most of all I want the actors to be young because I want them to really hit us with the fact that these are little kids. that these are elementary schoolers fighting for their lives every day, and that they lose way too often. in the movies we saw adults acting as teenagers and thought nothing of it, that's every movie these days. but I want the pjo show to show us an 12 year old trying desperately to kill medusa. I want them to show us a seven year old annabeth, a first grader, running away from home and ready to fight of a hellhound the size of a dump truck with a hammer. I want to see percy, fresh out of grade 9 and looking it, going straight from a day at the beach with his friend to a life-or-death war mission where not everyone makes it out. I want an adaptation where being a demigod is cool, yeah, but it's also awful because percy is five foot nothing with still chubby cheeks and he's being told it's not likely he'll live to graduate high school.

There are a couple of things about current shipping culture that confuse me.  

1. The focus on whether or not a pairing will become canon as a reason people should ship something or not.  Do you not understand what the “transformative” part of “transformative works” means?”

2. This idea that saying “I ship that” means “I think that, as presented in canon,this is a perfect, healthy relationship that everyone should model their relationship after.” 

Sometimes shipping something does mean that.  Sometimes shipping something means “Person A is a trash bag who doesn’t deserve person B but I would love to explore how Person A might grow to deserve Person B.” Sometimes it means “I want these characters to live together forever in a conflict free domestic AU.”  Sometimes it means “I want Person A to forever pine after Person B.  Nothing is beautiful and everything hurts.”  And sometimes it just means you like their faces and want to see Person A and Person B bone in various configurations and universes.

I had a dream where I was sent to an alternate universe and I had to murder all my immediate family or I would be stuck in an eternal time loop where I get murdered. I vividly remember stabbing my mom and brother then slicing my dads neck by the raspberry’s while our dog watched over while glowing. Then I had to hunt down my grandpa and talked with him for longer then I have in real life. Then my alarm woke me up. I remember feeling really apathetic throughout the dream and when I woke up. Also there was a guy that looked like the teacher from victorious that was stuck there too and he was really freaked out at first then just napped in our pantry for the rest of the dream

Zuko has the Perry Platypus effect but it’s based on how he wears his hair. When he wears it in an updo, he’s the respected and honorable Fire Lord Zuko of the Fire Nation. Once he lets his hair down though, he is unrecognizable as the leader of a whole country and becomes Lee with The Good Tea.

It’s led to some fun moments in the palace where Zuko is relaxing by the turtleduck pond and some ambassador finds him and exclaims “What’s Lee from the Tea Shop Doing Here?!” then Zuko puts his hair up real quick and the ambassador goes “Firelord Zuko?!”

Zuko will be visiting Uncle Iroh at the shop and helping out with his hair in a topknot and customers are like “Firelord Zuko! What are you doing working in a tea shop?” then he lets his hair down and they go “Oh, it’s Lee! How’s it going?! Where have you been these past months?”

This happens every time without fail. This is also the reason why people are confused about which man Sokka from the Southern Water Tribe is actually dating. He has been spotted with both Lee With The Good Tea and Firelord Zuko, people are making bets. There might already be a theater production in place about this intense love triangle.
