If you make their bones hollow or thin, then the wings could maybe be a touch heavier, but even still, you need to make Human Wings VERY BIG and SUPER HEFTY/HEAVY!! Like, inconveniently so! It depends on the person's height, weight, and muscle to fat ratios, too! You'd also need really developed shoulder blade and back muscles to actually control the things. If you want a piece of fiction that does Winged Humans in an interesting and slightly more realistic way with how they could fly, I recommend "Growing Wings," a book by Laurel Winter! It's been a minute since I've read it, but one of the scenes I remember is the characters talking about why most of them couldn't fly because of the fact that their Wings weren't strong enough to get them off the ground, but the MC could since she was a very small build!
