hey, I may be a few days behind (on Arctober), but I've finally finished my chomper grenade for the Jinx prompt (well, at least as much as I'm willing to, because there are a few details missing and the bottom part is not painted)

it's entirely out of paper, work in progress pics below edit: here's a post explaining how I made it

love the firts paintjob (I forgot I could mix colours instead of only using black and white 👍🏻)

anyways, it's not as small as it seems to be in the pic where I hold it - it's about 12 cm tall

I rushed the painting a bit, so it's not smooth enough in some areas (like the armor collar - it's rugged from the paint not having enough time to dry and/or being applied too thick) BUT for my first time making a figurine, I'm pretty satisfied and it feels super nice to look at this guy nonetheless!

the thing is they had a Victor for every stage of education (Junior for primary school, Gimnazjalista for middle school, and the high school one was called Cogito); I thought it matches Viktor just right and also it would be fun to draw and edit an actual cover (it was a pain to draw and even more pain to edit) when it comes to headlines, I took the ideas directly from actual covers of said magazines; just went through a bunch and copy-pasted some lines to make an inspo board; you can also see it down there (it's hilarious and you have to trust me, because I'm not translating all that) vv
