giving the people (two people) what they want
Dipper and Mabel visiting Werewolf! Stan and Vampire!Fidds (who are married by this point, and both working to bring Ford back. ) .
Mabel almost immediately finds a dog chew toy (a joke gift from Fidds to Stan but turned out it was actually useful so..) and is excited that there is a dog. The lie is that there is a dog but it's a outside dog and they mostly come and go as they please.
Stan has ended up showing up to the kids in wolf form. Mainly when he checks in on them.
Stan has eaten a gnome because of the incident with the gnomes and the kids. A warning to the gnomes to never mess with them again. Stan ended up having to brush rainbows out of his teeth for a hour after.
Fiddleford's lies are that he just burns in the sun easily. Always wearing big sun hats during the day.
Stan getting wounded i wolf form in a way that's noticeable even in human form and he has a hard time explaining away.

I couldn’t help myself....
Okay but imagine Hunter's attempt at showing affection for Willow. Remember how he told Flapjack to "be safe!" and "I love you!" over the walkie talkie in front of Luz? Like I know it's different but like, he knows Willow would kick his ass if he actually embarrassed her in public (not that he could) but imagine him trying to sneak kisses when no one is looking or giving her quick hand signals so he wouldn't have to say things out loud and THEN at some point someone else on the Emerald Entrails catches him doing it and he gets all embarrassed but Willow is like "and??" and as hes trying to hide or run away she takes him right out of the sky with her vines like when they first met and then kisses him on the cheek like "yep i snagged a good one"
Inspired by how some male relatives (aka. my dad) would just randomly drop some traumatic lore from their past like it's nothing and you just have to sit there reeling while they keep on driving.
the pines family flatout replacing the star symbolism that bill had to ford does always make me feel smug af
