2. Cry It Out

Issue: Crying too much leaves you feeling exhausted—so much so that it weakens your body, making it difficult to even move.

And what does this lead to?

"Bottling up the emotions."

And what does bottling up emotions result in?

"Mental exhaustion."

With no solution, this condition spirals into:

"Impending doom."

And the deadly fallback solution?

"The end of everything "
