Of course.
Incredibly, I just realised I haven't done a pinned post of my AO3 fic. Do mind the tags!
Fluff (Teen rating):
Just in the mood for some cookery shenanigans and domestic fluff? Indulge in Cooking for Beginners
Or maybe you're more interested in seeing the Ineffables enjoy a picnic beneath the stars as Crowley tries to work up the courage to Do It Again. If so, enjoy Where We Belong
Non-graphic smut:
Want pining, sexual/romantic tension, but with a happy ending (and bonus 1941)? How To Play
Explicit works:
Want a follow-up of 1941 roleplay with explicit sex, plus a heap of feelings and power-play? Some Kind of Magic Inside
If you're in the mood for Femme Crowley and intriguing lingerie, try The Way That You Hold Me
Fancy some Femme Crowley AND Femme Aziraphale? Enjoy Like Heaven Above Me
How about some restaurant sex roleplay? The Things You Do
Or perhaps a reimagining of the Bastille incident? Somehow You Found Me
Maybe some good ol' phone sex and feelings? A Little Distance
Enjoy some tenderness with your voyeurism? Let Me See You
Why not an ethereal threesome featuring two Soft/Gentle Dom Aziraphales and one Sub Crowley? How I Worship You
If you're after some slow burn, enemies to friends to lovers, there's my Human AU where Azira Fell and AJ Crowley are both neurodivergent, authors, enemies... and, unbeknownst to them, both fans of a certain TV show... Write A Way
There's now a one-shot sequel to Write A Way called Letting Go, where Azira and Crowley start to explore some kinkier aspects to their relationship...
Perhaps you'd like to read some emotional make-up sex while Crowley wears the most ridiculous outfit possible? Talking is for Tomorrow
Or maybe you'd enjoy Femme Aziraphale trying to very obviously seduce a very oblivious Crowley via cream cakes and innuendo? Finding A Rhythm
You might be more in the mood for university lecturers Anthony and Ezra finally working things out together thanks to an academic conference, some criminally-thin walls, and a rather magic wand in I've Got a Wand and (maybe) a Rabbit (edit: there's now a 4 chapter sequel to this called Is It Casual Now?, where Ezra and Anthony are trying to work out who they are together, with a healthy dollop of miscommunication š )
I hope you find something you enjoy - let me know here or in the comments on AO3 š
not to oversimplify an extremely complex discipline but if i had to pick one tip to give people on how to have more productive interactions with children, especially in an instructive sense, its that teaching a kid well is a lot more like improv than it is like error correction and you should always work on minimizing the amount of āno, wrongā and maximizing the amount of āyes, and?ā for example: we have a species of fish at the aquarium that looks a lot like a tiny pufferfish. children are constantly either asking us if thatās what they are, or confidently telling us thatās what they are. if you rush to correct them, you risk completely severing their interest in the situation, because 1. kids donāt like to engage with adults who make them feel bad and 2. they were excited because pufferfish are interesting, and you have not given them any reason to be invested in non-pufferfish. Instead, if you say something like āIt looks a LOT like a tiny pufferfish, youāre right. But these guys are even funnier. Wanna know what theyāre called?ā you have primed them perfectly for the delightful truth of the Pacific Spiny Lumpsucker
A Texas judge last month ordered Dr. Margaret Carpenter, who practices north of New York City, to pay the penalty for allegedly breaking that stateās law by prescribing abortion medication via telemedicine. The Texas attorney generalās office followed up last week by asking a New York court to enforce the default civil judgment, which is $113,000 with attorney and filing fees. The acting Ulster County clerk refused. āIn accordance with the New York State Shield Law, I have refused this filing and will refuse any similar filings that may come to our office. Since this decision is likely to result in further litigation, I must refrain from discussing specific details about the situation,ā Acting Clerk Taylor Bruck said in a prepared statement.
This is what we're talking about. This is the resistance someone can do in their everyday job. Judgement gets passed down and you're just supposed to dot the i's and cross the t's? Don't. Just refuse.
Now, I know an acting county clerk isn't just anyone - this man had a very unique opportunity to do some very serious blockading in his everyday job - but that's kind of the point! Nobody's just anyone. You never know when you'll have an opportunity.
It's funny how often my posts get a lot of notes when part of the post is in all caps. Do you people like when I yell at you or something?
I don't have the guts to put EVERYTHING i wrote here, but here is something I think was quite poetic.
I feel guilty that I am not just a mould, a print to shape and transfix into every area possible so that I can infinitise my gratitude for other's existences yet take the same familarly comfortable shape of a human so that my sole priority is other's pure pleasure and comfort and overall wellbeing.
and
I feel like I am performing a sob-story to a wrongly-empathetic audience and that any minute now they will all be struck with horror to find that their beloved comfort light-amongst-the-dark, brave-through-everything character is actually a monster and I have monstrosised the silent hero in the story. Worse still, it brings more guilt to me that I know this turning point/ cliffhanger will never come.
YALL I HAVE EXAMS. STOP TEMPTING ME.
I BEGAN TO READ « AND THEY WERE STREAMERS » AU AND THIS IS SOOOO GOOOODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD AAAHHHHH
