Anyone else ever think about their special interest and just start violently stimming or is that just me because I swear if someone asks me about the httyd books and then gets weirded out when I start flapping my hands and kicking my feet then I swear to God I'm gonna lose it

I like how the first 10 httyd books are centred around a certain lost thing and how Hiccup managed to get it and use it in situations of need.

Like in book 1 it was Toothless (the fang free dragon)

In book 2 it was the Endeavour (the second best sword)

In book 3 it was the Roman shield

In book 4 it was the arrow from the land that doesn't exist

In book 5 it was the ruby heart stone

In book 6 it was the key that unlocks all locks (I think??? I haven't read it in a while so I don't entirely remember so please correct me if I'm wrong)

In book 7 it was the ticking thing

In book 8 it was the throne

In book 9 it was the crown

And in book 10 it was the dragon jewel

But the fact that each book is about a different lost thing and shows why they were needed is great. Hiccup needed the fang free dragon to crack open the lobster claw necklace, then he needed the sword to fight Alvin, then he needed the Roman shield to cover that hole in the cave so they could hide from the dragon rebellion in book 9, then he needed the arrow to make him immune to vorpent venom. It's all so cool and I love these books so much.
