Hello my loves! I post about shifting quite often but I've realized that not everyone knows how to shift. It's actually very simple! Trust me, a full guide isn't really necessary but I know it can be fun to read it out. By the end of this, you'll be surprised at how easy it is!
First, what exactly is shifting?
Well, there are actually a lot of theories! There is no solid answer because that'll change based on your own personal beliefs. In its simplest definition, shifting is shifting your awareness to a different reality. The belief of shifting requires you to believe in other realities, regardless of how you think that works.
What are some key terms?
DR- Desired/Dream Reality, WR- Waiting Room, CR- Current Reality, OR- Old/Original Reality, Methods- a process to help you shift, Safe Word/Action- A word/phrase that you say or an action that you do that shifts you somewhere else, most often used to shift back to your CR or WR.
How do I shift?
It's very simple! The intention to shift is all you actually need. Methods, scripting, meditation, and all that other extra stuff are just tools that you can use to shift. However, it's important to remember that they aren't necessary. You don't need them at all! All you need is an intention to shift.
So how do we do that? How do we just set an intention and shift? Again, it's very simple!
By definition, intention means, "a thing intended; an aim or plan". Deciding to eat an apple when you're hungry is an intention. Deciding to wake up at 8 am is an intention. Don't overthink this! Literally just making the decision to do something is how to set an intention. And then decide to follow through with that plan.
I know it may seem difficult, maybe even confusing - I completely understand. Whenever you want to shift, simply decide that you're shifting. Tell yourself that you're going to shift no matter what! Trust in your ability to do that. Shifting is easy! People have been doing it for hundreds of years, so trust me when I say you can too. Set the intention by making the decision to shift and just let yourself go. Try to trust in yourself and in your abilities.
What are methods?
A method is simply a process you do to shift. They can focus on visualizing, feeling your DR, focusing your mind, etc. Oftentimes methods help you feel more relaxed and help you focus your attention on your DR/WR so you can shift easily. However, it's important to note that they aren't needed to shift. Always remember, it's not the method that shifts you, it's you. That's why some people will shift instantly using the Raven Method while others never do. It's all about the person!
For specific methods, I recommend searching "shifting methods" and finding one that looks interesting to you!
Some important things to note about methods:
You don't need to do it exactly the same way as other people (change them to your heart's content). If you like a method but a specific part seems boring or uncomfortable, just don't do it. Trust me, changing a method won't affect how well it works because
Every method works well.
If a method doesn't work, it likely has to do with your mindset, not the method itself (because again, all methods work).
No method is stronger than another, it's all about the person using them.
You should ideally be using a method that makes you feel comfortable. Don't force yourself to use one you don't like just because other people have had success with it.
Time Ratio
Your time ratio is essentially how time moves while you're in your DR/WR. If you were to shift with no script/intentions, time would pass normally while you're there. So if you shift to your DR and you stay there for a week, when you shift back to your CR a week would have gone by. If two months pass by in your DR, two months pass by in your CR. Time essentially moves at the same pace in both realities!
However, not everyone wants time to pass in their CRs so to avoid this we can script/intend a time ratio. This ratio can be anything you want! For instance, if one year passes in your DR, only one hour passes in your CR. With this time ratio in mind, if you've been in your DR for one year, when you shift back, only one hour would have passed (so if you shift at 2 pm, when you shift back it would be 3 pm). You can also script/intend that no time passes while you're shifting. Pretty cool right?
This time ratio is often used by shifters to avoid missing things in their CR however, it can be flipped to make time move faster! For example, if one week passes in your DR, 1 year passes in your CR. People don't do this as often but you can do it!
Mindset
Do you need a good mindset to shift? No? Does it help? Yes.
Your thoughts about shifting are important! Do you think shifting is hard to do? Do you think you need methods? Do you think you need to be 100% relaxed and have no doubts to shift? Do you think you need to meditate, affirm, and count to 100 multiple times a day?
All of these things are called beliefs and, as most of you probably know, sometimes beliefs can be limiting. As in they literally limit you from your full potential. Now, it's perfectly okay to have doubts and limiting beliefs and you can still shift while having them. However, if you find that you have difficulty shifting, it's likely due to your mindset and potential limiting beliefs. When you have the time and energy, go through what you know and believe about shifting. Is there anything up there that could be discouraging you or even outright stopping you?
How to have a good mindset?
Know that shifting is inherently easy and that you can shift easily whenever you want
Believe that you have a good mindset
Work through any limiting beliefs you may have
Know that you can still shift while having doubts and limiting beliefs
Know that you can still shift while having a "bad" mindset
Don't put shifting or your DR on a pedestal
Know that you don't need to do anything special to shift (you don't need to meditate, script, count, drink extra water, etc. you just need you).
Scripting
What is it and how do we do it? Like everything else that involves shifting, it's pretty easy!
Scripting is a way to visualize and plan your DR. It's not necessary; you do not need to script. You can write out your script anywhere! And you can be as specific or as vague as you want. Scripts are personal so don't worry about it being perfect. It's literally just a tool to help you shift! You don't need it, it doesn't have to be perfect, and it doesn't need to be aesthetic or organized. Just write down whatever you want to include about your DR!
Scripts often include details about your DR and DR self. It can also include points on safety, relationships, rules, specific moments, etc. But again, please remember that this step isn't necessary and you don't need to add all of this even if you do make a script.
I'm going to be posting a more detailed guide on scripting soon and I'll link it here when it's finished. For now, stop worrying so much about all the fine details, and just let your mind flow! You can script however you want!
What are clones?
Please read these two posts first! TLDR: clones are you. It's your consciousness, your body, you. Clones are honestly named very badly. They aren't an actual copy of you and as such you don't need to worry about them doing something you wouldn't. They are you. The term "clone" is merely describing the process through which your physical body and mind still exist in your CR while you're shifting somewhere else. It's essentially you on autopilot. You know how your DR self already exists and is living their life even though you're not actively aware of that reality yet? It's the same thing with clones! They're just yourself in your CR when you're not there. But they are not a separate person and you'll never have to worry about them doing something horrible or weird. Your clone is you.
Affirming
Affirmations are phrases that affirm something to be true, often repeated to really drive the message home. You do not need to affirm to shift, however, it can help you to shift, build confidence, and have a healthier mindset toward shifting. You can say them in your head or out loud, and you can say them once or however many times you want.
Some common shifting affirmations are: I have shifted, I am shifting, I am in my DR/WR, Shifting is as easy breathing, I am 100% in control of my reality, I am a master shifter, I give myself permission to shift, Nothing holds me back from shifting.
These are just some examples, you don't need to use them and you can change them if you do. Affirming should feel natural to you but it's okay if you feel awkward at first (a lot of people do).
LIFA App
The LIFA app is an application that can appear on your technological devices and anywhere else you want (journals, closets, mirrors etc). It's a tool used by shifters with a lot of different features! You don't need to use it, it's just an option.
Like I said, it has a lot of functions but it's most commonly used for manifesting, editing, scripting, shifting, finances, relationships, and checking in on your clone. Shifters mostly use the LIFA app to make their experience in their DR better. You can use it to manifest food, change your outfit, edit your script, shift somewhere else, etc. Really it can be used for anything you can think of! You can also script/intend that no one in your DR can see it except for you.
Quick questions
Can I still shift with doubts/limiting beliefs?
Yes! 100% yes!! Tons of people have shifted while having doubts about it. You can go through practically any social media site and half of the success stories start with "so I shifted even though I wasn't trying/didn't believe". It's 100% possible so don't worry too much!
Can I get stuck in my DR?
No! Just like you can't be stuck in your CR, you can't get stuck in your DR.
What is a waiting room?
A WR is literally just another reality! People tend to use it as an in-between shifting experience however, you don't need to. You don't need a waiting room at all!
Waiting rooms can be anything you want, ranging from a simple bedroom to a full blown city. Anything you can imagine! You can shift there to relax, work on scripts, hang out with friends, shift to other realities, etc. Literally whatever you want :)
Do I have to visualize?
No. You don't need to do anything! You just need the intention, that's it.
How do I shift back to my CR?
You can use a safe word/action, set the intention, or even do a method. The act of shifting back is the exact same as shifting to so just do whatever you want!
What are symptoms?
Symptoms are more often than not just your body falling asleep while your mind stays awake. That's basically it. Not every shifter will experience them and they aren't "necessary" or even a sign that you're shifting. It's literally just a physical sensation of your body falling asleep (even if you're doing an awake method!). So don't panic if you don't experience symptoms, they're not a big indicator.
How to motivate myself?
Honestly, that'll change for everyone. My advice would be to remind yourself of why you want to shift in the first place. Do you want to live a better life? Or maybe just go on a fun adventure with friends? Every reason is equally important and I find that it's a big factor in keeping yourself motivated to shift.
You can also think about your DR/WR in more detail; what you like about it, what you're excited to experience, who you want to hang out with, etc.
Can I script this/shift here?
Yes. You can script whatever you want and go wherever you want. There are no exceptions to this!
Can I shift permanently/do I have to come back?

Do I have to fall asleep to shift?
No. Like I said before, you just need the intention to shift. That means you can shift whenever you want, however you want. You don't need to be asleep or even relaxed!
Extra tips?
Have fun with it! Shifting should always be fun so if you find yourself getting really stressed or upset, either take a break or assess why you're feeling that way and try to solve the issue if you can. But most of all, have fun with shifting!
Be easy on yourself! It's okay if you don't shift on your first try. Always assume that you will shift but don't beat yourself up if you don't.
Don't compare yourself to others. Even after consciously shifting for the first time, some people end up comparing themselves to other shifters. This happens even more often with new shifters. Comparing your shifting journey will just make you feel bad and inadequate. This kind of goes into the "have fun" tip. Anything you could do that makes you feel bad or demotivated just isn't worth your time.
Try not to worry too much about intrusive thoughts. They can't manifest because you don't actually want them, therefore, you won't accidentally shift somewhere you don't want to. I recommend repeating the phrases, "I am safe. I am protected" until you know them to be true if you're worried about safety.
Figure out what works for you! Some people prefer sleep methods while others prefer awake methods. Some people have 50 page scripts while others have one sentence written on their arm. Give yourself the time to figure out what works for you and makes you comfortable.
Never take no for an answer. Don't let failure be an option. Failure isn't even in your vocabulary! Adopt the mindset of a master shifter and you will be.
Alright... I think that's it? This post is super long holy shit I didn't expect that when I first started it. Most of this is just technical mumbo jumbo anyway. Remember! Shifting is easy! You've done it before a million times and you'll do it again! Conscious shifting is also super easy. If you assume that shifting is hard, then it will be. If you assume that you can't do it, you won't. Always assume that you can shift, that you are a master shifter, that shifting is the easiest thing in the world (because it is!).

Some unpopular opinions I wanted to say:-
1. Negative and intrusive thoughts don't hold any power, ofc. The roof isn't gonna fall off if I imagine so. But if negativity is your lifestyle, it's how you normally think, then yes it will manifest.
2. Physical reality isn't what it looks like but what you take it as. If you are someone who hates their body, you'll find a way to make yourself believe that your body looks bad even if it looks amazing. You gotta do the same now just the opposite.
3. Logic can help in manifesting because for the conscious mind it makes more sense and is easily acceptable. This could be my assumption so it's manifesting but I'll still point this out.
I manifested being the head in school twice before knowing loa. Did I have doubts? Yes. Did I think the other candidates could be better? Yes. But I kept telling myself that, "I've done so much for the school, I'll be the one to win definitely. Besides, I'm the only one who could manage this". I put logic in this. I found excuses as to why I deserve my manifestation. Do the same. If you want a lot of money but don't see any way of getting it, just think, 'Well I've worked so hard all my life, I'll definitely get the money or I deserve a raise in job". Find excuses to stick to your new story. This will make you focus more on the new story.
4. You shouldn't focus on the how cause manifesting is extremely natural. For your subconscious, it's literally obvious to have your desires. If you see you don't see any movement, you should understand that for your subconscious, it's normal. What movement? You have what you want. I was manifesting being better at English and now random big words come to me and I'm like...???? Did I always knew this word? I can't even remember if I ever knew it before. So yeah, it's natural for you to have your desires. If you feel stressed with the feeling of how, remember this.

This is genuinely one of if not the most important topic youβll ever educate yourself on in regards to the law of assumption so Iβm gonna need your full, undivided attention. Okay? Letβs start.
Some of the most frequently asked questions I receive as a law of assumption blog are always: How can I manifest instantly? How can I know my desires are coming? How can I feel like my manifestation is mine? How can I feel it real/know itβs coming? Two words: Self Concept.
Self concept is how you see yourself in relation to the world and how you see the world in relation to you. What does that mean? Let me explain.
How you see yourself in relation to the world - who you think you are and established notions that have been cultivated through your upbringing, how secure you feel about yourself and how thatβs exhibited as you interact with others as well as how you carry yourself on a day-to-day basis
How you see the world in relation to you - what you think others think about you and how you expect people to treat you, the beliefs you have about the world you live in and how they manifest into your life experiences
The assumptions you have carried up until this point have been shaped by your surroundings and life experiences. If you were bullied growing up you may have convinced yourself that youβre not good looking, not smart and not deserving of good things or perhaps you think the world is nothing but suffering and bad things are always happening to you. Maybe youβve had several bad experiences in life which you fixated on and consequently adapted the βIβm gonna expect the worst case scenario to happen so in the chance it does I wonβt feel disappointedβ. Since our 3D is shaped by our assumptions they will inevitably manifest. Youβve had thoughts running on autopilot about yourself and your world that youβve accepted as truths. By working on your self concept you are essentially throwing out an nonserving mindset and replacing it with a more favorable, practical and fruitful one.
When you have a good self concept, every facet of manifesting will fall into place, youβll feel much more centered mentally and life simply becomes better! The world around you is a mirror of the world within you and it will inevitably reflect back to you what you think about yourself and what you think about your world.

Wishful thinking - You know how youβve always wanted to be this or do that? You can! Or how you always wanted to play the guitar? You can! Date your celebrity crush? Doable! Look exactly like Jennie? No problem! Study abroad in your dream ivy league university? Yup! Even with a terrible GPA? Even with a terrible GPA! Nothinggggg is out of reach and when I say that Iβm dead serious! You no longer need to think about how nice it would be if you could travel, draw, sing, dance whatever it is it can be yours!
Regrets - If youβre someone who resents the past for any reason because you feel like you didnβt have a great high school experience or because you missed out on a huge opportunity let me just sayβ¦ It means nothing. Seriously, you can revise, you can time travel back to the past and relive it as you would have liked, whatever it is now that you know just how powerful you are as God you realize that resentment and regret donβt need to be an issue anymore! As I will repeat multiple times in this post you are in control of every single aspect of your reality. Past, present and future. Time isnβt real and whatever it is you feel like you missed out on you can have it, you can do it, you can be it.
Insecurities and jealousy - Gone are the days of you seeing some girl on Instagram you want to look like. No more wishing you could also be as artistically gifted like that person on TikTok. Bye bye to desperately wishing you could achieve your goals. Who cares whatever x person is doing, where theyβre vacationing at or who theyβre dating. You can have it all too!
Being treated poorly - If you assume that the people around you often screw you over, leave you, lie to you and so on, that will be exactly what you experience. With a good self concept, you will be treated with love and respect by others because youβll come to understand that since the people in your reality have no free will, you can determine how they see you and how they behave with you!
Desires on the pedestal - When your desire is on a pedestal it means that you either see it as above you, out of reach or as something you donβt deserve. Whatever it is, know that you CAN have it and you DO deserve it. Nothing is on a pedestal when you realize just how easily you can attain it. There is no such thing as a βbigβ or βsmallβ manifestation. Manifesting a $47 million mansion in Beverly Hills is just as easy as manifesting a Costco hot dog with ketchup. I donβt care what it is or how βhardβ it would be for the average person to acquire. Just say the word.
Impatience - A LOT of yβall struggle with this and I understand. You want your desires NOW and you are DONE waiting. What if I told you that it is absolutely up to you when you get your desires. Yes. You can determine how long it takes, whether itβs a month, a week or a minute. You get to decide that and before you ask me how the short answer is you need to believe that you can. How can you believe that you can? Through self concept!
III. ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ You are God
βI urge you not to limit yourself to a little body of flesh and blood, for you are spirit. Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, so one day you must take it off. And he who takes it off is immortal. He is your own wonderful human imagination who is God, the Father of all life. When you learn to live this way, life becomes so exciting. Your days are full and you are never alone...I close my eyes and travel the worldβ¦It expands me and makes me become more aware of the infinite being that I really am.β - Brazen Impudence
When I say youβre God I mean it literally. Itβs not a figure of speech baby, you ARE GOD. You are powerful, divine and limitless. You can manifest whateeeeever the hell you want and nothing is out of reach for you. It means that your desires are inevitable because nothing can interfere with the commandment of God. If you need further context for the God thing stop and think for a second about what God cannot do... Nothing. Because God is omnipotent. God can do ANYTHING, God can HAVE anything and God can BE anything. There are NO limits to what you can do!
Nonchalance - (of a person or manner) feeling or appearing casually calm and relaxed; not displaying anxiety, interest, or enthusiasm. When you know youβre God, youβre always feeling calm and relaxed because manifesting something is as easy as deciding that itβs yours.
No more surrendering your power to external sources, okay? - As God, YOU are the one in control of everything around you. Cancel that tarot appointment, delete CoβStar and The Pattern, they do not define you nor do they get to dictate your life in any way. YOU get to decide who you are and what goes on in your life. The future is not predetermined and neither is your personality. External sources are not necessary. Think of it as hiring a tutor for your mother tongueβ¦ very unnecessary and very silly. Why would you seek something else to help you on something you can do yourself?
It is logical for God to do the illogical - To label anything as "impossible" is to severely discredit yourself. Whether itβs having bright purple eyes, bringing back someone whoβs passed away, breathing underwater, becoming immortal, I could go on but you get it. Who cares what it is or how unrealistic it sounds. You can have it because you are God. And before you hit me with βif thatβs true then why arenβt there success stories?β First of all, not everyone rushes to the internet to brag about what theyβve manifested. Second of all, just because there is no success story out there that does not mean you cannot do it yourself. Whatβs stopping you from being the first success story?
Limiting beliefs β - A limiting belief is a belief that impedes you from manifesting your desires. If it sounds dumb, requires a lot of work and stop you from living your dream life it is a limiting belief. Limiting beliefs will cease to exist as you work on self concept because the more you start to pick up on the fact that youβre God youβll soon realize that you are absolutely limitless. You can have anything and everything you want.

These are all beliefs you can let go of once and for all because God has no limits⦠so these are not applicable to you.
Circumstances donβt matter - I donβt care whatβs going on or whatβs going on. Circumstances do not matter. In the slightest. You can manifest becoming a billionaire despite being dirt poor. You can manifest your specific person even if their wedding is next week. You can manifest the scholarship even though youβre failing every subject. Whatever it is, circumstances absolutely do not matter in the slightest and I cannot emphasize this enoughhhh like seriously if youβre limitless it doesnβt make sense to have limits whatsoeverβ¦
You control the details - Since youβre God you can pretty much dictate how a circumstance plays out. When you know this, you realize that there are a multitude of ways to handle an unfavorable situation. Letβs suppose you and your best friend whoβs shown their true toxic colors had the worst fight ever and you both decided to no longer be friends. Letβs consider what you, as God, can do about the situation:

When youβre manifesting, there are no backups,There are no what ifs. Thereβs just you and your desire. Period. Circumstances are absolutely irrelevant and you donβt resort to βbackup plansβ and speaking of backup plansβ¦
Elle Woods as a self concept model β - Letβs talk about one of my favorite self concept icons Miss Elle Woods for a bit, specifically that scene in Legally Blonde where she sets her heart on going to Harvard law school despite the fact that her qualifications were a bit iffy. When she met with an advisor, they suggested she have some backups upon going through her transcript. Did Elle let that discourage her from applying anyway? Did she listen to her and go βhmm, maybe sheβs right I should pick some backups.β Nope. She said βI donβt need backups, Iβm going to Harvardβ. You know what happened? She went to Harvard. Even though her application wasnβt the most suitable for law school as a fashion merchandising student, even though she was initially struggling when studying. Even with the circumstances not being in her favor, Elle persisted and got in because she didnβt let rejection be an option.
What can we learn from Elle?

Experiencing life with a strong and affirmative self concept is like viewing a catalogue of absolutely anything you can have for yourself. Scrolling through tumblr and see your dream face and body? You can look like that. Inspired by your comfort characterβs personality? You can be just like them. An angelic singing voice like your favorite artist? You can have it. Obsessed with the latest Versace collection? You can own it. You watched a K-Drama with the most dreamy romantic love story youβve ever heard of? You can experience that. Your world famous celebrity crush? You can date them. You can have anything you lay your eyes on. Nothing is off limits β
The thought process you should be having should look something like this:
βI can have whatever I want. Nothing is out of reach for me. That can be me too, thereβs no need for me to be jealous. I know that circumstances do not matter when it comes to my desires and I do not need to lift a finger to manifest. I donβt need to freak out over not having something when I know itβs mine the moment I say it is.β
Pay attention to the thoughts you have daily and what you think instinctively when it comes to something you want. It may take some time, but soon enough youβll let go of the lacking mentality and gradually acquire the knowing mentality. When you do, you will feel closer to your desires and see them as something you can obtain rather than something you could.

V. ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ How to acquire an excellent self concept
Use your favorite manifesting method - Manifesting is not a one size fits all! I really suggest you tryout different methods and see which one you like most
Command your subconscious mind
The easiest and quickest method. Command your subconscious mind to give you the best self concept ever! Do it once and know that itβs yours.
Use the State Akin To Sleep β
You can try the lullaby method and affirm βI have an excellent self conceptβ over and over again until you fall asleep. Or you can always try vaunting, imagine yourself bragging (emphasis on bragging) to a friend about how you have a brand new self concept and itβs successfully given you your every desire.
Visualize
I want you to imagine yourself as the best possible version of you. Youβre someone who always gets what they want, who excels at everything, manifests effortly, whoβs the center of attention everywhere they go, nothing feels out of reach for you, you live such a happy and fulfilled life because you never have to deal with failure, rejection, stress or sadness ever again.
Know - The other easiest and fastest method is just knowing. If you dwell in knowing that you have a good self concept and you naturally embody that itβll quickly harden into fact
Affirm - I like to stick to five affirmations or less because itβs easier for me to remember them, but you can have 2157 affirmations for all I care. Make affirming fun for self concept! It should not feel like youβre feeding a newborn and youβre forcing yourself to do that once every few hours. Please do not make it a job. Amp up your affirmations or do whatever else necessary so it doesnβt feel like youβre affirming robotically. Remember, state your affirmations as FACTS. Donβt just read through them once and call it a day. Embody them, feel them, acknowledge them. Itβs okay if you donβt actually believe the affirmation itself, just keep affirming because eventually they will harden into fact!
Vaunting β - My absolute favorite way to affirm. If you donβt know what vaunting means, itβs literally just bragging! This method is perfect if you struggle to focus while affirming and if youβre not sure how to affirm in a way that doesnβt come off dull and boring. When I was vaunting I would script and go on tangents about how Iβm God and I can do all these different things and because I love you all so much I went ahead and wrote out a little self concept vaunt example:
My life has been so wonderful lately! Everything always works out in my favor, I always get what I want and whatever I say goes! Every aspect of my life is ideal because all of my desires have been fulfilled. I am the one who has it all and I am living the life of my dreams. You know why? Because I literally have the best self concept ever. I know for a fact that I am the architect of my life and the world around me is my own ideal creation. Iβm not even impatient anymore because I know that whatever I want is mine the moment I say it is. Manifesting is the easiest thing in the world for me to do. Because I am God, I know for a fact that I manifest instantly, perfectly and without fail every single time.
When to affirm

VI. ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ Maintaining your self concept
Itβs so easy to come on Tumblr and feel powerful after reading a single post only for you to go back to your day-to-day routine and that power wears off and you start to feel average again, so here are a few tricks that helped me maintain my self concept.
Read Neville - What really truly helped cultivate and maintain my self concept was reading Neville. I would go days without reading his lectures and my self concept would shrivel like a prune and I noticed when I was most consistent in reading and listening to what he said I felt sooooo much better and reassured. Indulging yourself in Nevilleβs work will have you feeling and KNOWING that you are God. His books and lectures are FILLED with success stories of people whoβve done what wouldβve otherwise been considered impossible!. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of reading Neville when indulging in the law of assumption, especially as a beginner. He will make you feel SO powerful and your self concept will skyrocket! Nevilleβs work is a good way to keep educating yourself about the law of assumption as well as to continue reminding of the success that comes with applying the law.
Any Neville lecture will do because his diction is impeccable and so motivating! There arenβt any books nor lectures that specifically focus on self concept since many of the principles of the law are discussed across many of his lectures briefly. However, any lecture with the words βGodβ, βIβ or βI amβ will touch on self concept for sure. Donβt forget the ones iβve repetitively quoted as well. Here are a few great ones:

Mental diet - Mental diets are great and I love them so much. This is what helped me to keep my new mentality in check. Be selective as hell with what gets your attention and whatβs worth thinking about. When you indulge in a mental diet youβll learn to become more aware of the thoughts you are having as you go out into the world. Have a bad thought? Correct yourself immediately but also donβt drive yourself crazy doing this. You donβt have to FLIP EVERY SINGLE THOUGHT you have. We have about 6,000 thoughts a day, soβ¦ This could take some practice, so start slow and youβll get the hang of it little by little.
Manifest βsmallβ things - This one is also a no brainer because why wouldn't you be trying it out? Here are some little things you can manifest:

Use a notebook - This is a great little habit you can also use to track what youβve successfully manifested as well as to point out the changes youβre starting to see in your life. If you have tangible evidence of the progress youβre making itβll only encourage yourself more and more to continue! If youβd be doing so for self concept some points could look like this:

Scripting tangents - I mentioned this for vaunting but I used to loveeeeee scripting tangents about being God and how I was going to give myself the life of my dreams and I was done being a victim and how I will be able to travel and be wealthy and date whoever I want live wherever I want literally anything I could think of as I wrote because as Iβve said over and over again, you are limitless. Youβll never run out of things to list that you can manifest because there is nothing you cannot have, do or be!
VII. ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ How to know if your self concept is perfect or needs improvement
You know you have a good self concept when:
β§βββββββ ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ You no longer deal with negative emotions
β§βββββββ ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ You stop wondering if you can manifest _ because you know the answer is always yes
β§βββββββ ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ You donβt bother settling or taking no for an answer
β§βββββββ ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ You no longer seek external validation of any kind
β§βββββββ ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ Youβre in a good mood more frequently and feel better overall

VIII. ββββ ββββ ββββ ββββββββ What to do
Note that regardless of what youβre struggling with you absolutely can manifest. Donβt worry! When I first started working on my self concept I remember encountering circumstances that challenged my affirmations. I didnβt always get what I wanted, but that didnβt matter. Internally, I continued to affirm βI always get what I want :)β and thatβs what I would encourage you to do as well. Remember that your subconscious mind cannot tell right from wrong, think about the thoughts that youβre feeding it and what itβs hearing from you (again, mental diet 101).
βThe signs always follow. They never precede. Things have no reality other than in consciousness. Therefore, get the consciousness first and the thing is compelled to appear.β - At Your Command
Persist - Also another issue Iβm frequently asked about. Not seeing results? PERSIST, BITCH. PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER. Remind yourself of who you are and what you're capable of! If youβre not getting what you want, remind yourself βThis stemmed from me and the same way I can manifest what I didnβt want I can also manifest what I dowant.β Take responsibility where itβs due. Whatever happens do not give up and do not take no for an answer.
βAnd you can believe anything in if you will not accept the facts your senses dictate; for nothing is impossible to imagine, and imagining - persisted in and believed - will create its own reality.β - Believe It In
Impatience and dwelling on failure - What I absolutely do NOT want you to do is dwell on the fact that youβre struggling. Itβs okay to acknowledge that your desires havenβt arrived YET, but as long as you persist in what you DO want (to have an excellent self concept) itβs okay! But please stop fixating on how youβre not getting results and how youβre not doing this or donβt have that, what you focus on GROWS
βMan insists on talking about his problems. He seems to enjoy recounting them and cannot believe that all he needs to do is state his desire clearly. If you believe that imagination creates reality, you will never allow yourself to dwell on your problems, for you will realize that as you do you perpetuate them all the more.β - Believe It In
Intrusive thoughts - Weβve all dealt with intrusive thoughts at one point or another and people will deal with them different ways. Some people decide not to process such thoughts as negative and let them pass by naturally. Iβm going to list three different ways I dealt with my intrusive thoughts
Interruption
I had two methods of interruption I opted for. When I had βwhat ifβ moments I often interrupted those thoughts by affirming βit is doneβ and I said that over and over again every single time that came up, like this:
βWhat if it doesnβt hap-β
βIt is done.β
βBut-β
βIt is done.β
The other method wasI would finish the intrusive thought off in a positive note like this:
βwhy is my life so-β
βperfect in every possible way? Iβm honestly so in love with my life like I am literally the happiest person on earth I thinkβ.
Telling them to shut up
I would envision my intrusive thoughts coming from someone else despite knowing it was me but anyway when I would have one literally respond mentally with βshut up, BITCHβ the same way the rock did (like I would LITERALLY use his exact same tone and aggression while doing this lmao) and counter affirm and they stopped!
Deciding I didnβt have any
After so much redundancy of combatting my intrusive thoughts I had the sudden epiphany that I could just manifest them awayβ¦ I was so surprised I didn't think of it earlier. Whenever one was coming up I would just be like βnope nope nope I donβt have intrusive thoughts I have never had one of those in fact, whatβs an intrusive thought? Never heard of thatβ and they went away in two days <3
Doubting the law - If you have felt like this because you somehow think itβs too good to be true then youβre not alone, I was once there too. I constantly thought to myself, what if the law ends up not being real after all and what if i have to go back to struggling? Iβm here to tell you that doubt is completely normal. Besides, get a load of how much Neville Goddardβs work is out thereβ¦ a lot of us follow his teachings and have reaped the benefits of doing so! Itβs not like we all mutually agreed to conjure up a random figure from the seventies and founded a community around him and pretend we have our desires just to troll people on the internetβ¦ Thatβs weird as hell. Anyway! If youβre feeling like this, read my post on doubt. As I have stated previously, having just a little bit of faith will take you so far in your manifesting journey.
Spiraling - Okay bff if youβre spiraling stay with me okay you can get through this now letβs take three deep breaths okay? Inβ¦β¦[Hold for five seconds and then]β¦β¦Out (3x) Now repeat after me:
βI am capable of manifesting anything I could ever want because my word is gospel. Even if the 3D has not conformed yet, I know that it will no matter what. Intrusive thoughts and negative emotions hold no power over me and nothing can interfere with the manifestation of my desires. I am in control of every aspect of my reality and what I say goes. Because I am God, I know for a fact that I manifest instantly, perfectly and without fail every single time.β
The reason why I have literally never dealt with a spiral (aside from having a great self concept) is because Iβm conscious of just how much control I have over my reality. No matter what the predicament is, there is always always a solution because you are always in control. Recall my previous example of the toxic best friend and the multitude of ways you could deal with it. Whenever an issue comes up itβs pretty much βwhatever, I can just manifest myself out of this predicamentβ. Thatβs literally why I donβt bat a lash whenever something would happen that I wouldβve been stressed over. Think about it, as God youβre in control of everything, why would you freak out? Itβs completely silly, baby. The world is entirely yours.
βThere is no limit to the power of belief or to the possibilities of prayer, but you must be brazenly impudent and not take No for an answer. Try it! When I say you are all imagination, I mean it.β - Brazen Impudence
Feeling overwhelmed or anxious - Manifesting should NOT be stressing you out so if youβre feeling awful take a break! Donβt beat yourself up if it didnβt work out! Pick yourself back up and try again. Go back to the basics and have a fresh start. Get back to that beginner level and take a few baby steps, manifest little things to gradually build up your confidence. Take it slow and donβt impose so much pressure on yourself to do this correctly from the start. Didnβt go out as planned? Donβt worry, just try again. Take all the time you need until you feel more calm and relaxed. Your self concept wonβt collapse in itself if you take a little break from it, I promise.
Doing without belief - A HUGE no-no, my love! Belief is a must when applying the law. If youβre not believing you are performing in vain. If this is what you're struggling with I recommend reading my post: How To Cultivate Your Belief In The Law.
Overconsumption - If youβve over consumed info and thinking βoh no, I have confused myself to the point of no returnβ and idk where to go from here, hereβs what I want you to do
Delete Tumblr (or the social media you consume from)
Stick to a single source (Neville of course)
Work on your self concept (use this post)
Now, hereβs a little motivational rant:
Think about everything you'd be surrendering if you quit now! You deserve to live the life you've always wanted. You deserve to wake up every single day fulfilled knowing that you are living out all of your wildest greatest dreams. You deserve to be able to look at yourself in the mirror in disbelief at how ethereal you look. You deserve to feel ecstatic every time you get what you want. You deserve to indulge in every pleasurable experience the world has to offer. You deserve love, peace of mind, abundance and joy. You are worthy of that and so much more! Stop entertaining ideas that suggest that you are not good enough to manifest your desires. Do not take no for an answer. Do not let the 3D discourage you. Actually, don't let ANYTHING discourage you. Pay no mind to the intrusive thoughts that insist you can't manifest. Yes you can and yes you will. No matter what happens, persist in the fact that you are a master at manifesting and you're not gonna accept anything else. You'll be damned if you settle for mediocrity when you know you can have it all. You are so so so close to having the world at your fingertips, don't stop now! All of the doubts lingering are simply your old self trying to get you to stay where you are because this is new territory for you and it can feel scary. Don't let it win! Discomfort, uncertainty and doubt are signs that you're growing out of your old self concept and transitioning into a new state of awareness. Keep going! Take it little by little and know that you can do this. There's no "maybe I can", there's no "everyone can manifest but me". You can have and do absolutely anything you want except fail to manifest. I believe in you and I know you have what it takes to go the distance and manifest the life of your dreams. It's your birthright. You're God. Not a God, the God. Whatever you say has to and will pull through because you're limitless and inevitable, my love. You can do this!

Is it not dumb as hell for you to be whining and bitching about not getting something you CAN get? Why are you crying over a situation YOU caused? you literally cannot lose unless YOU let that be an option. Enough complaining and crying WHEN are you gonna get tired of standing in your own way? You are the one who literally gets to determine whether or not you get your manifestations, how quickly you get them you are responsible for EVERYTHING. Youβre the only one whoβs capable of sabotaging that for you. It is literally nobodyβs fault but your own if youβve been struggling to manifest. At some point you just have to put your foot down and decide that youβre DONE not getting your desires and youβre TIRED of your own shit. All of it CAN be yours at YOUR command. Why are you victimizing yourself? Why are you having all these pointless intrusive thoughts about how you canβt manifest this or you canβt have that. WHY? Why are you making up fake bs ass scenarios in your head? Why are you focusing on shit you donβt want? Your only task is to think about what you DO want and forget about what you donβt. Thatβs such pathetic behavior coming from someone whoβs limitless. I'm sorry. Worrying about what you donβt want is such a huge waste of time. The only thing that should be receiving your attention is your desires and nothing else. Enough of this victim complex of yours. You can have, you can do, you can be as you please without a single limit and here you are thinking you canβt have something or someone? Please. Donβt discredit yourself like that. Enough of you whining and bitching about this and that idc youβre getting your desires and that is FINAL. Stop getting in your own way B!TCH! βThis is hard :(β βNo I canβt :(β no it isnβt and yes you can. Please stop crying about how you canβt manifest and how you are the exception now the hell you are not. The same god within me is the same God within you. Argue with the wall, I donβt wanna hear it. Anyway, when youβre done crying and whining, pick yourself back up and persist. Youβre not gonna be a fucking loser on my watch.

No more looking for the perfect post, the perfect technique, the confirmation. Everything starts with you. Manifesting is your birthright and an excellent self concept will make it EASIER QUICKER and EFFORTLESS, you will not deal with intrusive thoughts impatience spirals none of that BS will come about with a good self concept You can still manifest with all of these issues but why not just refrain from dealing with them to begin with? hair:
iβm a natural bouncy curl girl. depending on the weather and my time, thereβs a good chance Iβm wearing my hair in itβs curly state
ΰ¨ΰ§ with just a bit of leave in conditioner and and oil on my scalp.
although I love the ease and the natural beauty of my curls, I prefer my hair straightened.
ΰ¨ΰ§ I feel I look more mature and sleek that way. itβs also very hot opposed to the sweet soft and innocent look i think my natural hair gives. and oddly, itβs less maintenance but gives the illusion of being higher maintenance.
I used to love my hair bone straight, with my curtain bangs and a part down the middle. but lately my style has been shifting towards bombshell curls on straightened hair with a flipped bang and side part. my hair is pretty long (about an inch past my bra hook) so that gives me room for versatility which I love so Iβll switch it up every now and then

color palette: black, white, gray, pinks (typically soft), lavender and browns/nudes. it enforces my ethereal, hyper girly brand. the color I wear most often has to be BLACK. i swear it is the sexiest color to exist and it makes me look amazing and feel even better.

loungewear is very special to me. it takes up more than half of my wardrobe overall. and if styled correctly, it can be worn out

perfect. i love to look perfect. never too done looking because i hate the cakey, obvious look. i love the soft glam, fresh face routine i use.
i shape my brows by adding short little hairs to my tail going upward on the arch part. i like my brows nice and thin with that meagan good arch. i like them lighter in the front and darker and sharp on the end. i ofc finish my brows off with foundation and a concealer brush.
then i buff a radiant concealer on my eyelids and blend that with the concealer or foundation i used around my brows.
i prime my face with maybelline poreless primer for that soft and blurry skin look.

i donβt believe in white toe supremacy when my hands are another color. i like my nails to match. if my fingers are frenched out so are my toes. but my go to color that iβm wearing most of the time is βitβs a girlβ by opi and a matching gel for my hands.

-what is a state? it is a collection of thoughts, feelings, emotions, & beliefs that you identify with. it is who you are being. your I AM
you are ALWAYS in a state. we go in & out of states ALL day. there are INFINITE realities & YOU choose what state to occupy. when we say that creation is finished that is exactly what it means. you do not have to create anything. there's a version of you that is rich & one that is poor. one in a loving relationship & one where you are single. being a good student or a bad student. having your dream job or a job you hate. etc. YOU get to CHOOSE which state you experience. if you can see something in your mind & think what it would be like to experience those things, then it is possible. imagination is the only reality. nothing can happen unless it is experienced in imagination FIRST.

how do i get into the wish fulfilled?
you could just say "i am in the state" or "i am in the wish fulfilled" & you're in it! it is as easy as intending to be in it
use methods to help maintain the state
affirming- pick a few affirmations that help you to capture the feeling (knowing) that your desire is a fact in imagination. (how do i feel now that i have my desire? what would i be thinking if i had my desire?) whatever answer you had to those questions, would be great affirmations! make them yourself. don't ask someone to make some for you. affirmations should be NATURAL to YOU. affirming is not something that should be forced. there is a BIG difference between having natural thoughts & forcing yourself to think structured sentences. you do NOT need to affirm 24/7. why? bc that is not NATURAL & you were not doing that before you found out about the law. also, affirmations DO NOT get you into the state, they are a technique that is used to MAINTAIN the state of wish fulfilled. personally, when i enter the wish fulfilled, i feel calm, peaceful, and content. i feel the inner KNOWING that my desire is fulfilled (bc it is) and thoughts come to me NATURALLY. thoughts come from your state, so they are a great indicator to help you know which state you're in.
visualizing- spend time in imagination. (what would a a day look like with my desire?) visualize where you want to be/what you want to experience. visualize a scene that implies that you have your desire. keep doing this until you have the feeling that it is a fact in your imagination.
scripting- write a diary entry. describe what a day would look like with your desire. get as detailed as you want. you are the author.
inner conversations- this can kind of go together with visualizing. talk to someone in imagination about your desire, talk to the person you desire, or imagine someone congratulating you for obtaining your desire.
SATS (state akin to sleep)- do this as you're about to fall asleep. visualize one scene that implies that you have your desire on a loop until you fall asleep. feel the scene to be real (bc it is). neville talked about this A LOT in his work & was his favorite method. he always said to fall asleep in the wish fulfilled.
lullaby method- create a short phrase that indicates you have your desire. neville suggested phrases such as "thank you" "it is finished" "it is done" i personally like to use the phrase "it is mine" bc it is more natural to me. say the short phrase of your choice over & over until you fall asleep knowing it is a fact. now when i say "say it over & over" i do NOT mean to say it like a robot. FEEL THEM. personally when i do this, i say the phrase slowly & calmly to myself to REMIND myself that it is done & is A FACT.
key takeaway from methods: do whatever is natural to you. do not have the mindset of doing them to get something. you are just reminding yourself of what you already have. you must have it in imagination first to get it in the 3d, so if you have the mindset of "i am gonna do xyz method to get my desire" i'm sorry but it will not work
persist- keep going back to the wish fulfilled. stay faithful to your imagination.
do i have to stay in the state all day?
NO! go back to the state whenever you think about your desire. it is NOT about how long you are in a state but the frequency (amount of times you go back to it) ex: if you think about your desire 5 times a day, but 3 of those times you are thinking from a state of lack (not having it), while the other 2 are the state of wish fulfilled. the state of lack is your dwelling state (which is what you will see in the 3d)
is manifestation really instant?
YES! what you are experiencing right now in the 3d is your CURRENT dwelling state. how do you change it? by going within & leaving the 3d alone. once you have made your desire state your dwelling place, it will instantly be reflected in the 3d. the 3d is simply showing you who you are being/identifying as. this is why we tell you that you have to change yourself first. the outer world is a mirror to our inner world. why would you expect to see rainbows & sunshine in your 3d, when your 4d is lightning & thunder? how could you see a change of clothes, unless you changed them yourself first? once you change, the rest will follow. it is LAW.
how do i know if i fell out of the state?
you may be checking the 3d, worrying, or having opposing thoughts. again, THOUGHTS ARE THOUGHTS. they are NOT what manifests. they have no power over you unless you give them power. don't identify (accept them as true) & let them pass. since your state manifests, a few silly thoughts that you don't accept as true mean NOTHING
how do i get back into the state if i fell out of it?
intend to go back & use the methods i described above to maintain the state
what do we mean by feeling?
feeling β emotion. it is the KNOWING. you may feel calm, happy, peaceful, relief, etc. it is NOT some groundbreaking euphoric moment. it is NATURAL. you are in a dwelling state for EVERY aspect of your life (love, school, work, career, finances, etc.) so feeling your desire to be real, is not going to be some rainbow explosion. you know a lot of other things to be real that you are not placing as much focus on, so your desire is no different.
i stopped desiring it?
ex: you got a new pair of shoes. when you first got them you were excited to wear them. as the days went on, the "spark" kind of went away. it's not that you weren't excited to wear them, but you got used to having them & KNOW that they are yours
ex: once you start dating someone, you are excited to text them good morning and to hang out with them. over this, this becomes normal & expected. ofc you're going to be texting & hanging out with the person you're dating.
you may stop desiring your desire bc you KNOW that you have it. it's normal for you to have your desire. how could you continue desiring something you already have? that's like saying you want the pair of shoes you are wearing right now.
summary
STOP being a slave to your senses. shut the 3d out bc it is a reflection of your past dwelling state. since you're going to the wish fulfilled & thinking of your desire in your favor, the 3d doesn't matter. it is NOT who you are anymore. once your dwelling state is the wish fulfilled, it will reflected in the 3d INSTANTLY. stop bringing up the past bc it only exists in your mind. go within & fulfill your inner man. you desire something? see it in your imagination. want to talk to someone? have an inner convo or visualize talking to them. want to hang out with someone? do it in imagination. everything stems from imagination. it will not fail you. the world is a mirror that is reflecting who you are being. as within, so without. you MUST change FIRST to see the change in the outer world. there is nothing & no one to change but self.
"HOW DO I MANIFEST WITH LOA?"
Im explaining this in case you are new here or need a reminder about how easy it is, manifesting is simple and im for real, its SO much more easy than you think, people are just complicating everything or you are .
MANIFESTING :
Know what you want, choose it with no limit.
Assume ( = think as if ) its yours . Get in the state of having it. Assuming is just being totally convinced of it without proof like validation of the 3d(=irl), that you don't need cause your only *true* reality is your 4d (= mind)
And finally just persist regardless of what you experience in your fives senses or in the 3d, just believe the 4d, cause thats the only true.
When I say you have to assume something is just getting in the mental state of already having it, in simple words, think that you have it and just persist in that thought, all time , like everytime someone or yourself say the opposite of having what you desire just flip that thought to the correct one of already having it. Change your mindset to having it!
As you can see, manifesting is really easy, in a few steps you got your desire. You just have to repeat yourself that you have it & continue thinking like that and that's it.

What I meant with this is that, you need to accept that you have what you want, in your mind first, and from that, start living your day to day with that acceptance.
If you've been in the community, I'm pretty sure you must have read a post about how "your desires are like ordering something and knowing it will arrive" and ngl, I've been in this community for 2 whole years now, and it's only just recently that I *finally* got it.
So I'm going to explain it to you, in the way I understand it, and hopefully it can clear some doubts awayπ
Disclaimer, long post a head and I'm explaining things my way, pls take what resonates with you and leave the restβ¨οΈ
Number 1:
By this point, we know that reality is only a reflection right? Good, now that you know it, I want you to really grasp it and accept it.
Our imagination is our real reality, but the imagination is not what you think it is. Hear me out, imagination is not that meme of Bob square pants about rainbows and daydreams, (it could be if that's what you want) nooo, the real imagination that i am talking about is the one that you are always using to think things, the one that says: "I have to do this hw", "I'm getting hungry, I should eat something", "my celebrity crush is so cool" "wow I can't stop remembering that cringe moment from years ago" etc.
Now that's your real imagination and that's the one that we need to learn how to "control". Not by force but by understanding how it works.
When we have a desire, it's easy to think of it from a place where you don't have it yet, and the mind just like an algorithm, it's going to keep creating more thoughts that imply you don't have it yet, and since the 3D reflects our imagination, well we keep not seeing our desires.
Knowing this, we can go to number 2:
When you enter any page, you see something you like, so you naturally order it, and what is the feeling that you get when the order is already placed?
You feel that the item you ordered, is yours already, so you start thinking about how to use it and when you are going to use it.
When you get a desire, you liking it and wanting it, is choosing it, when you decide you are going to manifest it, that is you placing the order. From that moment on, you need to start thinking is yours already, there's no "if" anymore, there's only now, whatever you desire, start feeling it yours.
If you want a desired face? Start telling yourself you're pretty, start owning the fact that you are the most beautiful person in the world.
You want your sp? Start relating to the happy love songs, start owning the fact that you have a happy relationship
Whatever you desire, start owning the natural things that will come with your desire.
You need to know that the only difference is that with manifesting, there's no waiting time. Why? Because you control everything, and you can even control when and how you are getting your desire.
And you know the best part? You can decide if you want to know how it manifests, if you just want to wake up with it, if you want to shift for it, or even if it manifest as a complete surprise.

I feel kinda bad for the people who think LOA is a chore or make it feel like a chore , itβs literally the most fun thing ever .. donβt make it a chore is all I wanna say . itβs as easy as affirming once & leaving and when you think about something affirm itβs in your absolute favor and exactly how you want it to be . I remember when I used to be like I need to stick to the exact affirmation and repeat it like crazy to get what I want like I thought if I changed β everything works in my favor β to β everything is in my favor β I wouldnβt get that assumption or desire .. LMFAOO I seriously- ok nvm . so if you assume or affirm even one time about something it directly affects your 4d and subconscious, β If I change a word of my assumption it wonβt manifest β .. first of you have your desire so why does it matter ? how you assume/affirm manifestation works it works iβm telling you EVERY THOUGHT MATTERS BABES like literally if youβre like reading a post about saturation ( which is an unhealthy assumption ) and in your mind unconsciously you go β AHHH now I get it so I will manifest my desire if I affirm excessively because then itβll become dominant and then itβll manifest omg finally someone is speaking the truth β GURL you make the rules you see you literally made an assumption that instant . you make assumptions every single time you think about your self concept letβs say β ok ok so I need to work on my self concept β NO ur self concept is perfect cause you said so . you get it ? when you keep affirming in your favor about every single topic your manifestation will literally flow like water to you & itβll be so satisfying, natural and fun . literally affirming is thinking & when you affirm like you normally think BROO itβs so reassuring & funn and plus you will get all your desires so f fast u donβt understand . except you completely understood this post . remember YOU MAKE THE RULES .
