Making long-form webcomics is like

[ Penguins of Madagascar(Humanized) : Comic FT. Human! Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private ; "Where to sit?" ]

This was based on my idea:

There's this one (stupid)meme when a girl would ask a guy if the seat was taken. Yet the guy would answer it is, but the girl was referring to his lap. It flustered the guy out.

But this time, I wanted to make it family wholesome(if not comically weird as the original) where Private would approach Rico, Kowalski, and Skipper(respectively in that order) sitting on the couch, where there's not much space left, but only a little, making him think that is reserved for someone. Private asks one of them if that small spot is taken, but Rico, Kowalski, Skipper, being the wholesome older brother-figures would answer differently as there aren't any taken seats... which... refers to their lap.

This caught Private off guard, yet flattered, he had to choose. (But in the end, he couldn't but went to lay there?)

He cannot really do that since he's not so small anymore. Skipper knew that well.

Oops I’m gonna do a whole thing for this~ Co captains but Sun’s a lot more ‘lax’ in his regalia when he’s not on the docks and just around their crew~ Initially inspired by the fic Daybreak again, but these two are starting to form their own little spin off AU in my head and MMM goood shit good shit uh huh uh huh~

btw here's the full transparent set of the newsletter sweater sprites i remade while i was bored in class. the lineart was black on black bg so i tried to follow the canon sprites as much as possible

THERE! I finished the Mermay Sirens! Daycare Attendant boys finally :D

I didn’t really pick a specfic fish for either of them to based off of, just kinda winged it. Also, their legends:

Siren of the Sun: Good Omen, you’ll have easy waters and a safe voyage, as long as you respect the sea. So no littering, no disrespect, sail during the day, and if you break these rules then the Sun siren will punish you, or you may even bring forth the Bad Omen.

Siren of the Moon: Bad Omen, you’ll face rough waters that will try to sink your ship, if the monsters below don’t rip it to pieces first. Rumored to eat people for fun, but can be avoided if you don’t sail at night, and not break any rules of the sea while you’re sailing.

Their eyes and the tips of their fins can change color like some of my other doodles, but I’m too lazy to make all the variations lol

I also have an Eclipse version I’m cooking up but that’s for another post :P
