Zombie Apocalypse Coffee Shop AU

A human sanctuary settlement during an outbreak of a deadly virus that creates zombies is one of the few that exist on earth.

There's only one coffee shop that the inhabitants go to in this said settlement and it's pretty dull how orderly it is.

However, full of life new guy barista ends up attracting the attention of one of the settlements night patrol and rescue operatives soldiers. They dig each other.

(Optional twist: each human inhabitant already has a partner assigned to them for controlling reasons, so do our main duo.)

Any gender. LGBTQ+ encouraged. Can be fluff or ANGST (please the angst I'm crying) or whatever.
