you on here. regardless of what you’re into or however small the fandom is, you have a place here. at least one other person will have heard of your weird obscure interest. strike up a conversation!
3. followers don’t matter. tumblr is one of the last remaining social media sites in which your number of followers means absolute jack shit. this can be disorienting at first, but once you lean into the fact that everyone on this website is equal, it’s very freeing. clout means nothing here.
4. similarly, you can post at any time. while tiktok has an algorithm that favors certain times, tumblr has no such algorithm. post whatever you want, whenever you want. every post has virtually the same chance at getting notes, regardless of when it is posted.
5. tags can have spaces between the words! this one is very exciting. tags can be a whole sentence. you can also use the tags to comment on someone’s post without actually adding onto the physical post itself (which is sometimes frowned upon and called “derailing” if you use this feature to bring up a completely different point other than the one that’s being made on the original post).
TL;DR: speak your mind, find your place, followers don’t matter, post anytime, have fun with tags!! tumblr is a wonderful site used to share things you’re excited about. be patient with yourself as you’re learning and have fun!
The funniest part of Sinners was when the Native Americans just said “yeahhh good luck with that”
So I've been meaning to comment on this for a long while, but I haven't for whatever reason. Does anyone else find the Bakugo and Todoroki friendship absolutely forced and fake? Because Bakugo is way too much like Endeavor, especiallyin the beginning. If anything, I find it way more likely that Todoroki would be triggered by someone like Bakugo since he acts and behaves so much like Endeavor. And please don't come at me with that whole "Bakugo has changed and grown" crap. That apology he gave in season 6 was manipulative at best! It was a bunch of excuses, and the fact that he ended it with that whole "this doesn't change anything" just made me hate him more, if anything. But yeah, I just find the whole Todoroki Bakugo friendship wrong. Especially since Todoroki is so close with Midoriya, and he grew up in an abusive home. He may have been sheltered, but I doubt he'd be able to ignore the red flags in Bakugo and Midoriya's relationship, especially after the sports festival.
I just realized something about BNHA that I'm sure nobody on here talked about yet.
The show suffers from a protagonist centered morality.
Izuku or to a lesser extent those that're on the side of the heroes, are always seen as in the right and that anything going against that is automatically in the wrong and should be called out. Even if the other side makes a good point about something.
Take Eri and the reporters for example. The reporters raise good points about Bakugou and how irresponsible UA is, but are told "na nuh!" By Aizawa and it just ends at that.
Then Eri... She literally went from one place who used her power to another. It literally falls into "It's okay if WE do it!" even though this is supposed to be a story meant to point out the flaws in society but gets onto anyone who dares try to say anything bad about it!
God even after all this time BNHA still makes my blood boil!!
People need to talk about this more.
Good and bad in MHA has less to do with morality and more to do with who are the heroes and who are the villains. Which could have been a GREAT setup, only for Horikoshi to never talk about it.
Any time ANYONE has a point, they are immediately discredited or brushed aside. Like Izuku dismissing what Dabi said by defending Endeavor as his mentor. For this to come from our protagonist of all people that late in the game? It not only ignores something blatantly being called out, it also makes our protagonist look worse. Instead of addressing and amending the propaganda he set up, Horikoshi repeatedly reinforces it for some reason.
(This is a repeated problem with Izuku especially. He's such a blank prop that never got the development he deserves that any critiques about the world around him go right over his head. It's actually bittersweet that in the epilogue he is starting to come to a realization because no it's too late)
I've talked many times about how the LOV regressed into irredeemable monsters to make their suffering and the points they made meaningless. Spinner suffered from this the worst. He was the member of the LOV who didn't crave destruction and wanted to change things, only to forgo all of that in the Final War.
To watch all this happen when I used to love MHA is just so disappointing
“Yet at the end of the day, it’s just a pathetic, comical, uninteresting story..”
Part 1 of the prison au: here :3c
Inosuke probably never saw a problem with demons eating people.
Bears eat people. Boars do too, if given the chance. Lots of things would, even birds and bugs.
He really did just set out to prove he was strong, and when he became part of a pack, he started living by its rules. Uniform pants? Ok. Can't pick fights against other members with swords? Ok. Live with pride? Fine, but what does that even mean?
Eating humans is fine. What really must have finally bothered Inosuke is that it meant humans would get killed, especially members of his pack.
I know I’m really going hard with the Bakugo bashing today, but I’m not gonna lie, he has the energy of that one white kid at school who listened to Eminem, or gangsta rap in general once and thinks he’s had a hard life, getting upset at facing actual consequences for his actions, meanwhile he’s the most spoiled/privileged kid in the class. We all went to school with that kid don’t pretend you don’t know what I’m talking about.
