She died shortly after the mushroom wars, but during an oozer / zombie outbreak, them bitches decided to bite anyone in a grave (in this case makeshift grave) who wasn’t already reanimated, hence the bite mark on her arm and why she ended up a zombie in the first place.

Cause of death is undecided currently, but ik I want it to have something to do with her facial scars and the GIANT FUCKING HOLE IN HER SIDE-

As for her arm she fr just got it stuck somewhere and left it lmao

The medical tape around her neck is so her head doesn’t fall off and roll away somewhere cuz oh yeah that happens.

Speaking of her neck, she CAN talk, but she wont because what remains of her brain is all scram-jambled, so she has the ability to talk, she just doesn’t have the ability to produce actual words.

Alright so, this isn’t really an oc, or at least not MINE.

This is how it went down mama, at first my friend had given me an art request to do. [See below]

(Basically turn this roblox guy into literally anything)

So I did!

But afterwards, one of his friends goes.

“Do you think they [me] could draw my icon eating a human heart? Predator style?”

This friend was [as the first image suggests] Prince Insomniac, and I never turn down an opportunity for a good lil horror feast here and there so I said.

“Ok!”

And got to work.

THIS PIECE TOOK YEARS OFF MY LIFESPAN ISTG

[Okay maybe not the actual piece itself but THE WEEK THAT I WORKED ON IT WAS STRESSFUL ENOUGH 😭😭😭]

FIRST I WAS FORCED TO PAINT FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT, NOT FUCKIN’ FUN-

THEN PEEPAW TOOK A TUMBLE AND FRACTURED HIS HIP SO WE HAD TO CALL THE GD PARAMEDICS [TRAUMA ALERT WEEWOO]

AND THE VERY👏 NEXT 👏DAY 👏, OUR POWER GETS TURNED OFF AND I DONT THINK I EVEN HAVE THE STRENGTH TO GET INTO ALLA THE STRESS THAT HAPPENED ON THAT DAY SPECIFICALLY-

Basically a second gem war breaks out while Stevens a toddler, as Steven grows, (without Greg, L + Ratio bozo) more and more homeworld gems end up joining the Crystal Gems with Stevens diplomacy skills, however at the same time Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl are all captured by Homeworld (presumed dead but they arent dw-) leaving Steven, 14 years old at the time, to command them. A year later Steven finds Bismuth in Lions mane and questions her, homeworld or rebel? Why were you important to Rose? What do you do? etc.

And extra later, (roughly a year after Bismuth is re-active) Jasper is abandoned by Yellow Diamond, after she finds out about Jasper resorting to recruiting, what the Diamonds think, are Earthlings (The Corrupted Gems), and ends up reluctantly joining the Crystal Gems as a catalyst for revenge. (She slowly comes around to them and further advances Stevens fighting style)

Speaking of his fighting style!

Stevens powers are more on the offense gem-ish side than the shows defensive humane side.

So this Steven is lavaproof and poofable! (with enough force/damage that is)

As you may have noticed in the references, Steven’s shield has more thorns around the radius, so when he throws it, it ends up acting as like, a sawblade ig.

He also has a helmet like Jaspers, I thought it’d work out since this Steven is more headstrong and “dont think, dont care,” than classic Steven. Which leads to this Steven being taught to use fighting to solve most homeworld problems, (by both Bismuth and Jasper) however a bit of our classic Steven tends to slip out in waves of empathy and doesn’t *always* resort to such methods.

This isnt really a fighting style but he figured out how to store things in his gem like the others do, (mostly Pearl) which is where he keeps his mothers sword, as in this version he never found her scabbard to keep it in / he never brought Lion to the straw-battle field.

A handful of humans are in the care of the temples base to avoid the robonoids that now wonder Earth, now being programmed to search and destroy unregistered gems AND organics, while others are either dead or have successfully made it to the shelters before the war went all out.

These humans include Barb, Lars, Sourcream, and Yellowtail.

Later to be found: Sadie and Onion, who were taking refuge in the Big Donut before Steven found them.

Could you tell us more about your dandy's world au?

I’d say its less of an au and more of a “what-if” as in, what if the twisteds were actually scary and how they’re different from their toon-counterparts.

The answer to that is there are multiple of the same toons in a constant cycle of replacement and capture to keep the ichor flowing, flowing until it surfaces and controls while the originals either lead to eventual defeat, or to conform with the ichor in time.

Other than that its all interpertation 😏🕶️🤏

Although im not all that big into Dandy’s World anymore (it has gotten SO HARD to separate art from the artist lately) I still think about the potential the story could’ve had instead of “oh yeah boo science bad rainbow friends go yippee.”
