What they mean: Asking Sam or Cas to do anything, ever, is horrible and mean and evil. Dean should be willing to do things for Sam or Cas at a moments notice, but being asked to do anything by the people they love is a horrible burden and should be recognized as such by the person inconveniencing them. Any relationship that inconveniences my fave is bad.
